Overall the visit was OK. I paid premium rental because the condo was advertised as Ski-I/O, definitely not the case. Also when we arrived we found a note saying there is limited hot water available. This was advertised to sleep 10, but we ran out of hot water when 3 of us took normal showers. It felt like a bait and switch. On the positive side, the sheets and bathrooms were clean.

Great unit with plenty of space for a family. Super convenient location: quick to skiing, shopping, and dining. Condo complex has a great pool, easy for families and the parking is great as it’s covered.

The water heater works excellent. It was new in January 2017. However, if guests use both showers at maximum flow rate they will deplete the 50 gallon hot water heater in 15 to 20 minutes. It takes 2 hours to re-heat. I have signs posted so that guests know to adjust the water flow in the shower if they need more hot water capacity.

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our time skiing at Brian Head. The accommodations at Copper Chase were perfect for our family. The grandkids loved the pool and the adults liked the hot tub after a long day of skiing. The kids loved sleeping in the European Capsules. We left an expensive electronic and Jill had it mailed back to us. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Great location and wonderful communication with the Host. The guests above us were very noisy until late hours. The temp control for the unit was hard to regulate. Overall wonderful for our family and we enjoyed the garage option and the pool.

Excellent Family Friendly Condo

The Copper Chase Condo was excellent for our family of four and grandparents. The heated garage made loading/unloading in cold snowy weather a breeze never having to dig our car out of the snow. After a day of teaching the kids to ski we relaxed in the jacuzzi while the kids swam. The cabin was equipped with many amenities so we could cook dinner. It was warm and cozy with cable and Netflix access. Our hosts were extremely helpful and responsive to any of our needs. We will definitely stay again!

Poorly maintained and not as pictures depict.

There were many broken/damaged items. Very dusty/dirty window areas and hallways. Mattresses were stained and bedding was inferior, with no mattress pads. Pool/ jacuzzi were broke, which was main reason we booked. Would not stay again.

Vicki was a fantastic guest. There are no stains on mattresses and all have mattress pad/enclosures. The snow was so heavy this year that the normal "mud month" of May extended into June. Therefore the common area hall ways were still in "winter condition". We did offer Vicki and her group private use of our South Penthouse Jacuzzi sun room when the Copper Chase common area Jacuzzi / pool renovation was not completed. Please also note that the significantly reduced prices for May that is an "off month" in Brian Head were extended into June.

Overall positive experience

There were 6 of us, teens and two 53 year Olds. Plenty of beds, they were all comfortable. Fireplace worked great to heat all areas except solarium. Couches very cozy as well. Biggest issues were poor laundry facilities and loud group above us. It wasn't ski in, ski out due to the crazy amount of snow this season, but shuttle was reliable. Also, it wasn't as close to other areas within Brian Head as we thought, it was our first time here. Most of us are 5' 9" or taller and the way the tub/showers are made it was a little difficult to get in and out. There's no way anyone with physical limits related to balance could have accessed them.

Scott was receptive to our needs, we got to the property early and he was able to facilitate an early check in rather quickly. Then my wife left her AirPods in the condo and he found them and mailed them to us. Thank u Scott!

Ski retreat weekend.

Great stay. The place was clean and the communication from Scott was excellent. Everything we wanted for a quick ski weekend. Having a parking garage was great considering all the snow that dumped for the weekend. Definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, quiet and cozy.

This corner unit enjoys nice views and has the feel of a stand alone. Great base for a ski vacation. Free town shuttle makes getting around easy. Condo is very clean and comfortable.

Brian Head is a beautiful area. This VRBO is fine for two older couples. It has two nice bedrooms and two nice bathrooms. The WiFi also works very well. The kitchen also is very nice with supplies. The host left coffee for the morning which is very appreciated.

During the winter Brian Head is home to great skiing/boarding that is perfect for families and groups. There are miles of snowmobile trails and guided snowmobile tours. There is also ice fishing at nearby lakes and many snow tubing hills.

During the summer Brian Head is the perfect cool temperature getaway due to its high altitude. Excellent mountain biking, fishing, hiking and ATVing, make Brian Head a one stop destination that will please everyone in your group.

This Dual King Suite Condo is located in the premier Copper Chase Condominium project. Copper Chase has a large indoor solarium pool/Jacuzzi, exercise facilities and male/female saunas in the locker room.
