Early check in and late check out need to be arranged with the resort directly once you pay your reservation in full and receive confirmation of your stay.

ONLY THE NAME ON THE RESERVATION WILL BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN, SO PLEASE ADD ANY ADDITIONAL NAMES NEEDED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING OR FOR LAST MINUTE ARRIVALS THERE MAY NOT BE TIME AFTER BOOKING.
The Welcome Center will send a detailed arrival letter to you via email with check in instructions, late arrival info, everything you will need once you make your final payment on your reservation. If you have paid in full for your reservation, a detailed arrival letter will be sent as soon as possible.
