Santis effort was great

Our stay was very pleasant. The apartment was bigger than we thought and had everything we needed, like spices, towels and soap. The owner of the place made sure to help us in every situation, like finding a taxi. All together I can just say the apartment is good and also the distance to the water made this holiday very special.

Simply perfect

The apartment was perfect- even better than the pictures! Beach is not even a minute away. Plenty of space to park your car. And Santi is one of the nicest persons in italy! He always answers his texts and calls and wants to help you in every way possible. He gave us many recommendations for beaches, restaurants, parking spaces etc. There is NOTHING to complain about! We can’t wait to come back.

Phantastischer Blick aufs Meer und Ortigia

Die FeWo hat uns total begeistert, gibt sie doch phantastische Aussichten auf die herrliche Bucht, das offene Meer und Ortigia. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt....wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und in allem funktionstüchtig. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Ruhe war wohltuend nach den vielen Besichtigungen der Region. Ein Ort des Ausspannens. Der Parkplatz vor der Haustür war sehr angenehm. Danke für das Willkommensgeschenk: köstliches Mandelgebäck! Wir empfehlen die Wohnung und kommen wieder.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views in a chilled area

We loved staying in this apartment. Waking up to the beautiful views each day, having breakfast on the back balcony watching birds in the sunshine was a treat. The whole set up was up was very thoughtful comfortable and tastefully finished with lots of natural light. The kitchen had everything we needed to whip up some delicious meals and bed was firm and comfortable. Santi was a great host, friendly and helpful when we had any questions, but left us to get on with enjoying the space and this lovely pocket of Sicily.

Fantastic apartment!

We've had a wonderful time in this lovely apartment which has a really stunning view overlooking the coastal area and Syracuse. The apartment was very clean, spacious for two people and tastefully furnished. It has two balconies, two bathrooms and luckily air-conditioning in the living room as well as in the bedroom. Santi was a wonderful host who gave us many valuable tips and was always reachable via WhatsApp which was a big help. Another big plus is the fact that you have two beautiful beaches just around the corner!

Einfach fantastisch!

Wir durften 11 Tage in Santis fantastischem Appartement verbringen und haben uns dabei so wohl gefühlt, dass wir gerne wiederkommen. Die ruhige Lage mit dem wunderbaren Ausblick auf Syrakus, die große Terrasse für die Morgensonne und die Großzügigkeit des Appartements für 2 Personen machen den Aufenthalt besonders schön. Santi ist ein toller Gastgeber, der sich sehr um seine Gäste bemüht und mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Perfektes italienisches Urlaubsgefühl! Grazie Mille, Santi!

Traumhafte Kulisse in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Santi ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Der Blick auf die Bucht ist unbeschreiblich schön. In der Umgebung gibt es schöne Strände , die nach einer 15 min Fahrt gut erreichbar sind. Syrakus / Ortigia sind genauso weit entfernt.

Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de ces vacances et envisageons de revenir. L'accueil a été parfait en dépit de nos difficultés à communiquer autrement qu'en français, Le logement est admirablement situé dans la baie de Syracuse à un quart d'heure de voiture du centre historique de la ville. C'est un appartement très grand, très lumineux avec tout le confort, deux terrasses dont l'une avec une vue panoramique sur Syracuse Nous sommes vraiment enchantés de ce séjour et recommandons chaudement cette location.

Agréable appartement vue mer!

Très bel Appartement au 2 ème ètages, ,bien agencé,tous confort . Grâce aux 2 balcons ,ont peux toujours choisir entre le soleil et un endroit plus ombragé car l appartement est très ensoleillé avec les baies vitrées.Equipements parfaits!.Très bon relationnel avec le propriétaire.

Phantastisch

Die Wohnung war genau so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Lage ist sehr gut, zum Relaxen oder auch für Kunst und Kultur. Es war für uns bis jetzt die beste Wohnung. Der Vermieter Santi ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder.

Schöne Strandwohnung

Die Wohnung ist großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Strandnähe ist überzeugend. Die Aussicht sehr schön, wir haben uns gut ausgeruht. Restaurants gibt es auch in Laufnähe.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick. Das Meer ist nur ca. 100 m entfernt (kleine Sandbucht), Bars und Restaurants sowie weitere Buchten in der Nähe. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, der für Fragen und Tipps zur Verfügung steht. So eine schöne und gut gelegene Wohnung hatten wir noch nie!

Location baciata dal sole

Bellissima struttura, curata nei minimi dettagli. L’host Santi ci ha accolti con il sorriso e ci ha subito messo a nostro agio. La location è in una bellissima zona con vista mare e tramonti pazzeschi. Si trova in una zona poco affollata ma vicino a spiaggia e negozi di prima necessità. Chi ha intenzione di fare un viaggio a Siracusa, merita di fermarsi in questa struttura.

Settimana meravigliosa!

Il proprietario Santi è davvero molto gentile e disponibile, ma quando vedi l’appartamento… ti innamori immediatamente. Curato in ogni minimo particolare, pulitissimo e completo di ogni cosa possa servire! Consiglio a chi decide di fermarsi a Siracusa di soggiornare qui!! Grazie Santi e complimenti per tutto!!

Ankommen, Wohlfühlen, Erholung pur

Ein Traumurlaub und eine Traum-Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Zwei Terrassen, zum Frühstück mit Blick aufs Meer und wenn man Glück hat, auch auf den Etna. Mittags die Terrasse im Schatten, auch mit Meerblick. Von dem Standort aus kann man sehr viele Ausflüge machen. Kleine Strände sind nicht weit entfernt. Santi ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Wir haben uns rundum "zu Hause" gefühlt :)

Magnifique havre de paix!

Appartement très bien situé qui offre une vue à couper le souffle sur la baie de Syracuse....déco de bon goût, très bien équipé.... Les contacts avec Santi et son accueil adorable ajoutent à la certitude d’un bon choix.... Nous avons passé 2 semaines inoubliables dans ce lieu magique, idéal pour découvrir la Sicile!

Great place for quiet holidays

Apartment as described - large, fully equipped, very comfortable. The owner was extremely nice and friendly, he bought a baby chair and a potty especially for our child. We are well rested, thank you, Santi! :)

Excellent séjour

L'appartement est très agréable et fonctionnel. C'est un plaisir le matin que de contempler la baie de Syracuse au travers des immenses baies vitrées qui couvrent tout un côté du séjour. Santi est un hôte très attentionné qui allie gentillesse et efficacité.

Santi wohnt im Erdgeschoss des Hauses. Im 1. Stock ist eine weitere Wohnung, die an Touristen vermietet wird. Wir wohnten im 2. Stock mit toller Aussicht auf die Bucht von Syracus. Da der Vermieter im Haus wohnt, war Absprache und Check in unproblematisch. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Bilder in der Anzeige zeigen den guten Zustand verlässlich. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Küche gut Ausgestattet, Internet funktionerte problemlos und wir konnten sogar Netflix auf einem großen TV nutzen. Lediglich die Ausstattung der Dusche fällt im Vergleich zum Rest der Wohnung etwas ab - ist aber dennoch völlig ok. Die Lage ist eher ruhig und abseits vom Trubel. Zu Fuß erreicht man 2 kleine Badestellen und ein Restaurant in wenigen Minuten. Weitere Restaurants sind im Bereich von 1-2 km vorhanden. Supermärkte gibt es in der näheren Umgebung allerdings nicht. Der Punta Carrozza Strand ist nur ca. 100m entfernt. Der Minaretstrand ist 200-300m entfernt. Der Massoliveri Strand ist zwar Luftlinie nicht sehr viel weiter entfernt. Aufgrund eines direkten Zugangs muss man aber etwas weiter gehen/fahren. Laut Google haben alle diese Strände sehr gute Bewertungen. Aus meiner Sicht sind es aber doch eher ganz nette Badestellen als schöne "Traumstrände". Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Es lohnt sich aber durchaus ein Spaziergang an der rauheren Küste vom Massoliveri Strand Richtung Südosten.

Beautiful apartment, spotless, bay and ocean views, quick walk to swim- Fantastic

This apartment was such a find! Plenty of space for a couple, easy access to the sea, beautiful balcony to relax on and take in the view of the sea, Siracusa, and Ortygia (plus an ocean side balcony!). We parked on the street and had no problems. We walked to restaurants in the evening when we didn't cook. A nice grocery store is about a 10 min drive away- Santi had provided the address so we could stop there on our way in (great idea). Ortygia was about 15 min drive; Noto was a 40 min drive. There are two nature reserves within a 10 minute drive from the apartment. Staying here allowed us to see and do so much AND relax, rest, and rejuvenate. Can't recommend it enough. My husband and I stayed in Santi's apartment for 6 nights. We spent most of our time on the balcony overlooking the bay- peaceful mornings and calm evenings watching the sunset. There were two beaches in walking distance- one about two minutes away. We swam every day... The apartment had everything we could need. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bed/bath linens and towels were great. Santi offered us a beach umbrella and beach towels. He also had fresh canoli for us! Check in and check-out were very smooth. Santi is very responsive to communication. He was welcoming and kind throughout our stay-- we'd reach out for recommendations and he'd respond really quickly with great ideas. We felt very much in good hands in a beautiful place. A little bit of heaven

Santi's apartment is breath taking. The view from either side of the apartment only got better and better. On the right hand side, you have all glass doors which show you the beauitful beach and old town and on your left you have the stunning landscape. There was nothing to fault. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Santi was a great host who provided us with a lot of local knowledge. We were able to cook fish and steaks in the kitchen as it had all the amenities. The apartment has a very large bedroom and 2 bathroom with an amazing open plan living room, dinning area and kitchen. We were extremely impressed and cannot recommend staying here enough. Me and my partner will definitely be returning with our families. The apartment is also very well located. ITs only 3 minutes from a lovely secluded beach and 15 minute drive to Ortigia. We recommend renting a car. Santi, we had an amazing time and hope to return again!
