Property with great potential

Overall, we had a great stay and the property worked well for the size of our group. The pool area is fantastic, would just add a few more floaties. Main house was great, air conditioning, most kitchenware but no microwave and dishwasher, not a big deal. Not much instructions for the house or brochures with information about the area but also not a big deal. Main advice for the managing company is to figure out air conditioning for the trullo. It is much too hot in the think of summer, the fan we had wasn’t enough. Also breaker kept shutting off several times a day, that would be helpful to know in advance. There isn’t much around that area but it’s 15 min from both Ostuni and Cisternino.

We were disappointed with our stay at this villa, the photos are old and do not represent the current state and upkeep of the property. The property is tired and needs urgent work to come up to a standard which would be expected considering the rental price. It is also worth noting that the descriptions do not truly represent the property.The smaller kitchen is not a kitchen as it has no sink, no running water and has nothing but a kettle (which you can't fill) and some cups. One of the double beds has such an old mattress that you can't sleep. The air -con is only in one part of the house so if you are staying in the other building you will be hot. (fan provided but old, dirty and useless).Some lights didn't work on our arrival and despite Wonderful Italy saying they would be repaired it took 5 days and several reminders. One of the bathrooms didn't have a toilet seat, the broken one, left under a bookshelf!The outdoor shower area is unusable and is full of green mould, slime and is disgusting. The outdoor BBQ area has overgrown trees and shrubs and is difficult to access. Tiles missing by the pool and the white walls are mainly grey!The whole site looks a mess with broken items, rubbish and an unkempt garden.Be prepared to drive a long way to dispose of trash (it's your job).Overall the experience was disappointing and not as the villa is portrayed online. Wonderful Italy - poor in their communication and took several days to answer our messages. We do not recommend

Unterkunft

Der erste Eindruck war recht ok allerdings wie wir alles etwas genauer betrachtet hatten und uns auf viel das schon seit Jahren nichts mehr an der Unterkunft renoviert worden ist fanden wir das preis Leistung nicht korrekt da hinzu kommt noch das überall Schimmel ist im jedem Raum der auch abfällt und eine Ameisen Plage auf dem gesamten Anwesen und die kommunizierung war auch sehr schlecht Fazit wir werden dort nicht nocheinmsl buchen

Belle location pour le dépaysement et le repos

Belle location Bien située pour visiter la région des Pouilles Il manque quelques petits équipements en ce qui concerne la cuisine(lave vaisselle / micro onde et ustensiles)
