We stayed as a family over New Year. The house was perfect for us. Very clean, modern and well equipped. Also, the location was ideal with only a short walk to the beach. The hosts were also very helpful and responsive.

We had a wonderful stay in Manly, the house was perfect. Beautifully laid out for a summer stay, with a gorgeous garden, pool and living space. A thoughtfully designed house that works brilliantly for contemporary living. Super comfortable, with everything you need to make your stay special.

Amazing stay in Manly Beach

We had an incredible time during our stay at John’s home in Manly. Property is very well appointed, spacious, clean, rooms are large, kitchen is well outfitted, and there are beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces to sit and relax. Small gated pool outside was great to plunge into on a hot day. House is walking distance to Harris Farms supermarket which was convenient, and a short 10 min walk to Manly beach. House has a gated carport which was very convenient when returning home from a.day out. Would definitely recommend booking here.

The perfect Beach House in Manly

This beautiful modern home perfectly suited our family of four during our two week vacation this January. They have many amenities such as surf boards, bikes, and a fully pointed kitchen which we used to the fullest. The neighborhood was ideal- just a short walk to manly beach as well as Freshwater, lots of nearby restaurants, and a grocery store around the corner allowed us to get by without renting a car. We made great use of the pool and yard and would absolutely love to stay here again. John was the consummate host responding quickly to any questions or requests. Highly recommend this home!

Beautiful house with loads of natural light and air flow. Pool was great for kids to play or simply relax. Quiet street in Manly with an easy walk to the beach 🏖️

Fabulous Manly house in great location

The booking process and communication with the owner were great from day one, with rapid responses to all our questions. Upon arrival we thought the house was lovely with great entertaining space, garden and pool. The teenagers were very happy to have WiFi and a TV room. It was down a quiet road, close to Harris Farm Markets (especially good as we didn't have a car), with some lovely restaurants close by (Ruby Lane, Sunset Sabi and Waka) and a 3 minute walk to the beach. Everything in the area was within a 15 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again.

5 stars all around

This was an excellent location and stay. Owners are very attentive and thoughtful. Location is perfect to walk to local grocery shopping, retail shopping, restaurants and beaches (Manly, Freshwater, Curl Curl, Shelley, etc). Plenty to do without a car. My son would walk to Manly and local beaches each morning to surf. The house is beautiful, open, airy and perfect. Lots of areas to lounge, and perfect for bbq and a dip in the pool. Could not ask for a better vacation. Thank you for opening your home to us. We will be back!

Lovely home

Very comfortable, well-equipped and safe home for a stay with young children. Location excellent - walking distance to the beach and shops. John was very responsive and lovely to deal with. Highly recommend for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Manly.

Amazing getaway

We had an amazing stay at this perfectly located beach house. John was fantastic to deal with and the house was amazing. Our family loved staying here and experiencing the amazing indoor/outdoor living. The house had everything we needed and was extremely well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic property in perfect location.

I rented the property with four generations of my family. It's a beautifully designed house, with all the mod cons you'd expect. The open plan downstairs is ideal for entertaining but there's a lot of space inside and outside for everyone to do their own thing. It's in a great location, with access to everything we needed for a holiday. It was only a five minute walk to the beach and the shops, tennis courts and local pool were virtually next door. We'll definitely be back!
