Good location

We really liked our flat and its closeness to the grocery store and central Keswick. The bird feeder outside the french doors (with a supply of feed in the kitchen) meant we had pheasants visiting us every morning. However, there was inconsistency in stating the check-in time between documents. I wrote to the property manager to seek clarification but heard nothing back.

Great location and well equipped. Parking space a bonus and just a few minutes from High Street and lots of food outlets. Only issue we had was that the ‘enhanced cleaning’ that was supposed to have been done for COVID was disappointing with us finding litter in bedside drawers, carpets that had not been properly hoovered, cobwebs/dead insects and a greasy oven tray. Loved this apartment and hope to stay in no. 2 again when we come back to Keswick. View and quietness of location was amazing as so near all Keswick has to offer. Booking and key collection (on a Sunday) was very straightforward. Whole experience excellent.

This is a very well appointed ground floor apartment. Cleanliness and comfort are excellent and equipment provided is well thought out and covers everything needed. We were a group of four - two elderly - and greatly enjoyed the apartment and its facilities. Would thoroughly recommend and certainly would go again.

Parking difficult for collecting and returning keys at your shop. Overall the cottage was very pleasing with lovely views. .Minor criticisms were found in the space for dining (There were only 2 of us, but 4 adults would have been restricted.) The en-suite shower was quite small. Toilet seat in the bathroom needed adjustment The paint on the toilet seat also had a split in 2 places.

We have stayed in this apartment several times over the previous years. The price has steadily risen and this year we were disappointed that a problem that we had with the main bathroom toilet was not rectified during our stay despite reporting it at the beginning of the week. What we like about this apartment is its small patio and the quietness of the area. However this year it was not as suitable as previously - .owing to the furniture being low and no separate armchair which meant that my friend had to sit on a kitchen chair as she has problems with her knees and getting up was extremely painful and difficult
