Long term stay

We stayed at this lovely house for five weeks. The view is spectacular, the waves settle you to sleep (in super comfy beds) and the house is really well stocked. The views from the 2d and 3rd floor bedrooms are amazing. And Melissa was awesome as a property manager. For those staying long term, The Art of Fitness has a month pass. And Zinc, Wine Gallery,230 Forest, Moulin and the Butchery are winners.

A GREAT house

Loved our week here. The house is amazing and the listing is 100% correct. Having the beach right there along with the breeze makes this place perfect. We haven’t rented a VRBO that was as stocked and prepared as this one. Melissa met us at check-in and answered all questions. Great spot close to LB. Loved. This. House.

New Year's Stay

Our family of 6 stayed at the property for 5 days over New Year's. The North Laguna Beach location is great; right on the beach, a close walk to town and close to many great hiking trails (one is 1/2 mile walk). The listing agent was very responsive and was waiting for us when we arrived. The house is well equipped with everything you need during your stay. We hope to go back.

Local staycation

We had a fantastic time at this property, pictures & location are both accurate & current. There was much more room than we anticipated for sleeping & spreading out. We had 6 under the age of 3 through out the week & found the property easy to baby proof & safe outside to run around as well. Property manager quickly responded with any questions & was very through at check in. We will be coming back soon!!

Perfect Laguna Beach visit!

We loved everything about this property. It was so convenient being right on the beach but also walkable to Heisler Park and downtown Laguna with easy access to restaurants. Listening to the waves and the views were incredible. It will be hard to stay anywhere else!

Wonderful beach house

We had such an amazing experience staying at this perfectly appointed beach house. The location was fantastic with ocean views from nearly every room and just steps away from the beach. The house is gorgeous and very nicely decorated as well as comfortable. We enjoyed each day at the beach and our nights enjoying the view from the deck with a glass of wine by the fire pit. Melissa, the property manager is so responsive and helpful and ensured we were taken care of and had whatever we needed throughout our stay. We had such a great time and would absolutely love to book this home to stay again.

Beach vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Laguna Beach house. The location is A++ with access to the beach right out the backyard gate. The home had everything we needed including beach towels and boogie boards. The views of the ocean from every room were beautiful. The home worked well for our family...3 married couples and one 5 month old. Lots of stairs so it might be tough for toddler age. We loved getting to know the Laguna area and the little coves are so picturesque! Melissa, the property manager was very responsive to all our needs. Lovely place!

A little slice of heaven

We had a wonderful stay in Laguna. This home was truly amazing. The location was incredible- right on the beach and walking distance to town. We went to sleep every night hearing the sound of waves. All of the rooms have beautiful views. Spacious and renovated with large closets and bathrooms with European toilets! There is a grocery store 1 mile away and so many take out options. We miss this beach house already. We can’t wait to come back!!

Awesome house

We stayed at this beautiful house for 5 weeks summer of 2020. The views are just unreal. Great space and back yard. Kitchen and living room space/furniture where very nice. We would have stayed longer if we could. Hope to come back soon.

Wonderful location, great property, excellent value

The house was great! Every room had a view, the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach was wonderful to hear all night long. Open the French doors and you’re delightfully mixing inside and outside. Lots of extras like boogie boards and beach chairs. There’s not a better location on the California coast! Body surfing, tide pools. You will thoroughly enjoy this experience.

Laguna Beach house

We stayed at this beautiful property for 10 days. It was clean, comfortable and beautiful. Melissa did not spare any details and every amenity needed was on property. The beds are comfortable and you can sleep easily listening to the ocean waves from every room. It is especially nice to be a few steps from the beach. Highly recommend this property.

It is a very nice property, nice setting with close proximity to the beach, very spacious, nice quality beds, good bathrooms and showers, screened in windows that provide good cross ventilation, nicely stocked kitchen, nice patio and other outdoor sitting areas, and nice spacious back yard. Good part of town - no traffic, and good shopping center nearby (by car).
