ラウンジの右側には、完全に独立した快適なテレビルームがあります。 アーチを通り抜けるとダイニングエリアとモダンなキッチンがあり、ユーティリティルームがすべてオープンプランのデザインになっています。大きなガラス窓があり、屋外の屋根付きテラス、プール、庭園にアクセスできます。 ゲストは台所で最初の日のためのクリーニングキットを見つけるでしょう。 また、コーヒーと紅茶などのウェルカムパックも用意されています。

ラウンジを通って上階に行くと、専用のバスルーム付きのセカンドマスターベッドルームと、シャワー付きのダブルベッドルーム2室があります。 大きな窓からテラスにアクセスできます。

この人気のヴィラは、カーラデオルの最も高級で平和な住宅街の1つである旧市街に位置するため、家族全員でのんびりと静かな休暇を過ごすのに理想的です。

ヴィラはすべてのベッドルームとテレビルームにエアコンを提供しています。 喫煙は許可されていますが、私たちは顧客に屋外での喫煙を要求します。 インターネットは追加料金で利用可能です。

Another great stay

We’ve stayed here once before. Great location for harbour, town and beach. Lovely pool and rooftop terrace table tennis, perfect for kids. Well appointed place ideal for self-catering. Recommend it for families.

Excellent

Beautiful villa very spacious, very nicely fitted out, Kitchen well equipped for all your needs. Lovely pool and patio/ sun bed, outdoor dining area. Super clean, most important thing for me, beds comfortable. 5 minutes from the beach, port and restaurants and bars. Family of eight with a one year old and three year old. We had the best time and wouldn’t hesitate to go back again.

Great Location

This villa is in a brilliant location exactly in the middle between the marina and the town centre, both can be walked to in 5 minutes with a huge amount of restaurants and shops nearby. The villa is well furnished and finished and the pool is perfect for enjoying the lovely weather. I’m glad we didn’t pay to heat the pool as the sun did a great job of that for us. We had a couple of issues including front door lock and hot water supply but the managing agent fixed these incredibly quickly, within 30 minutes we had both a locksmith and a plumber. Very good service.

living room without window

The owner's sister would come into the house to get something almost every day. We paid more for 6 hours of cleaning during the week we rented and the house continued with sand on the floor, in addition at the end I was informed that the amount deposited would be discounted plus 3 hours of cleaning as we left some dishes to wash. They reported that the orange squeezer had broken and charged for it without proving it was broken. I asked for a video and I did not receive it. As for the architectural design was to be desired. The living room on the window has the balcony barely able to walk with the table. The home-theater was so small we could not all watch TV together. I do not recommend.

Dear Flavia, Normally, we encourage our clients to leave a review as this helps us to improve our villas and services and other travelers to decide on renting a property. Villa Margarita is one of our most sollicited and well rated villas. Unfortunately, your one star rate is only based on a mutual bad experience and not the villa as such which leaves a coloured version of the real situation. Regarding the unsatisfactory contracted extra cleaning. We can only undertake action and have issues solved if we were made aware during your stay and not after. Also, the best cleaning is only possible if the villa is tidy which wasn't the case. The cleaners can't touch or remove all personal belongings. If there are left things in the middle on the sollicited scheduled cleaning day it makes the cleaners work more complicated. We do agree it must have been inconvenient having the owner's sister coming by to pick things up. The proper way would be her asking us to talk to you first. However, you should have mentioned this on your stay for us to be able to handle this. When you informed us about the dishwasher/ washing machine, we immediately offered to send a technician but didn't hear from you again. As for the orange juicer. As explained to you, the juicer itself tecnically worked but the broken handle with sharp edge could harm next clients and therefore needed replacing. We hardly ever take the measure to charge extra hours of cleaning on departure but the kitchen and dining area were left in a bad state. There were plates, dishes, food, drinks and rubbish allover. If there were only left a few plates as you mention, nothing extra would have been charged. We've spoken to Home Away several times when you were staying at the villa. As Home Away also protects the traveler, they wouldn't have deducted the money if they didn't agree on this. We have proof of everything, as the cleaners always inform us on the situation. Photos how the kitchen area was left and the damaged orange juicer. We gave you several options to provide us proof of payment you claimed you made which you didn't. We feel strongly we handled the correct way and also lament this mutual negative experience. Regards, Open d´Or Team

Lovely stay

My family of 6 adults stayed here in Aug 2024. We’ve stayed in many large villas in this area of Cala D’Or & this one compared favourably with the others. The outside areas are excellent, more than enough comfortable sun beds which are not cramped together, a lovely deep pool & an outside dining table on the veranda which we used for lunch. My 4 adult children spent a lot of time out here. Inside the main double bedroom upstairs is a little dated and the bathroom could do with a refresh but a good room with good aircon and we slept well. The two double bedrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) were good and the bathrooms looked to have been updated recently, the aircon again was excellent. Downstairs there is only aircon in the TV room which was an excellent cool down and chill room. Main seating area was fine for 6. Kitchen had everything you’d need to prepare any type of meal for 10 people & an inside dining table which we used on a rainy day. I had expected there is to a washing machine & a dryer but there is only a WM. That would have been fine but we had rain on the Thursday so no chance to wash & dry outside. I chose this villa as the location is excellent, a 5 minute walk from the main town strip & the marina. I was surprised to find an open air tapas restaurant opposite our front door but we were never disturbed by the music or guests and had an excellent evening there when rain prevented us going further afield. Overall this is an excellent villa & I would return

Everything you could want

This villa is large, airy and very well equipped. It is well maintained both inside and out with attractive outside areas and a lovely pool. It is in a perfect location with very quick and easy walkable access to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, coffee bars and beaches. I will definitely look to book again.

Fantastic villa in a great location. Very spacious and well equipped. Has everything you need.

Superb villa loccated only a few minutes walk to the port and town centre. Small beach 5 minutes walk and other beaches just 10 minutes away. Great location for all nearby restaurants. Loads of space inside amd outside around the pool. Perfect for larger groups or families. Had a fantastic time, thank you.

A first class Villa in a prime position

This is gorgeous villa which is fully kitted out. It is large and spacious to fully accommodate 10 guests (we were nine and had ample room). Excellent living area, kitchen and large bedrooms only one without an on-suite, and that is next to a bathroom. A TV lounge for the children. All airconditioned. Large pool and plenty of loungers to relax around the pool. The outside is well protected and landscaped providing an excellent level of privacy. It is situated exactly as it says in the brochure with easy access to nearby, shops, restaurants, harbour and beach. All this made it a stunning holiday for us as a family. Highly recommend it.

Extremely nice villa in wonderful town

What a place! Villa is a place with high standards, spacious, light and well situated. The town itself is a marvellous peaceful place with plenty of nice beaches and numerous fine restaurants. I strongly recommend!

Oh just so wonderful

Villa Margerita is a stunning, huge villa in a delightful residential area of Cala D'or. It's as big, stylish and clean as the pictures led me to believe, and made for an amazing family holiday. The star of the show is the lovely big pool, perfect for a five-year-old to swim and some much bigger kids to play water volleyball and act like plonkers in a big rubber flamingo. We spent as much time as we could in the pool, snoozing on the comfortable loungers, eating at the terrace table, and playing ping pong up on the roof. The five bedrooms were spacious with lots of closet and drawer space, the bathrooms were all clean and modern with warm showers and each room had its own. The lounge was enormous and great for playing games in the evening, while the TV room was perfect for a snuggle and a movie. The kitchen had everything we needed, and everything was spotlessly clean. We took extra pods for the dishwasher and the washing machine and used both which made life easier ! The location is simply fantastic. It was about four minutes' walk to the little beach and another five to the Cala Gran beach. It was about five mins to the shops and restaurants on the main drag (we loved La Bodegas and Meat Club) and around seven minutes in the other direction to the Marina (We tried out ZLocal and Portofino). We travelled in October and got the worst few days of weather the Island had seen all year, with thunderstorms three nights straight. But we could still use the heated pool even when it was a bit chilly or raining (not in the lightening storm of course) and it made us appreciate the warm sunny weather by the end of the week all the more. We didn't have to use the Air Con much, and couldn't find the heating controls (for drying towels etc) but it didn't really matter as there were ample blankets around the place when anyone felt a little chilly. Nathalie and her team from the management company were lovely and very helpful, and I would stay at Villa Margerita again in a heartbeat. Thanks !

Osa huoneista ja komeroista haisi maakellarilta ja pihavalot eivät toimineet. Grillaaminen pilkkopimeällä pihalla oli haaste, eivätkä lapset voineet leikkiä pihassa illalla. Ilmoitimme pimeästä pihasta heti, mutta asiaa ei korjattu. Talo oli siisti, hyvällä paikalla lähellä Eco beachiä, satamaa ja keskustaa. Pingispöytä oli kiva! Talo oli helppo löytää. Lähellä oli Spar-market.

Die gemachten Angaben stimmten überein.Gute Lage,gepflegt!Gross genug für 7 Personen.Kleine Beanstandungen wurden von der Agentur umgehend behoben! Würden dieses Haus immer wieder buchen.

Fantastic Family Holiday

What an amazing property. Clean and fantastically equipped with everything we needed for two young families - high chairs and big travel cots with proper mattresses available on request. Pool is gorgeous and clean, and well kept. Location couldn’t have been better. Only a few minutes walk from a number of local supermarkets, 5 minutes from the central bars and restaurants, and less than 10 minutes from the beaches and harbour - everything was so accessible!

Great property and location

Really enjoyed our week stay in the Villa ,the location of the property was fantastic. The pool area and the Al fresco dining area was great. Personally a little surprised that the towels weren't replaced or extra towels given initially during our stay. One of the single beds in the downstairs twin needs replacing as very squeaky. Otherwise an excellent experience would certainly return. The whole family had a great holiday
