Beautiful views from both balconies. 1- the ocean, 2- the valley. Over the top detail in interior construction and onsite amenities with pools and beach access. Indoor garage parking below units. Small communication error remedied quickly with host. Look forward to next years stay!

Well-maintained and stylish unit in a convenient location within Solana Beach, as well as the complex! The host was extremely accommodating and gracious, welcoming us personally and acquainting us with the unit and its many amenities. We will stay here again, 100%.

Beautiful Contemporary Townhouse

My husband and I, along with another couple quickly changed plans after our original vacation to Anna Maria Island was canceled. Bill is a WONDERFUL HOST!! He met us to check in, show us the property and highlight areas of interest. The townhouse is completely renovated and lovely. Bill even brought extra washcloths and dish cloths as we were short! Both bedrooms are on the first floor, the master is huge and all beds very comfortable. The upstairs living room and kitchen is spacious and well appointed. The little patio is great for coffee in the morning. The deck is small but can accommodate for a beautiful sunset view. The beach is very clean and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We traveled around the area but also enjoyed the local farmers market as well as three local restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and this specific property very much. The flora and fauna are beautiful. Our only concern was the complex is a little dated and many of the beach front homes are not maintained to the standard of Bill’s. We can’t say enough about what a 5 star host Bill was😎

Wonderful apt in a great location

The apt is clean, spacious and beautifully renovated with high end appliances, fixtures and hard wood floors. The pool, hot tub and tennis courts are right outside the door and the beach a quick walk down the stair case. The neighborhood is very quiet and conveniently located just a short drive from everything in SD. Great coffee, restaurants and shopping is also within walking distance.

Beautiful Place

This is a beautiful townhome in a gorgeous location! Great access to the beach as well as neighboring shops and restaurants. The unit is very clean and the owner is very helpful and responsive to any needs/questions. We’ll be back!

Truly amazing all around

William provided us with an amazing experience at his rental. He met us at the property and showed us around the complex and gave us the layout of the home. The house is beyond immaculate with top of the line appliances. There were plenty of amenities. It felt so relaxing and was truly a wonderful stay. The view was breathtaking! We enjoyed the sunsets every night. We walked down to the beach in the mornings to exercise. The parking is gated and super safe. We left our electric bikes in the garage locked together and never worried. The beds are super comfortable. The only drawback is…. There are many steps to get from garage to the condo and then there are steps to get to the main living area. This was not a problem at all for us as we are very active and considered it part of our workout (every step counts!). I only bring that up in case someone considers renting that cannot handle stairs. The grounds around the complex are so well maintained and a beautiful setting with a koi pond (and a turtle that likes to sun bathe). The employees were constantly working on the landscape and making sure everything looked perfect. There are two pools (heated) and hot tubs. We never used them but they were very clean. It was lit up so beautifully for the holidays! Very close to everything - stores, beach, freeway. We will most definitely stay here again. I would highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed!!!

Great for active adults

Great spot for us as a couple with several amenities onsite - swimming (heated pool) and tennis and staircase down to ocean for jogs. Property itself updated recently and spotless. As a work from home person, wifi was perfect and could use dining area with well light area. This is a sun drenched place and you have views of ocean and town/hills from upstairs! There are several steps:stairs and a small uphill to get from parking to the condo. So be aware for those with mobility limitations. Host was proactive and most welcoming. Checked in on us throughout and that makes all the difference on experience and feeling as a home away from home!

Beautiful slice of the California coast

This was our first visit to Solana Beach and I hope it won't be our last. First and foremost, Bill is a wonderful host. The pre-arrival email is so nicely detailed that we didn't have any worries on our arrival day. Bill greeted us at the gate, walked us to the townhouse and showed us the entire place before taking us around the complex and showing us how to get to the pool, tennis court and beach. The grounds are beautiful with koi ponds lush vegetation and benches overlooking the bluff and the ocean. It really feels like a world away. The view of the ocean is spectacular from the deck and the interior of the townhouse couldn't be more comfortable and spacious. The pictures are fantastic but being there is better! With easy drives to all of the coastal towns, you can't beat this location. Our only problem was that we had to go home! Thank you, Bill, for providing such a wonderful place for celebrating my birthday.

Prettier than the pictures

The great room is lovely, light filled, serene- feels like new. Bathrooms are great, too. Pool & tennis courts good. All very clean. Owner available and helpful. Reno was done in 2021, based on reviews, and the kitchen appliances now function poorly, which was a disappointment for me.

Clean - Convenient - Comfortable

We had the best stay at this Solana Beach condo. Not only was the owner Bill's communication excellent prior to our stay, but certainly on the day we arrived. The unit and complex have a lot of amenities, and Bill took some great time showing us around the property and the condo so we knew how to live comfortably for a week. The condo is immaculate, and when I say immaculate, everything is super clean and presents as brand new. You can tell that the place is kept well so that you feel like you are staying in a fresh/modern place. When it comes to amenities, the unit has it all. Every kitchen utensil, down to cleaning solution is provided and it made it so easy just to relax and enjoy the week. We will definitely be back!

Great Location

Perfect place for a family of four. Perfect for two especially since the couch is great for TV watching. If I had two more adults in my party I would have liked more comfortable seating in the living room for lounging around.

What a great place to enjoy a beach vacation!

To say property is exactly as described is an understatement. The owner is such a gentleman and a gracious host. The property was so well stocked, and more, for us. Although this property is not the "front" row to the beach, in a lot of ways, you may prefer that, at least we start to feel that way, after one month's stay. Also, the workers there are doing such a great job--they make the whole community feel like one big fancy garden. IF you ever want to stay at Solana beach, you should definitely consider this property!

Beautiful views and a light-filled 2 bed 2.5 bath condo await. Blind wood floors, contemporary furniture, Bosch appliances make for a wonderful home away from home.

Winter getaway!

Bill was a great host. Seascape Sur is a lovely property. The upkeep with the shrubs and flowers are amazing. The townhouse was beautiful. Exactly as the pictures show. Comfortable beds and linens. 5 minutes to walk to lovely restaurants. Ocean view but looking over rooftops. Extremely quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

Exceeded our expectations!

After reading all the 5 star reviews for this townhome, it’s difficult for me to add any more superlatives! I chose this particular condo based on the fantastic reviews and beautiful descriptions of the details of the home, plus the close access to the beach, and my daughter and I were above and beyond thrilled with everything! It did not disappoint in any way. The owner Bill was so friendly and helpful and was always quick to answer any questions we had. We were also very impressed with Bill’s son Stas who helped us with our luggage when we left since Bill was out of town then. I cannot say enough about how much we relaxed and enjoyed staying here. There’s no other place to stay in San Diego for us when we visit again! Thank you Bill for everything!

Solana Beach Ocean View

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay. The condominium has been completely remodeled. Very bright and spacious, with a full kitchen and upper level east and west decks. Beautiful view of the ocean and spectacular sunsets. The complex is gated with gated parking. Convenient for walking the beach, coast highway and design district.
