Apartment with a view

The apartment is very well equipped to cater at home if desired although there are many bars and restaurants on the doorstep. The views from the balcony are amazing. A great location to enjoy the sea , shops and restaurants.

What a view

This is a lovely spacious apartment with wonderful views from the balcony and located only minutes from the beach. Well equipped and immaculately clean - we will most definitely be back !!

Lovely well equipped apartment

We loved how close this was to the beach. About 50m away if that. Lovely balcony that got sunshine from dawn to late in day. Well equipped.

Family Holiday

Excellent stay, lovely clean property with amazing views. Adina was there to meet us from our early flight in front of apartment to store our luggage till it was ready. She showed us around and explained everything clearly then left us to enjoy our holiday. Everything was within walking distance as our age ranged from a 3yr old to let we say people over 60 there were 6 of us altogether, hope to be back soon highly recommend. David

Fünf Sterne ohne Abzüge

Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal in der Unterkunft. Checkin und Checkout waren schnell und unkompliziert. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Lage ist absolut genial und die Vermieterin freundlich und stets erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :-)

Noe sliten , men alt funket. Noe lukt på et bad. Mye vind fra bukta . Gode utemøbler. Tilhørende strand Playa Grande var dårlig. Grumsete vann og veldig langgrunn.

Great Apartment, Fantastic Location, Stunning View

We had a wonderful holiday in Santa Pola, which is a lovely Spanish resort. Lalin's apartment was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and clean.... the photos do not do it justice. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning, of both the marina and boulevard below. Superb vistas over the bay towards Torrevieja and the beautiful island of Tabarca. The hustle and bustle of the bars and restaurants below is nice to see and any noise is not intrusive as you are on the 5th floor. The apartment is very well equipped with an excellent separate kitchen, laundry room and international TV channels. The duel aspect balcony is a fantastic asset. The local agents Ismael and Adina were extremely helpful and also provided an excellent airport transfer service. The bathroom drains were sometimes a bit smelly, but this seems to be a general issue in the town. There is no air conditioning, but ceiling fans work well. This is a delightful apartment and definitely recommended. 5* review from us.

Vacances Santa Pola

Nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances dans cet appartement, près de le plage ,à proximité d'un Mercadona pour faire les courses ,proche aussi des restaurants .L'appartement n'est pas équipé de la climatisation; mais chaque chambres est équipée d'un ventilateur au plafond ce qui offre un bon confort par forte chaleur .Pendant le séjour ,le réfrigérateur est tombé en panne en fin d'après midi ,le lendemain matin il était changé ,très bon suivi du gestionnaire. Manuel.

Vistas increíbles

Nos ha encantado el apartamento en general. El mar justo delante. Destacar la limpieza, la comodidad y amplitud. El espacio para guardar todas las pertenencias es increíble. Muy bueno tener dos baños con ducha ambos. Y el cuarto de lavado con la lavadora y secadora que puede hacer de guarda maletas u otros enseres. Las ventanas y cristales super aislantes. El apartamento guarda el calor los días que hizo más frío. Lo único que reseñaria mejorable es la calidad de los colchones en general y el olor de las cañerías de los baños cuando hace viento sobre todo. Y el sofá quizá demasiado justo y algo incómodo.

Geräumiges Apartment in bester Lage

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dem Apartment. Wie beim ersten Besuch auch hat wieder alles einwandfrei geklappt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und beinhaltet alles, was man braucht. Die Lage am Yachthafen ist perfekt, hier kann man jeden Sonnenauf- und -untergang genießen. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder.

Appartement parfaitement situé

L’appartement est parfaitement situé en bord de mer, avec un grand balcon qui permet d’accéder à plusieurs pièces et d’avoir de l’air en permanence. Il est bien agencé, avec un lit double et deux lits gignognes et à proximité immédiate de la plage et des bars et restaurants.

Wonderful apartment

The photos do not do this apartment justice. It is more like staying in a family home than a rental apartment. Marvellous view over the marina, to sit and watch the world go by. Every type of restaurant and bar literally on the doorstep. We only heard a couple of English voices so if you want a more authentic stay Santa Pola is ideal. Miles of beaches and close proximity to Alicante for a wider variety of things to see. Would thoroughly recommend.

Perfekte Lage, tolles Appartement :-)

Wir waren zum vierten Mal in Santa Pola und dies war unser drittes Appartement. Es war das beste, dass wir bisher hatten. Die Lage direkt am Hafen ist perfekt, es sind keine 100 Schritte zum Strand. Auch die Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Raumaufteilung ist sehr gut, alle Räume von der Größe passend. Vorteilhaft ist, dass zwei WCs und zwei Duschen vorhanden sind. Die Sicht vom großen Balkon ist fantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei, die Schlüsselübergabe ebenfalls problemlos. Auf unser Bitten hat uns der Vermieter inmerhalb eines Tages sogar einen Wasserkocher und einen Fön zur Verfügung gestellt. Toller Service! Wir können das Appartement uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Ruim appartement met prachtig uitzicht

We hebben 2 heerlijke weken gehad in dit ruime appartement met uitzicht op de haven en de zee. Prima locatie, met strand, restaurants en winkels op loopafstand.
