I'm a Texas girl! And although my hubby, Matt (of more than a couple of decades) is from California, it didn't take him long to find his heart here. We fell in love with this beautiful spot in the country! We've always enjoyed all kinds of "hosting", and we love sharing this with others. This place is a labor of love, and our guests can feel that.

We chose this property for so many reasons: the beautiful oak trees, wet-weather ponds, gorgeous hill-country views and wildlife -- a world away, but only 10 minutes into town.
- This location truly can't be beat -
Dripping Springs is so charming, with an adorable "historic district", great shopping, and fun, family-friendly options like Dreamland nearby. Natural attractions like Pedernales Falls State Park and Reimer's Ranch are minutes away, and lots of cool distilleries and wineries in our area -- a fun afternoon for all, as many have playscapes, too!)
Johnson City, Driftwood (Salt Lick BBQ) and artsy Wimberley are just down the way, as well busy, groovy Austin! Dreamland is a family-friendly spot for Pickleball, mini-golf and more, and there are restaurants just minutes away, even premiere spots like "Tillie's".
You'll enjoy the easy drive to anything you'd like to see in this piece of the hill country.
