Raffaele is a tremendous help!

As you can see in the pictures, the view from the balcony is just incredible, even better in person! We loved having coffee every morning looking down at the gorgeous view and the same every night. We used this apartment as a base to go to Amalfi and Positano and couple of times each and it was very easy to get the bus for very cheap with a 10-15 minute walk. There are a lot of stairs and uphill/downhill walks, but you cannot escape that if you visit the area. The town of Conca has awesome restaurants that are delicious, incredible views and very very cheap, compared to Amalfi and Positano, maybe half the cost! I recommend eating at any of the restaurants in Conca! The last, and most important part of this review, is that I need to stress what an incredible help Raffaele is! He is very quick to respond to any and all questions you have through WhatsApp. I had SO many questions for him, even before we arrived. He booked transfers to and from Naples airport, boat rentals (highly recommend if you go there), taxis, bus schedules... anything! He responds very quickly and is very hospitable and knowledgeable about the area for any question we had. I cannot say enough good things about him as you will read in other reviews. Thanks for the best vacation we ever had!

Lieu magnifique Vue exceptionnelle Super accueil

Nous recommandons chaudement ce lieu avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie de la terrasse dans la charmante ville de Conca. Notre hôte est très serviable et aimable toujours prêt à donner de précieux conseils et a aider en cas de besoin. Parking proche et plages proches Rare !

Perfect Location & Beautiful Accomodations

First, the host Raffaele was very gracious & helpful. The studio apartment is clean & modern in a cluster of houses on the edge of the hill just below the small piazza with fountain & parking. The terrace of the flat is huge, covered & open air, with tables & chairs, chaise lounges & couch, outdoor kitchen & outdoor shower, and most importantly, a spectacular view towards Amalfi. Unless I was sleeping or bathing, I was on that terrace anytime I was at the apartment. The location is perfect, in a nice village on a cape with easy access to the busy tourist towns south & north along the coast. I took day trips each day, then returned “home” to my lovely view of the sea. On my last day I walked in the area & enjoyed the relative lack of tourists & traffic, appreciating the lemon & olive groves. There are local restaurants & a grocery nearby. I would love to return there, & will recommend to my friends!

Superb View

It really must be one of the best locations in Amalfi! We were totally enamoured by it. Our meeting with Raffael was very easy and essential , as it is not an easy villa to find. Raffael was always available and would sort out any difficulties if asked.

The most stunning views

The apartment was adequate for two people but quite small, this was compensated by the very spacious balcony space which also had a covered, shaded area which was a welcome relief when the heat got a little uncomfortable.

Conca Dei Lovely

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The views are unbelievable and the location is ideal. You are close to both Amalfi and Positano but tucked away in a quiet oasis. Raffaele our host was very accommodating and informative. I miss Conca already!

Amalfi Coast/Conca dei Marini

The property/location/owner (Raffaele) were great. The deck/views were amazing, online pictures simply can't do it justice. Raffaele was very friendly, helpful and responsive to our questions. I don't give 5 stars lightly, but I did a lot of research before booking, knew what we wanted, and everything about our location was as advertised and expected. The inside unit was small, but comfortable, clean and cool and had everything we needed. When in the unit we spent most of our time on the very large, amazing deck which had sun and shade options, comfortable seating options and VIEWs. We wanted to be away from the hectic/touristy areas of Amalfi and Positano, yet close if we wanted to go there. This location was perfect. The buses are reliable, comfortable, air conditioned and cheap - an extremely efficient and sensible way to travel the coast. Conca is a neat/quaint little gem with everything you need in walking distance - beach, restaurants, store, pharmacy, espresso's, meat market, etc. You need to do stairs, or take the longer route along criss crossing steep roads, but that is Amalfi - it is steep. The stairs and walking was a cool part of the experience. The nearby communities like Ravello, Amalfi, Positano, Furore, Maiori were easy to get to by bus or car, and each had its own personality and unique flair. We had a car and drove from Naples. We did day trips to Pompeii and to Paestum to see the ruins - both were amazing. If you know what to expect and take care, the driving is fun. The Italians are good drivers, but aggressive. Be prepared to back up a few times if you turn a corner and a bus is in the way! I would recommend this location, the unit and especially the owner Raffaele to anyone who would like to see the Amalfi Coast.

The steps down to the apartment are testing with luggage and the wonderful terraces are separated by more steps from the apartment however the views and the atmosphere are well worth the effort

Beautiful place.

The apartment is very small but clean and comfortable. It has a nice terrace with a beautiful view at the coast. There is a supermarket in the neighborhood. We had a lovely holiday.

Amazing view & super host

The property has multiple terraces with simple stunning views - the apartment itself is compact with a lovely bed & a small cooking area inside. The apartment has views down over Amalfi that are simp,e stunning. You can access the bus service SITA from a short but steep climb up from the main road. The host is certainly a super host kept in contact all our trip with advice & suggestions & even picked us up one day out of his own kindness. He arranged for his mother & father to collect us on arrival. Would recommend the apartment especially if you want an outdoor space based accommodation. Highly recommended .

The best host you could wish for

We just spend 5 nights in lovely Conca dei Marini, a peaceful and friendly place at the otherwise crowded and sometimes exhausting Amalfi coast. The apartment is tiny but the terrace is very large, has different areas for all types of weather. We could even sit outside in a roofed corner while it was raining. The view is simply spectacular, because you are sitting on a ledge overviewing a long part of the coastline. Amazing! And equally amazing was our host Raffaele. Always friendly and helpful he picked us up at the bus stop, organized transport immediately when we needed it and even drove us to the ferry in Amalfi after checkout. Thank you very much again!

Beautiful and peaceful location!

We would highly recommend this apartment. The apartment was very clean, comfortable bed, soft pillows, with beautiful local ceramics and a fabulous terrace with spectacular views. Raffaele could not have been a better host. He was very helpful with recommendations and has organized a trip to Capri for us. We tried out one of the nearby restaurants and loved it. There is also a handy market closed by. It was very nice to be a little bit away from the very busy Amalfi. We had quiet nights that we really appreciated.

Well situated apartment with stunning views.

We had the perfect location for an Amalfi Coast experience. This apartment is perfect for couples. It comes exactly as advertised, with no surprised. Raffaele met us with the keys and assisted us with questions upon arrival he is very kind and helpfull. Conca dei Marini is the perfect village to stay in. Walking access to a market for your grocery shopping needs and walking in the little square there is a restaurant. We also day tripped to Sorrento, Naples followed by Pompeii - Raffaele organized the trip for us with a cheaper taxi. Our week stay was perfect and if you are looking for a beautiful and well equiped apartment with all amenities, this is a great one!

Amazing view !!!

Wonderful place! The apartment is very clean and well equipped, all defined in detail, perfect for a couple. Terrace is simply spectacular, having breackfast with that view is incredible. We spent most of our time on the patio reading or watching the sea and the wiew of the Amalfi coast. Raffaele and Mrs. Angela are really hospitable, we highly recommend this beautiful place!!

Fantastic. Property was great and view was unreal

What a beautiful property! The owners were unreal and couldn't be anymore helpful during our stay. The patio and outside area are not to be believed. Make sure you stop on the way in and pick up your groceries to stock the fridge. Quiet, clean, and beautiful view with great owners. Enjoy!

Fantastic place with a superb view!

When we arrived, Alexandra met us and showed us around around. It was a perfect place for a couple. The outside terrace had a couch and outdoor stove and grill and dining area. The view from the terrace was spectacularl! We sat by the view each evening with wine and cheese. The nighttime was well lit and again views were amazing. The best part was our host Raphael who was so accommodating. He gave us rides to Amalfi when it was to early for the bus. He was extremely helpful and jus charming. The beach in Conca di Marini is down from the Belvedere hotel. Don’t miss it! It is truly spectacular. There are lots of steps to get around so be prepared for it, but well worth it. Conca di Marini is more quiet than busy Amalfi, which we enjoyed, but easy bus ride to Amalfi or Positano. The beach in Conca di Marini was by far the most romantic and nice restaurant choices. We will definitely be back. Grazias!

Great!

Well kept apartment, not worn at all ( yet :D ), tidy and almost new. Quite small, but the owners have used the space really well- the layout is good and it has everything you need! We had a really really nice stay there. The views are amazing, every morning we had our coffee with this amazing view and spent our late evenings there- it looks as good at the night as at the day time! Apartment has a parking space if you would arrive by car. great as well. Loads of steps though. Roughly 300 steps down to the closest bus stop. If you want to go to the beach- further 300 steps down. So going to the beach is not an issue at all, but coming back...oh dear :). Public transport is reliable, we travelled everywhere by bus, Positano was my favorite spot, also Ravello was amazing. Generally, the views of Amalfi coast are amazing! Even a simple journey by bus is a proper experience due to those narrow and curved roads and amazing views whenever you look through the window! In summary: very good vacation, great apartment, amazing views, good location- highly recommended!!! P.S. Raffaele and Alessandro both have been really helpful.

Beautiful home, awesome host!
