アパートは、ルッカの歴史的中心部に位置し、すべてのモニュメントに近く、ショッピングエリアにあります。 2階の3/4階にエレベーターなしで配置。 シングルソファベッドがある素敵なエントランスラウンジから、2つの大きくて明るいダブルベッドルームを見ることができます。 特徴的なオークのらせん階段でアクセスできる上階には、ダイニングエリア、調理エリアのあるバスルーム、窓のあるバスルーム、大きなテラスがあり、ここで昼食をとり、広いオープンスペースの利点を楽しむことができます。市内中心部にいるにもかかわらず。 すべての家具は慎重に研究され、すべてのモダンな便利さを備えた「古いルッカ」スタイルの古代の風味の環境を取り戻しています。

Perfect location in the centre of Lucca, home from home and exceptional clean. The terrace is a real bonus for morning coffee and evening drinks!

Simply Excellent

Charming, funky, old flat in the heart of the old town with a splendid terrace. The place is immaculately looked after. The owner had provided bottles of red wine, white wine and water in the fridge all of which were appreciated after a hot journey.

A rather special place

This property and its central location in Lucca suited my wife and I perfectly; we loved the patio (even the vibrant and noisy streets just below); we loved the old world feel and the quality of the decor and furnishings. It is a quirky place with narrow spiral staircase requiring care and agility. The owner clearly loves and cares for the property and rightly expects visitors do the same. Eating out is so easy and so rich: from nearby Italian breakfasts to convivial evening meals.

Great stay and location

Lucca is a wonderful city and this apartment was in a perfect location. Very bright and clean, the kitchen and bath were upstairs from the bedrooms with a large outdoor terrace. There are many stairs to get to the apartment, but it helped burn off the pasta we ate! There was a fruit and veggie market steps away and pizza and gelato even closer! Riccarda communicated well and was very pleasant. Parking was about a 15 min walk costing about €20-25 per day. The lot I was in was 48 hour max, so I had to go out and in again. Definitely going back to Lucca.

Beautiful apartment in heart of Lucca

Highly recommend this property. It is spacious and beautiful. The roof deck was a great place to sit with coffee in the morning and a drink in the afternoon. Riccarda greeted us and check in was very easy. They also stocked the fridge and cupboards with snacks and drinks on our arrival. It was so thoughtful. We felt very much at home there. Very central and close to anything you’d want to see. Thank you Riccarda!

Delightful stay

The flat was perfect for me and my mother. It was adorable, clean, well-appointed, and in a fantastic location. Our hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend!!

Appartement très agréable au coeur de Lucca

L'appartement est très agréable et la climatisation et un vrai atout. La terrasse est très grande, c'est un vrai plus. L'accueil par Riccarda est chaleureux et bienveillant. La propreté est irréprochable.

Beautiful roof top

Shortly after arrival in Lucca we were met by Riccarda and her son outside the apartment. They helped us with our luggage up to the cute and beautifully decorated apartment. Check in was smooth and easy and they were friendly and very helpful with finding parking outside the city walls. The apartment is really beautiful with high cealings and large windows and is perfecly situated in the centre of Lucca - in a building also housing an ice cream shop and a pizzaria. The best thing about the apartment is definately the large roof top terrace where we enjoyed several meals. As it’s so central you can really feel the vibe of the city and hear the “humming” of people, music and street life. SO charming! Can definately recommend this lovely spot in Lucca!
