The pictures on the internet definitely make the place look better then what is in real life plus had a bad odour of old and stale closed in smell that would not get better even until the last day of when we left (7 day stay). Could not open the doors or windows to ventilate because of the white parrots would come in. Old and run down unit. The lounge cushions are old and looked dirty, didn’t want to use. In the last night found some type of wiggly parasites in my bed,Apart from the view which was the only good thing I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed and made my stay unpleasant and could not wait to leave room each day.

Hi Rita, thank you for your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We were particularly disappointed to read this review as we did not receive any communication from you during your 5 night stay regarding odour, cleanliness, or any other concerns. We are always available and encourage guests to contact us immediately should anything be less than perfect, as we pride ourselves on resolving issues promptly. The apartment is professionally cleaned and inspected prior to every arrival, and we have not had any prior reports of odours, bugs, or cleanliness issues. Had this been brought to our attention at the time, we would have investigated and addressed it immediately. Since your departure, the property has been thoroughly checked again and no such issues have been found. Regarding ventilation, this is a tropical island environment and local wildlife is part of the natural setting. The apartment is designed to be enjoyed comfortably with air-conditioning when doors and windows are closed.

This property is very run down - needs a paint job and a freshen up! Lots of things like light switches and blinds weren’t working properly, and we also have major ongoing issues with the buggy that was provided for us. The property was not very clean and we had two cockroaches in the bathroom! Being a cheaper apartment complex lots of groups stay there and we had to put up with extremely loud parties 3 out of 4 nights of our stay.

Disappointed

Disappointed overall with the apartment. Blocked sink, broken spa bath, rusted cutlery and poor customer service.
