The penthouse is located on the second and top floor, offering 160 m² of living space and a large sea-view terrace where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Let yourself be captivated by the beauty that has enchanted visitors from around the world for generations.

Situated near the Valencia Promenade, close to the city center and with direct sea access just outside the building, the property is in an elegant and well-serviced area. Various shops and amenities are within walking distance, and you can enjoy the evening out in the city without needing a car.

Right next to the penthouse, there is a beach club equipped with sun loungers and deck chairs, open from morning until late at night—so you can enjoy the sea, an aperitif, and nightlife, all right at your doorstep.

The apartment features 4 spacious bedrooms, a large living room, two bathrooms with showers, and a stylishly furnished kitchen fully equipped for cooking. The expansive sea-view living area opens onto a terrace overlooking the gulf, perfect for dining or enjoying breakfast while watching the summer sunsets.

The home is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, unlimited WiFi, Smart TV, Netflix, iron and ironing board, and a 50-inch television. The terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture, a sunshade, and a barbecue. The entire home is climate-controlled year-round.
Please note: the building does not have an elevator.

The property is rented based on the number of guests included in the reservation. Any additional guests must be requested in advance and are subject to approval and a daily surcharge. No unregistered guests will be accepted.


The penthouse is in the centre facing the sea. The car is not necessary in the city but is needed to explore the coast and beaches. The car is necessary for excursions to discover Sardinia.

Fantastic holidays in Alghero

The apartment has everything you need. The air conditioning is working very well. The terrace with the view over the sea with the sunset is amazing. We had been in the apartment the second time and we will consider to come again.

Ocean front comfort!

We stayed here for 16 days. Used the appartment as our base to visit most of Northern Sardinia. We were warmly welcomed by Eunice with fresh fruit and wine. The appartement has four large bedrooms, AC, washer and basically everything you need to cook, wash etc. There are also a couple of bikes and beach toys, umbrellas and beach chairs. All this within walking distance of the old town of Alghero with all it’s dining options and shopping. Highly recommend

Nice ocean view and sunsets

This is a nice size property about 1 mile from old town Alghero. Initially we had an issue with the A/C, but the owner and property manager responded very quickly and resolved the issue. The bedrooms are large, however, the two bathrooms are side by side and not en-suite to any of the bedrooms. Rules for daily recycling and checked out are a bit complex so make sure to understand those rules at the onset. Nearest grocery store was about a six minute walk. Large selection of restaurants in old town.

Appartement superbe très bien placé et équipé. Noémi l'intendante est super, nous avons été très bien reçu et elle nous a donné de très bonnes adresses de restaurants. Arrêt de bus a proximité qui conduit vers différentes plages. Nous recommandons cet hébergement.

Sehr schönes und modern eingerichtetes Appartement in toller Lage

Das Appartement liegt im ruhigeren Teil Algheros direkt mit Blick auf das Meer und ein Teil der Altstadt und befindet sich in der obersten Etage eines Wohnhauses. Die Wohnung hat tolle große Balkonflächen und ist neu eingerichtet

Ottima posizione, a ridosso del centro. Casa luminosa, pulita e fresca. Terrazze molto ampie. Questa casa è stata un'ottima scelta, perché anche in alta stagione ci ha consentito di vivere tranquillamente la vacanza. La consiglio vivamente.

Couldn’t ask for a better place!

We’re so pleased with our stay. Everything was just perfect and we were really good taken care of by the host. Amazing terrace perfect for drinks in the afternoon, walking distance to everything you need (the sea, old town, supermarket etc). I really like that the apartment is located kind of far away from all the other tourist-places and hotels. Here you can really feel like a local. The host even offered driving us to the AirPort at 5am on our way back home. Couldn’t ask for a better place for a vacation in Alghero.”

Geweldig!

Het is een heerlijk appartement, heel schoon, alles is aanwezig en de mensen zijn super vriendelijk! Tijdens ons verblijf meerdere keren de vraag gehad of alles naar wens was. Het appartement heeft een heerlijk balkon. Op 15 minuten lopen heb je de stad Alghero, hier is vanalles te beleven van winkels tot restaurantjes. De Italliaanse mensen zijn heel vriendelijk. Super vakantie gehad in dit appartement!

All comforts with bicycles and bus stop for reach the beaches

This house has everything you need and is also so close to the sea that we could go back and forth as many times as we liked (which is a bonus with the kids - remember the rubber shoes for the reef ). Bus stop for the beaches nearby the house. Walking into town also is an option (15 min), so car not essential if you want to stay local, and the supermarket, bars and bakery are all close by. Highly recommended, for a family or city dwellers. We stayed last year and came back this year.
