この歴史的な文字のコテージは門の外側の道路に沿って走っているポニー、牛、豚、道路を渡って広がる何マイルにもわたるニューフォレスト内という素晴らしいロケーションにあり、絶対に牧歌的です。 コテージは5つのダブルベッドルームで10を眠り、プライベート、犬のいない庭、いくつかの車のための十分な駐車場、3シャワー/バスルーム（2エンスイート）、2つの木製バーナー、セントラルヒーティング、1階クロークルームの恩恵を受ける。 ショッピングや空港用のサウサンプトンやボーンマスと同様に、海岸や数多くのビーチへはわずか30分です。

Great house, room for all the family!

Lovely house, plenty of space for everyone to relax and a lovely garden. Sheena the host was brilliant, answering queries immediately and making us feel very weldome.

Central New forest location

Very pleasant cottage in a great location for touring round the New Forest. Complimentary biccies, milk and nespresso pods on arrival was nice, and the sofa and bed were really comfy. Bedroom/bathroom are lovely rooms but being an attic conversion, its sloping ceilings we're a bit tricky even for me as a woman of average height and quite difficult for my husband of 6ft 1. Garden is "private" but not entirely, because the fencing between the cottage and the adjoining house, which is also let out, isn't particularly thick/high. The parking area to the other side of the house is very definitely shared. A road runs around the property which can also make the garden a bit noisy.

Fabulous cottage in a great location.

The cottage was perfect for us and our dog. The enclosed sunny garden with comfortable seating was a big plus. Walks and ponies just across the road and a 25 minute walk into Burley village. The cottage itself is very well equipped and has a comfy beds and modern clean shower room. I’d highly recommend this cottage and would definitely book again. Thank you Sheena for your great communication and all the lovely touches you made within the cottage to make our stay a memorable one.

Perfect location for walking and cycling in the New Forest

The cottage had everything we needed and is in a lovely location. Nicely presented and welcoming with milk in the fridge and fresh flowers. An easy walk to some beautiful parts of the New Forest with good birdwatching and close to the cycle network. Property manager Sheena was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

At one with the forest in Forest Cottage.

Everything you would want to enjoy your stay on the forest. Large enclosed garden. Dog friendly. Beautiful modern wet room shower. Large full fitted kitchen. Bi fold doors onto the garden. Beautiful views from the garden. The forest sounds, Owls at night, Cattle and ponies just meters away from the garden. Sheena is a wonderful host , Instant communication. Already booked for next year.

Absolute bliss!

This is our second visit to Rose cottage and found it just as beautiful as we remembered. Set in the most perfect place with walks in the forest just outside your door. The cottage is absolutely perfect with everything you need for a wonderful stay. .Thank you so much for the welcome pack it was greatly appreciated, The owner Sheena is so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you for such a wonderful break we are looking forward to returning in the New Year.

Great long weekend break with the dogs in the New Forest

A lovely long weekend break in the New Forest. The Cottage was a great place to stay and the little touches added, such as dog treats, milk and biscuits really made you feel welcome. The enclosed garden for privacy and security made you feel safe and secure throughout the stay. It was obvious that the Property Manager took a lot of pride in what she was presenting and it definitely showed in the cleanliness and appearance of the cottage. A superb break and would thoroughly recommend Forest Cottage to any couples looking for that quiet weeknd.

Excellent

Perfect location and within a stones throw from the New Forest. Excellent communictions from the host and exactly as described. Nothing at all to dissapoint us. Will give it a 10 out of 10 and hope to revisit again in the near future.

Blissful, tranquil break

Forest Cottage is a lovely, quirky little cottage, tastefully fitted out, in a perfect position on the edge of The New Forest. Sheena communicated well with us and left us a delightful bonus of a vase of fresh flowers and a pack of delicious biscuits, along with tea bags, coffee and a pint of milk to get us started; so thoughtful. The surroundings were perfect : tranquility reigned! The garden would be wonderful in summer, I'm sure, but with the temperature and weather that we had on our three days, we didn't venture out into it! It looked good, though. :o) The log fire was a must, while we were there, and it was lovely to snuggle round in the evenings. Highly recommended for a blissfully peaceful break. Tip for anyone venturing to the forest in the very near future : take your wellies! The mud was almost impassable in places.

Sunny cottage for 2 in the new forest

Charming cottage for 2, in burley in a very quiet and pretty area. The cottage is very well equipped and very confortable. We really enjoyed the garden and the different space to enjoy the sun at different time of the day. Brillant stay

Amazing Cottage in Amazing Location

We have been coming to the New Forest for many years and have stayed in some wonderful places , this cottage is definitely one of the best, it had everything we needed and the location could not of been better. Sheena the owner was so helpful and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. Highly recommend staying here we cannot wait to return to this place of beauty.

Anniversary break

What a beautiful, well maintained and well located cottage. We had a great weekend, lovely Villages and Forest walks and so peaceful. Thank You Sheena for a wonderful break, even a bottle to celebrate our 30th anniversary, I’m sure we’ll be back. Dave and Jo.

The Cottage is in a really quiet, special location but accessible to so much whether you seek culture, beaches, theme parks or just want to relax, walk and sit in front of the fire, it’s perfect. We provide very comfortable beds and luxury bed linen and towels because I think these things are so important. Lots of people comment on how well they sleep at Rose Cottage.
