Ok hus med bra läge

Huset var inte ordentligt städat när vi kom. Vi kontaktade företaget och det kom snabbt städare som skulle åtgärda problemet. Jag visade bilder samt berättade tydligt vad som behövde åtgärdas (se bilder) men de sopade endast golven, märkligt! Kändes inte som vi togs på allvar…En av anledningarna att vi valde detta hus var vattenfallet i poolen. Denna var vi tvungna att få avstängt eftersom den läckte ut över hela pation…. En taklampa var trasig när vi kom och trots att de vid incheckningen berättade att de visste om detta så åtgärdades inte detta under vår två v vistelse… märkligt! Vore bra att det står i beskrivningen att det står en bil i garaget.,,,Femte gången vi återvänder till Capecoral men nästa gång blir det till ett annat hus. Aldrig haft problem med husen innan…

Beautiful home

We recently stayed at the Pelican for our vacation in Florida, and it was a wonderful experience! The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and offers a perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. One of the standout features of this property is the beautiful pool. We spent countless hours enjoying it and soaking up the Florida sunshine. The pool area is well-maintained and provides a perfect oasis for both relaxation and fun. The property is situated along a saltwater canal, which added a lovely touch to our stay. Our interactions with the host were fantastic. They were extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Their attentiveness and hospitality truly enhanced our experience. One of our favorite memories from the trip was working outside under the lanai (unfortunately yes we had to work remote while on vacation). The setup was perfect for getting some work done while still enjoying the beautiful weather and serene surroundings. Overall, our stay at the Pelican exceeded all our expectations. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Florida. We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful Pool Property On A Canal Near The Beach

The check in process was easy and near the property. We spoke with the owner of the rental company about the area and he provided his 20 years of local experience that helped us plan our days. His map was a great reference. The house also has a binder complete with local options so you have plenty of guidance as where to go. The house is clean with modern amenities and the pool was fantastic. We read some of the reviews on this house before renting and there were complaints about the size of the TVs. The TVs are small, but you shouldn't be renting this property to sit on the couch and watch TV anyway, so that was a non-issue for us. The boys were able to fish off the dock and were able to catch some fish. I recommend this property. Chris C. Orlando, FL

Great location!

We had a great time. The house has everything you could need while in vacation. Very close to restaurants and stores. Would definitely recommend.

Pleasant Stay

This is a nice house in a nice quiet neighborhood on a canal with a terrific swimming pool that is heated. The furniture and beds are extremely uncomfortable. Plan to hang out on the patio by the pool. The patio furniture is the most comfortable. The televisions are micro mini in size - don't plan on relaxing inside to watch a movie. If you do, bring a magnifying glass. I had no contact with the property management company. They were closed when I arrived. It was slightly confusing - you have to go to a property management office to get the "key code" to access the property. The management office is very close to the house - but was difficult to find in the plaza. Once you get the papers out of that lockbox, then you can go to the house to get inside. It is a combo lock that you enter letters and numbers. There is no actual key. There are signs posted everywhere in the house with lists of do's and don'ts. For instance - you are NEVER allowed to play music when you are outside in the pool. We ignored that rule and played music at a respectable volume so as not to disturb the neighbors. Though you are charged for a cleaning fee, you are expected to clean the house. All bed linens and towels, etc. I am not sure why I needed to pay a cleaning fee when I was the person doing the clean up! There is an awesome restaurant nearby. The Lobster Lady. GO THERE. Terrific fresh seafood and raw bar. All in all, this was a great getaway. We live in Fort Lauderdale and just wanted a break - hang out in the backyard, swim, play cards and relax.

Beautiful home!

This is beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood! We especially enjoyed the patio and the pool! The layout of the home allowed us to be together and to be separate if we wanted to. We would definitely stay here again!
