The property was excellent. A good location in the Alto Barrio, with many restaurants and bars close by. The unit was spacious and clean. We had a terrific stay.

It was totally awesome! Even better than described. Incredible neighborhood!

The property was exactly how it was described! The neighborhood was filled with tons of restaurants and places to shop! And do close you the Time Out Market!

Great location, easy process, clean and good AC in heat

We loved it! The location is convenient, beds comfortable, and great stores and restaurants are nearby. The only thing missing was a regular coffee maker as it only had an espresso and no pods were left and the list of amenities says there is one. (Finding pods isn’t always easy.)

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay in Lisbon so much, the location was wonderful and easy access to great restaurants and transportation. The 3 bedrooms were very comfortable and I loved the linens.

Great place in a great neighborhood.

Great place for a group or family visiting Lisbon. In a walkable local neighborhood with a great vibe and many restaurants. Just note that parking is difficult if you have a vehicle.

Short Lisbon Stay

Great location and excellent communication after some mix ups with the check in process. Handled extremently fast and proficiently. Had one item in the unit that needed attention and again handled extremely fast and proficiently. All lead to a great visit (but not last) visit to Lisbon

Beautiful apartment. Easy check in/exit process.Location great. Lots of space for family to hang out. Only complaint… minimal toilet paper. No other common products like paper towel/dish soap/dish detergent. So, we had to buy these products.

Excellent location, great 3 bedroom space

The neighborhood is very vibrant with lots of food and drink options. However when the windows are closed the apartment is quiet and spacious. It was a great base to explore Lisbon. Highly recommend

Great Apartment near Time Out

AWESOME LOCATION!! We had a great time staying at this apartment. Good space for us especially bringing a toddler! Nice comforts of home. Also, very good insulation with outside noise levels. The apartment had the vast majority of things needed. The only thing I could think of that is needed that would make the stay better is some basics like extra trash bags, some dishwasher and clothes washing tabs to get started, more towels, and some throw blankets in the house for when it is chilly. Also, the WiFi is weak sauce in the back bedrooms we discovered. The place could use an extender for reaching back there. We didn’t make a big deal about it as we are on vacation but some others maybe would. Overall, we loved the apartment and would def stay there again! Thanks!

Pros:Good locationGood air conditioningGood space for 6 of usVery quiet at night unless there are people upstairsCons:Shower in 2nd bathroom leaked to downstairs. The neighbor on the floor beneath came to tell us. He told us that this was not the first time this had happened. He was, understandably, very frustrated.We couldn't use the second bathroom for the majority of our stay and as a result we had 6 people sharing one bathroom. They offered 15% off for 4 of the 6 nights. This basically gave us one free night- but we had to pay for an extra night to get an early check-in. I understand things go wrong, but the property managers (anonymous, btw- always signed as "Joivy") should have done more to make this right. Short sighted on their part, as we will not be using Joivy again in the future.Other cons- Not one amenity! 2 small rolls of toilet paper in each bath for 6 people for 5 days. No tissues, paper towels, no start up coffee, no laundry soap, (even though I had asked in advance if there was laundry soap and they said yes), a tiny package of dish soap, one very thin dish towel, the gels in the showers were less than half full,towels were thread bare. There was also no physical book with information on the apartment. The apartment is beautiful but the lack of hospitality left us with a bad impression. It could be improved so easily!

Lovely renovated 3 bedroom unit in a good location in Lisbon

Even tho' there was a little difficulty with mid -way communications with the new property manager, all turned out well and we were very pleased with the unit and its location. The manager fully assisted us with an early drop off of our luggage at the apt. Our only minor complaint was the rooster crowing in a yard nearby. However, it was interesting to watch. We would stay again in this spacious and comfortable unit.

Nice location and great flat

We really enjoyed this location, which was close to time out market and public transport and only a 15 min walk away from the real happening center of town. The flat itself was clean and new with great AC. Everyone was truly friendly and helpful. We did have to wait about 30 mins on the street to checkin and the kitchen sink was leaking water. But those were minor points.
