Quiet neighborhood. Close to park and grocery store. Simona was delightful. Very helpful with area and the apartment. Would stay there again.

Quiet location, very clean

Simona was very helpful and made check in/check out very easy with great food recommendations. The location is a bit out of the way, but a walkable to Ortiga. We loved the Sunday market in the nearby piazza!

Good location

A very comfortable apartment within walking distance to both Ortigia, and the archaeological park and museum. The Piazza Santa Lucia at the end of the road was a lovely open space, with places to buy groceries and breakfast.

Property is lovely, well appointed and clean. Not on Ortigia but very walkable. Our only issue was the wifi was out the entire time we were there. We reported to owner shortly after arrival and received no follow up communication during two night stay.

Great base to explore Syracuse and Ortiga

We had a happy 3 days here, with our 3 teenage children. The property was well located and well equipped, we enjoyed exploring Syracuse and Ortiga. Simona was a great host and communication was excellent.

Lovely, Modern and Clean - A Great Place

We loved staying here. With the three bedrooms it was perfect for my family. We walked to Ortigia comfortably and there are food markets and a bakery nearby. The neighborhood is quiet. The parking right outside the front door ideal. This is an exceptional property and we would definitely book with Simona again!

Great spacious apartment

Interior was modern and clean with quality features. Well equipped and comfortable. Short walk to the island which gave us plenty of parking with ease. Host was always quick to respond. Highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic

Stayed 4 nights in Siracusa and loved the flexibility of having a spacious, clean, quiet private apartment that had all the essentials! About a 10-15 walk to Ortigia and some of the main city sights/restaurants/amenities, convenient (free) parking for our rental car, two blocks from a couple neighborhood coffee shops..residential area close to all our needs. Had a wonderful visit!

Four Weeks in Siracusa

The property and the location were just what I was looking for as I was attending class in the city of Siracusa for part of my stay. I was joined by my daughter and the property, with bedrooms and bathrooms on each of the two floors, was ideal for the two of us to be together and yet each have a private area.The property was very clean and well-equipped and the check-in and check-out processes were seamless. Simona is a great host and when I had a couple of questions on the housekeeping routines she answered very quickly.I would love to stay here again some day!

This place was perfect. Location was an oasis in a busy city. Lots of street parking and only a 15 minute walk to the tourist hub of Ortigia. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen we'll set up and they even left us a bottle of wine. Santi met us and gave us a sheet with tons of recommendations, most of which we tried. All in all just perfect, especially if you are driving and just want to park the car. The also gave us the name of a taxi service and our driver, who spoke fluent English, was fabulous. Thanks for a great stay!

Casa splendida!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questa casa. Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro tranquillamente a piedi. La casa era pulitissima in modo molto accurato. Io, sempre, porto prodotti che mi servono per la pulizia o cose utili in casa ma invece, qui ho trovato veramente tutto; dai detersivi all'asse da stiro... veramente mi sono sentita come a casa. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana perfetta.

place was perfect

This apartment is clean and updated and plenty spacious for my family of 5 + 1 friend. The location is on a quiet and very safe residential street with easy parking. It was an easy walk to the more touristic spots, and a central location to explore the area by car.

Absolutely Perfect

The owners were fantastic! Our flights were delayed so we couldn’t Check in until 2200 on Christmas Eve but they were extremely kind and helped us out! On arrival, Santi gave us a complete rundown of the city as well as some highly appreciated dinner recommendations. If you’re looking for the best VRBO in Siracusa for the price, look no further.

Wonderful!

Santi and Simona were the best hosts. They accommodated our many questions with useful information, and juggled their day to meet our variable need for check in. Great location for visit to Syracuse

The property is in a great location for visiting both Ortigia and the sights of Syracuse. Only about a 15 min walk to the Greek theatre and archaeological museum or 10 mins to get onto the beautiful island of Ortigia. The apartment is spacious and clean with plenty of room for 6 adults. Simona was a great host and was always available to answer any questions we might have. The wine that she gave us when we arrived was also very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend the property as a good base for a family visit to Syracuse.

Excellent location for walking to Ortigia. Well equipped 3 bedrooms. Fun market nearby on Sunday morning. Two en suite bathrooms. However the occupants of the third bedroom have to enter one of the other bedrooms to access the toilet and shower.

Nyistandsat og vel-ekviperet byhus i Siracusa - tæt på den gamle bydel, Ortigia, havnen, markedet osv. Senge og badefaciliteter er i top. Oveni blev vi super fint modtaget med masser af tips til gode oplevelser. Vi nåede at følge de gode råd med spisesteder osv. Top!!!

Wonderful Syracuse Adventure

Simona and Santi have a wonderful apartment right next to the Santa Lucia Piazza / Park. The apartment is well appointed with everything and more that we expected. Simona was very helpful along with her lovely mum at our arrival. We were able to walk everywhere and of course spent much time in beautiful Ortigia. The apartment was obviously updated with wood beams and lots of skylights upstairs that were opened letting in so much fresh air.. Would highly recommend this apartment. Charming and independent house, completely renovated, adjacent to Piazza Santa Lucia, one of the most beautiful and historical squares of Syracuse. Welcoming and spacious, ELEVEN offers air-conditioned and design interiors, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with large showers, a big living room with large sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a small courtyard with laundry area.
Parking always available and free, in the same street or in the near big square.
The area is well connected to all kinds of coffee shops, bakeries and especially to Ortigia Island (only 12 minutes far away from the house). Moreover, a few steps from Porto Piccolo and Sbarcadero Santa Lucia, ideal to sunbathe in the public solarium from which you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of Ortigia!
