If required , there is a "ZERO CONTACT" policy to limit personal contacts if desired , this through the use of a key box.
The village house is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each departure for optimal security and carefree holidays.

Completely renovated old spacious village house with charm in
IBIZA STYLE , equipped with all modern comfort for up to 6people + 1 cot. The house is located in the old car-free! centre of this typical Andalusian artist village with local restaurants, bars, shops and streets to get lost in. In just 30min you are on Malaga's beautiful beaches with marinas and seafood restaurants.

The great thing about this house is not only the views, atmosphere, cosiness, light and openness but also the fact that you can walk to the artisan bakery around the corner every morning for fresh croissants , French bread or local specialities. There are several grocery shops for all your shopping and also where you can order roast chicken with fries in the morning for the afternoon or all kinds of tapas or pizzas.
We ourselves have 2 teenage boys whom we can leave completely free during our stay. The streets are great for exploring, even going shopping here is fun for them or going for an ice cream or milkshake in the local artisan gelateria.
For heavy shopping, every shop has delivery right to your door if you wish.
During the evenings, it is blissful to linger on one of the terraces or lounge overlooking the lights of the village. For young people, there are music pubs, performances, sports facilities or watching a film on TV. There is also very good internet access (40 euros).
From the house you can set off on short or long walks, there are several adventure organisations leaving from the village, horse riding or you can take the bus to the coast of Algarrobo, Torre Del Mar, Torrox,...
As you can see, a combination of relaxation, socialising, cheap healthy food, being in the middle of Spanish hospitality and adventure is definitely possible here.

No es lo que esperabamos

Llegar a la casa es de difícil acceso tanto en coche ala zona de aparcamiento como una vez aparcados, a pie hasta la casa. Al llegar a la casa nadie te espera solo te mandan unos dias antes unas instruciones en un mail para que encuentres la casa y accedas a la misma. Para entrar hay que abrir una pequeña caja fuerte en la pared con combinacion donde te dejan las llaves, por lo que echamos en falta alguien que nos recibiera y diera acceso y nos resolviera las dudas o preguntas que nos pudieran surgir, como han hecho en otras casas que hemos estado, con o sin covid es un minimo. Una vez dentro la casa esta llena de escalones en todas las estancias,las escaleras para subir al piso d arriba son muy empinadas y sin altura en el techo por lo que o te agachas o te das en la cabeza,los baños¿han visto fotos?pues no les digo mas...aparte la entrada a uno de ellos tiene una altura de 1.60 y el resto de estancias no mucho mas, pocas son las que puedes entrar sin agacharte un poco,no puedo contar las veces que nos hemos golpeado en la cabeza al entrar en casi todas las estancias. En cuanto a las habitaciones para acceder a una tienes que pasar por otra de ellas y otra de las habitaciones es una agobiante y pequeña alcoba sin ventana y tambien con una altura de la puerta de 1.60y dos escalones de acceso,solo una pequeña oquedad la comunica con el hall La terraza de la azotea sin una sombrilla por lo que excepto a la noche alli no hay quien este, las vistas eso si espectaculares pero poco mas... Las rutas de senderismo en verano no las recomiendan hacer por el calor que hace a no se que salgas a las 6 de la mañana En la casa aunque hay ventiladores se hace necesario el aire acondicionado ya que su interior alcanza una temperatura alta por mucho que la casa sea de paredes gruesas, en la zona de dormitorios sobre todo que no corre aire hemos pasado noches de mucho calor,en agosto no quiero ni pensar lo que sera... . Lo de dejar 100 euros al final de la estancia para la señora que limpia aunque lo avisa en la descripción me parece un poco irregular ya que deberia añadirlo en el precio del alquiler y pagar sus correspondientes impuestos, reconozco que es la primera vez que lo veo y he alquilado ya varias. En definitiva una casa bonita de pueblo pero nada comoda para el dia a dia, quiza en invierno se disfrute mas, si hubieramos podido ver mas fotos de la casa tal como es en realidad no la habriamos elegido.

Wunderschönes Haus mit toller Aussicht

Wunderschönes Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet, großzügig, mit viel Platz. Wir waren allerdings auch nur zu zweit in dem Haus. Der Weg zum Haus ist eine kleine Herausforderung. Es geht steil nach oben und unten.Das Auto steht ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Im Alltag nicht so ein Problem, man ist schnell in allen Restaurants oder Läden. Allerdings schleppt man seine Einkäufe, Wasser, Koffer etc. Das war bei 35 Grad sportlich, aber machbar. Den empfohlenen Pool im Hotel haben wir nur 1 mal genutzt. Viel zu teuer. Die genauen Preise darf man hier scheinbar nicht nennen. Der Pool war dreckig und die Atmosphäre grauenvoll. Wir waren nach einer Stunde wieder draußen. Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war gut. Die Dachterasse ist der Hammer. Wer sportlich unterwegs ist, keine Angst vor steilen, verwinkelten Wegen hat und auf einen Pool verzichten kann, ist genau richtig. Das Haus ist wie auf den Fotos. Wir haben sehr die Wunderschöne Aussicht und Sonnenuntergänge genossen.

Totally amazing

Fantastic town house in a central location. It is very well appointed and furnished to a high standard. We (2 couples) had a 6 day break in February and were blessed with fabulous weather. The views from the top terrace were breath taking. I would recommend that you take sensible shoes for walking in as the house is not accessible by car and the streets are steep and cobbled so can be a bit challenging. The whole experience was great and we would definitely go again.

Great House in beautiful Competa

We stayed 6 people in this wonderful house. Tastefully decorated and furnished. Everything was working great. The terraces is really perfect outdoor areas. Space enough for 6 adults and two small children (2 ensuite-bedrooms).
