Fairway Villa 1504 at Rumbling Bald

One level condo overlooking the first, ninth, and eighteenth fairways at Bald Mountain Golf Course. This recently upgraded two bedroom, two bath condo, which sleeps eight, also has a completely renovated kitchen with  new hardwood flooring, new stove, new microwave, new dishwasher, new refrigerator, and a new washer/dryer. Also included are updated table and chairs in the dining room, sofa and chair in the living room, drapes, and bedroom furniture. There are new bathroom toilets and sinks, and two new flat screen TV's with 42” in the family room and 32” in the bedroom. Sleeping areas feature 4 double beds. Condo also includes cable TV with wireless internet, DVD, coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, and iron/board. Close to Bald Mountain Lake commons, including picnic tables, charcoal grills, and fishing pier.
CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.

HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, sheets, and linens are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit.  There is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.
