As you step inside you'll be greeted by a meticulously crafted interior with impeccable attention to detail. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living, dining and kitchen areas, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for both relaxtion and entertaining.
The well appointed kitchen is a haven for culinary enthusiasts, equipped with modern appliances, quartz counters, ample counter spaces and abundant storage options. Kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, bakeware, toaster and keurig. Prepare delightful meals for any occasion with ease and finesse.
For ultimate privacy, the primary bedroom is thoughtfully located on the opposite side of the house. Escape to your personal sanctuary , complete with king bed, smart tv and luxurious en-suite bathroom.
Two additional bedrooms provide king and queen size beds as well as ample space ensuring everyone has their own comfortable haven. Both guest rooms have smart tv's.
The highlight of this home is the breathtaking screened in pool area, offering a serene retreat where you can enjoy the best of outdoor living. Lounge on comfortable seating, take a swim in the heated pool, or simply bask in the tranquil surroundings. Plenty of seating and a smart tv. Yard is fully fenced.
Great location! Conveniently situated near essential ammenities, shopping centers, restaurants and downtown Cape Coral. Close to Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva. Plenty of activities to keep busy including: off shore fishing, kayaking, golfing year round and fantastic shopping or just relax at the nearest Tiki bars overlooking the water. Over 400 miles of canals for boating and fishing and over 39 recreation parks. Please note our NO PARTIES policy. There is plenty of night life just down the road. No smoking of any kind is permitted on the property. Pets permitted with approval. Pack and play provided on request at time of booking.

Beautiful property

This property is amazing it had everything you would need and more the pool was a little cold but we enjoyed it a lot. The beds were super comfortable and the decor throughout was stunning.

Great vacation

Perfect for 4 adults. Good location short walk to many restaurants. Pool was heated and nice outdoor area to lounge. Short drive to parks and beach.

Great place convenient to everything

Nice property with a lot of seating outside. Perfect fenced yard for the dogs. Neighborhood very safe day and night. Property close to many restaurants and all that is needed. Owner was very attentive and communicated quickly to our questions.

Wonderful property, very comfortable

Lovely property which was comfortable and well equipped. Kellie was extremely prompt with her replies and went over and above whenever there was an issue, no matter how small. Very comfortable covered patio with plenty of privacy. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

We had a great stay at this lovely home in Cale Coral. Met all of our wishlist items, including heated pool and fenced yard for pet. Well appointed with modern kitchen and finishes throughout.

Getaway- Relaxation

We so enjoyed staying at your rental. The house was so clean, inviting and accurately portrayed in the pics. Our highlight was the pool - private backyard and fenced for our furry pup too. Look forward to staying in the future!! Thanks for being so accommodating for our last minute getaway.

Spacious Home

The house was quite roomy. The living around and outdoor space gave us plenty of room to stretch out. The pool and lanai were perfect for enjoying the cooler weather. The house has all the main features and the kitchen is well appointed. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Place to Stay

Beautiful house in a nice quiet neighborhood. Well stocked with all the basic necessities. We especially loved the outdoor space around the pool. We spent the majority of the week there. The only small issue, the bathrooms could use a few towel bars and maybe a hook or two to hang wet bath towels. Overall an A+ experience!

We really liked having a pool on the property, it was nice to sit and relax in there after an evening of touring around the area. It was warm and clean and nice to sit outside in the screened in porch area, watched TV. We had everything we needed inside and the couple of things we needed, Kellie was receptive and able to answer for us. The property was updated and well-maintained and close to different parts of SW Florida to drive to. We would highly recommend! Thank you Kellie!

Relaxation Paradise

This property was exactly as advertised. Complete privacy in the back yard. House, yard and pool were all nice and clean. All amenities were provided for cooking and serving meals, pool use, wi-fi and subscribed television. Only a few miles to any business, store, bar, etc. you would need. Property manager was a gem to work with. I'm saving all the contact information for my next retreat and to pass along to friends.

An absolutely perfect experience!

Everything about this property and our experience with the owner was perfect. I had a couple of questions about arrival a few days prior to our stay. Kellie responded immediately. Communication with her was easy and flawless. The property itself was beautiful. Clean and comfortable and exactly as described. Everything we needed was provided. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood and the pool is clean and there are plenty of floats and other items that kept my 10-year-old grandson busy. I highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was lovely and very comfortable. The pool was amazing and such a highlight of our trip. We also really enjoyed the outdoor furniture—it made relaxing outside so easy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for meals, which was a huge plus. Overall, a great experience—we would definitely stay again!

Loved it

Exactly as described. Master is on one side of the house and the other 2 on opposite side, perfect for those who snore. Back patio and pool got plenty of use. Loved the openness of the living are. Very quiet area.We will definitely stay again if in the area.Kellie is quick to respond and the grill had no gas left and she drop one of within minutes living so close.

Clean well described property. Owner communicated proactively and answered questions promptly. Nice quiet neighborhood. Just be aware that the shortest route across the bay to the house from the airport is a toll road. To not use that adds some time to your drive. The house is very clean and feels roomy with large open area in the main part of the house. The pool was very clean, the water cool and was a great place to cool off in. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property. It was a nice place to stay.
