Week long stay

The apartment was everything we needed for our family of 4. Location is great for exploring the area. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Communication was excellent.

"Wonderful 10 day stay"

We had a lovely time at this apartment, very clean. Great place to stay ! Our two children loved the pool which was never overcrowded and that was even in August, had everything needed for a self catering holiday and was within walking distance to shops/beach/restaurants/local buses. Melanie was very helpful and replied to any questions quickly. Would highly recommend.

Great apartment and location

We had a great stay in the apartment. It was an easy walk to everything about 5 to 10 mins to the beach and there were bars and shops 1 road away. The marina is about 30 minutes walk. The pool was probably the highlight of the stay as it was well looked after and was often only ourselves or a few others. The air conditioning was great and it was easy to arrange the check in and check out. I would recommend this to other families or people wanting to explore Benalmadena.

Great 2 week stay

AWe had a great holiday and good stay in the apartment, The property is a good size, in a quiet building, and a great location with easy access to all local amenities. Property has all required facilities with comfy sofa in the living room and out on the balcony. Air conditioning works well. Common areas and the pool are well maintained although noted the hot tub was not working during our visit. Great location and property , suitable for a family of 4.

Great holiday!

We spent 9 nights in this nice appartment. The appartment was very clean and well kept. On the yard you can find a big pool and enough sun beds for relaxing. Walking distance (a bit down hill) to the beach, restaurants and grocery shop. You don't nessessery need a car, but if you do there is a parking place in the building. Balcony and windows are towards morning sun so the appartment stays nicely cool and there was good air con. Only thing we little missed, was a dishwasher but like mentioned it was only a small thing. Check in and out was easy and contact personel was very friendly and wellcoming. Would highly recommend!

Falta limpieza y mantenimiento

La ubicacion aceptable y con parking muy recomendable el coche, cerca del mercadona La limpieza muy justa, se habia limpiado por encima, las sabanas de la cama de matrimonio estaban sucias, las persianas no funcionaban, el baño faltaba limpieza, la cocina y menaje tambien sucios, tuvimos que comprar productos de limpieza y desinfeccion, muchos bichos y cada vez que te sentanbas a comer en las sillas del comedor y en el sofa te picaba el cuerpo igual que cuando dormias, tuvimos que comprar insecticida y utilizarlo disriamente, las almohadas muy incomodas. La piscina de la urbanizacion podria tener el agua menos turbia En general necesita una buena limpieza y un buen mantenimiento y sobre todo de los aires acondicionados

Schöner Urlaub

Die Anlage ist sehr gut. Unsere Kinder haben den Pool geliebt. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht.

Goed appartement, alles aanwezig.

Dicht bij zee en restaurantjes. Een auto is aan te raden als je tripjes wilt maken.

Antes de reservar pincha en más normas de la propiedad que no te lo indican en el total de la reserva y pagas 80 euros a la llegada en metálico de limpieza final El alojamiento está bien según fotos y la playa si bajas por el club de pádel de al lado el Mercadona está allí y la playa un paseíto de 500 metros

Appartement au top ! Excellente situation !!

Très bel appartement dans résidence privée arborée avec belle piscine !! Tout confort avec climatisation dans pièce principale et chambre parentale. Un petit ventilateur dans la chambre devant serait appréciable ! Belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer et les montagnes. Proche des commerces et de la plage. Pas besoin de voiture sur place. Très bien desservi !!
