SANDY BEACHからたった1分、Chania CITY CENTERから15分以内のところにあり、かつての町にあります。

庭園とテラスのある家（約50㎡）には、最大4名まで宿泊可能です。
大きなダブルベッド付きのベッドルーム、リビングルームにソファベッド2台が備わります。
ソファベッド（シングルサイズベッド）は、2つのカップルを快適に収容するために結束することもできます。
さらに、シャワー付きのバスルーム、炊飯器付きの設備の整ったキッチン、コンロ、冷蔵庫/冷凍庫、コーヒーメーカー、トースターなどがあります。

Lovely property, great location, close to street but windows & doors are very soundproof. Marianna does a wonderful job of keeping the apartment & terrace clean. Stella & Michael, the owners are very friendly & attentive. They take care of any issues immediately. The pictures make it seem a bit more luxurious, but it’s just good photography of what the property looks like. Seems a bit smaller than the pictures show, but we plan on going back to Crete and would definitely stay here again. Loved it!

Appartement/maison très agréable

Le logement est conforme à l'annonce. Il est bien situé et très propre. La grande terrasse est bien équipée et la végétation y est très agréable ( frangipanier, hibiscus, etc...).merci beaucoup à Stella pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

En rigtig fin lejlighed, tæt ved stranden og byen. Der er alt hvad man skal bruge i lejligheden. Meget behjælpelig vært.

2 vakantiewoningen in 1 gebouw, gelijkvloers, vrijwel nieuw. Beide woningen met eigen deel van de tuin, met mooi zitje en ligbedden. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren die open staan voor vragen en opmerkingen en onmiddellijk actief reageren op adviezen ter verbetering. prettige ervaring en reden voor herhaling.

Nice new shiny place

We were there in feb and this one bedroom apartment with courtyard proved to be homelike regardless of the weather. The owners and the cleaning staff made our stay the best it could be.We would recomend this place to someone who wants to unpack and explore Crete

Wonderful place and hosts!!!

We had a wonderful time at the apartment. Everything was very nice, clean and cosy! Stella and Marianna are super friendly and extremely helpful; they made us feel right at home. Also great location with mini markets and super markets nearby, and only one minute away from the beach! I definitely recommend it and will return! Thank you for helping us have such a nice time in Chania!

Sono stata benissimo a Chania. La casetta sul piano della strada è nuovissima, molto carina, tenuta bene e bene organizzata anche con una bella area esterna. Si trova a 2 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia cittadina (Nea Chora), ha qualche supermercato e taverne vicino ed in più si arriva a piedi in centro città in circa 15 minuti oppure via spiaggia al porto antico in circa 20 minuti. Vicino ci sono autobus, facile avere un taxi e vicino è anche un punto dI partenza per le escursioni in zona.

An old, stone-built coffee shop "kafeneion" was completely renovated in 2018 and transformed into 2 boutique homes with all modern amenities and comfort, in order to offer stylish accommodation, just steps away from the sandy beach of Nea Hora and within 5-10 min walk from everything: shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, as well as the center of Chania city and the old town.

You can relax at the sun loungers, enjoy your homemade meals or BBQ in the garden and have a real experience of the local life in Chania, in a very popular neighborhood and within walking distance from everything!
