April ski week 2025

Everything about this property is fabulous and the owner is great. He is very easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions promptly. The walk to the Deer Valley lift is very short, less than 100 yards and since the resort holds skis and boots overnight, it is super easy. The condo is spotless and very well appointed. Also very well furnished with everything you need of you wish to stay in for dinner. I will definitely be back!! 5 stars across the board!!

Deer Valley long weekend

We loved the location which was walking distance to Snow Park lodge and St Regis hotel. Condo was perfect for 2 couples. Mark was very responsive on any questions!

Comfortable Property in a great location

This condo worked out great for us. The unit was clean and nice. There was just 3 of us (couple plus one adult kid) so 2 bedrooms were plenty. The unit could easily host 6 folks with two using the pullout couch in the living room if necessary. Since the unit has 3 ful bathrooms, having an added couple should work out fine. The host was very easy to communicate with ahead of and during our stay. The unit’s location is just a short walk to the ski area base lodge and lifts. The The kitchen was well equipped and we prepared about half of our meals and dined out for the rest. The unit is also on a bus route which can be handy although we had a car. Parking was available on site which was also nice.

Great Ski Trip!

Wonderful Condo- so close to snow park lodge! Condo was clean and perfectly described by host. Communication with host was wonderful- we had no problems at all! Great trip- hope to return soon!

Walking Distance to Deer Valley!

Great place for my family of 4! Easy walk to Deer Valley resort and St Regis. Super easy check-in process and covered underground parking was great. Unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you!

Beautiful Apartment and Location

With no doubts a place to comeback, probably for a longer stay. The apartment has everything we need. The mountains around are so Beautiful. The bus system takes you everywhere.

Great Experience

We really enjoyed our stay! Very nice, clean property with large rooms and living space. Kitchen well stocked and organized. Wonderful to have fireplace and private hot tub with beautiful views. Loved being walking distance to ski school and restaurants. The property manager helped with questions right away and was fantastic to work with.

Great location

We have stayed in several condos in the DV area and this is one of our favorites. Clean, great layout, & superb location. We had to contact the property managers for a staircase issue & his communication and action was lightening fast. Owner also great communicator! Highly recommend!

Weekend Ski Trip

The property was exactly as represented and convenient to Snow Park Lodge. Easy access to Deer Valley Ski School and other resources at the base. When we had some issues with the heating, the owner and property manager jumped right on it to address the issue quickly. We highly recommend the property.

Winter wonderland perfection

Absolutely perfect, Family of 4 from Australia, 2 adults and 2 young children. Lodge is brilliantly thought out, plenty of space and amenities, the fire and hot tub are a real plus, kitchen very well stocked. Amazing additions like parking, onsite laundry etc. Properly under 5m walk to deer valley main resort, a few steps from frequent free shuttle bus into park city. Mark very easily contactable with any questions or asks. We already want to stay there again!

Amazing condo!

We had the best time! The place was fantastic and even better than the pictures! Rooms were huge beds extremely comfortable and entire space immaculate! Short walk to the slopes and also easy access to grab a hot cocoa at the St Regis. Can’t wait to book again!
