Gorgeous

Beautiful little place in the quiet town of Scala, away from the hustle and bustle of the more popular towns on the Amalfi Coast. Totally private, with an unbelievable view of Ravello, mountains and sea, as well as a private pool all to ourselves. Claudia was great, very communicative and helpful. A wonderful experience all around!

Breathtaking views

What a wonderful Italian experience, the views are breathtaking, the pool was awesome for kids and to just relax. The villa itself was clean and comfortable with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Claudia and Alphonsina were really great and provided great advice about where to shop for food, which restaurants to try and to get around. Very close to Ravello as well. You will need a car to get around but it was just the perfect spot to be away from the hustle and. Bustle of the coastal towns. If you want to experience a typical Italian town, I highly recommend it

Stunning views

Location is perfect, away from the busy Amalfi and Positano overlooking Ravello. Very quiet, quaint town. I would say a car is required. The apartment is very basic, kitchen not well stocked for cooking and small fridge with no freezer made it difficult on the hot days. The pool was a godsend but no shade really and no umbrellas. We sat on the balcony in the evenings and was blown away by the view of lights and moon, our favorite time. Overall a great two weeks.

Beautiful views

Very clean property with stunning views. The pool was clean and a nice addition, there is some shade in the pool area however it would be better to have umbrellas. The terrace had no shade so we weren't able to use this in the day. Scala is a lovely little town, you'd definitely need a car to stay here as the centre is a bit of a walk from the property. Parking was sorted out for us by the host so we could park outside the property and other areas in Scala during our stay. We were always able to find parking nearby. We found the mid week cleaning a bit unnecessary, and some of the furniture could do with an update. Overall we'd recommend staying here.

Herrlicher Blick, schöner Pool und weit ab vom Massentourismus

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche hier an der Amalfiküste. Der Blick ist unglaublich und der Pool hat vor allem unseren Kindern jeden Tag viel Freude bereitet. Immer wenn wir aus den vollen Städten (Amalfi, Positano etc.) wieder in das beschauliche Scala gekommen sind, wussten wir das sehr zu schätzen. Die Kehrseite ist, dass man für alles ins Auto steigen muss, da die Wohnung etwa 2km vom "Zentrum" liegt, welches auch sehr klein ist. Die Klimaanlage hat top funktioniert, alles war super sauber und auf alle Anfragen wurde schnell und effizient reagiert. Auch das ein- und auschecken war tiptop. Eine Punkt Abzug gibt es für die unverhandelbare und kostenpflichtige Zwischenreinigung nach drei Tagen (die wir nicht gebraucht hätten) und die Tatsache, dass man zumindest im Juli die Terrasse maximal am Abend nutzen kann, da es keinen Sonnenschutz gibt. So konnten wir nicht auf der Terrasse frühstücken, was ich sehr schade fand. Die Betten waren nicht so meins (ich bin jedes Mal wach geworden, wenn mein Mann sich umgedreht hat), aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Alles in allem auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Superb

The view is really nice over Ravello and the Sea. Airconditioning in all of the rooms, it can get hot otherwise. Nice swimming pool. Parking ticket available to park very near the house. Kind and helpful contacts for check-in/out and for help if needed.

Incredible vista and wonderful apartment

The views from the apartment are absolutely fantastic- any time of day or night you will end up looking over the coast and Ravello- tv is definitely not needed!! It’s well placed for visiting Ravello, Amalfi, Minori and Maori. The town of Scala is typically Italian with butcher, cafe, and small supermarket, lovely old centre and some incredible restaurants!! The apartment is comfortable, with pretty much everything you need, and the pool is a nice touch when the heat gets a bit too much!
