The condo was a perfect location from the elevator to the room and to the beach. Very clean, the kitchen was well stocked the beds were awesome and the view was amazing . The host was always prompt and very helpful .we loved having the 2 beach chairs and umbrellas included. Thank you for making our vacation an enjoyable trip.

Family vacation

Our family loved the beautiful beach view from the balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you may need to cook with. Very clean condo. We cannot wait to come back. Thanks for having us!!

The condo itself was great. We weren't able to use the balcony much due to allergies to cigarette smoke and other units smoking in their balcony and the wind shifting the smoke to us. Overall, we would rent this condo again.

Needs updated

Condo needs updated. Found several dirty dishes therefore we washed everything before using it. Toilets didn't want to flush. Master bed mattress was very hard. Some light switches didn't work. Freezer had rusted shelves.

Overall great stay

Overall, I would say that everything was as expected. The toilets did not flush great, and we did have one of the toilets handle, break off, but maintenance came and fix that quickly. The condo overall could use some updating., but was a great place for my family.

A couple things were needing some attention. The kitchen sink faucet was hard to turn off. Had to hit it just right. The vent in second bathroom leaked water onto toilet. It was a heavy drip! Other that that place was very nice and clean!

Nice vacation

It was very nice except for a couple little things. The bathroom fan in the front bathroom had water leaking out of it. The television in the living room had a parental lock code so we could not watch certain shows. The mirrors were at a super low height. Could not see my face unless i bent down. Other than these few minor things the condo was great. We had a very relaxing vacation.

Perfect!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation! Location was great, rooms were very clean, there was plenty of room for 6 people (4 adults & 2 kids) and waking up to the beach front view each morning was beautiful! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Condo

Condo was very open and spacious! We had a problem one night with one of the bathrooms and the property manager was quick to respond and resolve the issue. We will definitely be back!

Amazing

The view, the location, the unit..all of it was great! Short walk to the beach. Right off the elevators. Plenty of space for our family of 3. The only thing we didnt like was the master bed was soooo hard. But other than that it was perfect!

Surf D 504 Can use some touch up

View wonderful, plumbing worked well, but Master Bath needs updating and painting bad, with Super low counter. Construction on building kept us from using walkway and beach access bathroom. Location is between two hotel chains. Building also has has residents, so was mostly quiet during our stay. Very clean, had all we needed. Might look for another unit with more update furnishings. Management was good and attentive.

Spring break/funeral

It would have been an amazing location the room was great, but only 1 of the 4 elevators were running. Instead of being able to go down the elevator (that was right outside the door) and walking through the breezeway to get to the beach you had to go to the end of the building to the elevator. After you had to walk around the end of the building on sheets of plywood which then changed to stepping stones back to the breezeway to go across to the beach. I’m not sure the owner of the property was made aware but we were not. On one evening the 1 working elevator broke so we had to take the stairs. Part of why I booked this room was I had my mother with me and we were close enough to everything she wouldn’t have had to walk to much to enjoy the beach and ocean. I did communicate with the host company about the elevator and again I do not think they knew any of the “repairs” to the property were going on. Overall the room and view were great just the property and building were lacking that’s why I left the cleanliness as a 3 because it says “property”. They should know better than to try to do that stuff during spring break weeks.
