Lovely views from this unit! Right on beach. The condo was just as described. The Manduca staff was great from start to finish. Very accommodating! Lots of great restaurants within walking distance! The island was full of nice people! Loved our stay! Thank you!

Listing was exactly as advertised, and the management company support was perfect. Isla Mujeres has changed alot over the year's as has Cancun - but still a great place to visit. Friendly people, great food, ocean front condo was a great location.

Beautiful views from this end unit overlooking the beach, great location for going out, perfectly equipped kitchen, comfortable mattresses and bedding, fun decor displaying the work of local artisans, excellent and responsive service from the agency. Couldn't ask for more!

Very nice property

We had a wonderful stay on the island. We have been coming here for almost 40 years and it never disappoints. This property is very spacious and in a great location. Our only complaint was we could not flush toilet tissue down toilets. We were told when we arrived and followed that rule.🤷🏻‍♂️ Others in different units were not told to do so. Not sure why, but we made the best of it. The beach was just outside the door with a nice private pool and bar. We rented a nice cart from ciros just down the block.

If you are looking for condos in Isla Mujeres, please look no further! Clyde and Joan’s condo is perfect! The location is unbeatable, right in front of North Beach, behind it is Hidalgo. The property management is top notch and will accommodate you the best they can. It is truly perfection!

We loved the beautiful ocean view, high enough to see over the palm trees and we had a sunny clean pool. Right off the main street with shops and restaurants on every corner. But right there with the Mexican people, not too touristy. Walked to just about everything. Did do the one day golf cart rental to see the whole island. That was very nice. The condo itself was beautifully updated and very clean. Had plenty of DVD's to watch and plenty of reading material for that rainy afternoon. Would definitely go back...love it!!!

Great Condo for Family of 6

We arrived early before check in and the front desk was very accommodating to hold our bags so we could go straight to the beach. Property is well stocked, very helpful cooler for use. There was a stack of videos for the kids to be entertained. Air Conditioner was excellent, coldest AC i have ever had in Mexico and frequent mexico every year, we were very comfortable. Check in was excellent. Santiago met us and personally walked us through the whole process, very informative and eager to be of assistance. They even offered to have food and drinks already in the room before we arrived, highly recommend. Very satisfied with the Unit and highly recommend it.

Best Location and Beach in Isla

We loved this condo!! The wrap around balcony provided for the most incredible sunrise and sunsets!!! The beds are really comfortable too. We will most definitely stay here again.

Great vacation!!!

Such a great time! We enjoyed it all!! Very easy to handle check in and check out with their management company. Unit was great and very comfortable with amazing deck and views! Owners were easy to work with. NO SEAWEED!!! The seaweed issue is a big problem for this area but there was none in isla!!

The very beautiful,safe, friendly and 'laid back' atmosphere convinces us to purchase the very first unit sold at Ixchel Condo's --(before they where ever started)-- I started the HOA, was the Chairman of the HOA for the first 4 years and served on the HOA board of directors for an additional 2 years.

In 2006 our unit was completed and we have enjoyed the spectacular views from our 4th floor ocean front balcony and the comfortable surroundings of our unit----
The best thing about Isla --is that my wife and daughters can go and feel completely safe and comfortable-----
