Great location of a cozy apartment. Nice convenient location to the metro, bus - all the top sites are not too far away. Loved being in more of a neighborhood feel vs. tourist central. The apartment was small, but easily fit 2 of us across the 2 beds. Washer & dryer were a nice add and we used it several times. We were out all day most days, and it was a nice place to come back to. Would stay here again!

Super-Ecke und ruhige, sehr nett und gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, auch wenn man mal kochen möchte. Es gibt auch Geschirrspülmittel, Waschpulver für Waschmaschine, einen Sonnenschirm für den Strand. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist nichts Besonderes, aber toll, dass man draußen sitzen kann. Wohnung ist nicht so groß. Mit mehr als 2 Personen wäre es vermutlich etwas eng. Gute und schnelle Tipps von Monica zu Restaurants, Flamenco- Veranstaltungen usw. Wir fanden alles wunderbar.

We had a very nice stay. The apartment was very comfortable. The shops nearby made it very convent for breakfast when we needed to get to our tour's earl in the morning. The restaurant suggestions were very good with all being in walking distance. We would definitely stay again when in Barcelona.

The property was exactly as described. It is in a fantastic location. There is a grocery store right across the street, a bakery just outside the door, many coffee shops within a block and and easy access to the bus line.Monica was very responsive to questions and had someone waiting for us when we arrived to show us around and let us know about the apartment. The apartment also had a separate washer and a dryer which was great.

Location and property manager excellent

Monica, property manager, very helpful and understanding. Location is best area, upscale and lots of restaurants walking distance away. Most sites walking distance away ar well. Fantastic market and additional restaurants across the street.

Quiet and Relaxing

I spent a week at this propery. It was located only a few blocks from the Metro station, so it was easy to get around. The bed is wonderfully comfortable. What I enjoyed the most was how quiet it was at night. I slept well. The next time I'm in Barcelona I will gladly stay here.

nettes Apartment in guter Lage

Insgesamt eine recht schöne kleine Ferienwohnung, ideal um einige Tage in Barcelona zu verbringen, allerdings für mehr als 2 Personen fast nicht geeignet. Es gibt eine Ausziehbare Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut aber nicht großartig, die Küche war etwas herunter gekommen und nicht ganz ausreichend augestattet (kein Schneidbrett). Sehr netter Balkon zum Innenhof. Ein Minuspunkt war allerdings die Sauberkeit, der Boden war nicht wirklich gereinigt und an den meisten Oberflächen war schon viel Staub zu sehen. Geschirr und Küchenutensilien waren auch nicht sauber, diese mussten wir bei der ersten Nutzung nochmal komplett spülen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, es gibt eine Bäckerei im Erdgeschoss und auf der anderen Straßenseite ist eine große Markthalle. Die Ubahn ist in der Nähe

Great stay!

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location - we were able to walk everywhere! Super clean and spacious, and really easy communication with host. Tons of local recommendations in the binder. Barcelona has a city tax, so note that that fee is not included in the Vrbo price. If possible to include that moving forward, that would help with transparency before booking. Otherwise, a fantastic stay.

Excellent stay in Barcelona

The property was even better than our expectations. Shopping, cafes, bars and transport were all close. However we walked everywhere, we never felt unsafe and to get to places like La Rambla was less than 20mins walk.

Perfect spot for your base camp

Very clean and well appointed apartment close to all. Rear unit so incredibly quiet but also good light from balcony and other windows. Host Monica was very easy to communicate and helpful with neighborhood suggestions.

Convenient, Clean & Comfortable

We totally enjoyed this apartment which is in a very convenient location close to many restaurants/ bars, a grocery store, and the metro. The apartment had everything we needed to relax after busy days touring and I would absolutly recommend it for your stay in Barcelona.

Monics was great!

Monica returned all of our messages very quickly. She met us at the unit, showed us how everything worked. She had a binder with great dining information. Air conditioner worked great, very quiet, very clean, comfy bed.

Exceptional Barcelona Apartment

Our stay at this Barcelona VRBO was fantastic! The location was ideal, within easy walking distance of bakeries, restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions. Beautiful apartment, awesome location

This is a perfect spot for a family looking to enjoy as much of Barcelona as possible. Truly centrally located. Easy access to everywhere by walking, or by train. Plenty of space for a family, and then some. Highly recommend this property!!! And Monica, the host, was amazing! Very accessible, answered all questions before we got there for our rookie trip. You can't go wrong with this apartment!
