We have been renting in Folly for years and this was by far the cleanest, nicest, most well-accommodating property. The home was very comfortable and updated. The proximity to the beach and ease of access could not have been better. We had a power outage due to a storm and heard from the rental company within minutes to acknowledge the outage and a link to follow restoration progress with the power company. We will rent again in a heartbeat!

House was easy access to the beach and plenty large. House had an abundance of toys, kitchen utensils and glass and dishwater but lacked in basic beach comfort of towels or chairs. Not your top of the line house but sufficient if you’re out at the beach. It’s a drive to town.

Thank you for the feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the easy beach access, the spacious layout, and our well-stocked kitchen. We appreciate your note regarding beach chairs and towels; while we focus on providing a fully equipped interior, we'll certainly keep this in mind for future improvements. We're happy the house served as a great base for your beach days, and we hope to host you again!

This is a great find on Folly! The stretch of beach in front of the property is fantastic, and the double front porches extended the living area for us to get some quiet time. The house itself is has a nice layout; we were here for our son’s college graduation and had two grandparents, an aunt & uncle, and our own (adult) kids and never felt crowded. Kitchen is well stocked, and plenty of tableware for a crowd. My only complaint (and they mention it with the house info so I was aware) is that it would be nice if it was stocked with beach chairs and beach towels so we didn’t need to rent or buy. There are several great businesses that will rent chairs and umbrellas and even set-them up and take them down, but it’s nice to just grab a chair and head to the beach whenever vs figuring out those logistics. Great place, will definitely rent again when we are in SC!

Thank you so much for the fantastic review! We are honored that you chose our home to celebrate such a wonderful milestone as your son's college graduation. It is great to hear that the layout accommodated the whole family comfortably and that you were able to enjoy some quiet time on the double front porches. We also really appreciate your honest feedback regarding the beach chairs and towels. While we note this in our property details so guests can plan ahead, we completely understand how convenient it is to just grab a chair and head straight to the sand. We are glad you were able to utilize one of Folly's great local setup services, and we will definitely keep your comments in mind as we continuously look for ways to improve our guest experience. It was a pleasure hosting your family, and we look forward to welcoming you back to South Carolina for your next stay!
