Lovely Accommodation

It was perfect for our needs, a short drive from everything in the region and clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect little spot to stay for a couple or small family!

Stayed for the long weekend at the end of May. House was perfect for our needs. Great little sheltered outdoor space out the back for being outdoors when it’s raining. Simona was very responsive and accommodating.

Perfect place for a quiet getaway

Was exactly as advertised, very clean, beautiful layout, modernly styled, great location and Sim was so easy to contact before we arrived and no doubt during but everything was so perfect we didn't need to. Perfectly located near cafes and beaches and as avid walkers we found the location great to explore by foot. Highly recommend Thank you Sim for a great stay

Another wonderful trip.

I think that this is our fifth or sixth trip to this property speaks for itself! Clean, comfortable and a little bit quirky. Supplied with everything you need and an ideal place to stay with a small dog. Welcoming and helpful owners. Looking forward to seeing you next trip!

Wonderful relaxing time 5 nights at 41 Grunters Accommodation

Thank you Simona for all your help and for making my sister and I feel so welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially being so close to Prevelley Beach, White Elephant café and to my favourite wineries in Margaret River i.e. Cape Mantelle, Voyager, Leewin Estate and Stella Bella wines. The cottage was very well equipped and Gigi, my Cavoodle, felt very relaxed even though she tended to bark every time she saw somebody outside walking their dog in front of the cottage. The dog park in the area is ideal for all dog lovers and the short brisk walks to the beach were so refreshing. Thank you again and hopefully I shall be back soon. Melita

Excellent

I travelled with a friend to this lovely 2 bed unit. The pictures on Stayz did not do it justice, it was absolutely lovely. The beds were very comfortable, shower was piping hot, everything you needed in the kitchen and a nice little outdoor area. Located close to the beach and Margaret River. Enjoyed eating at White Elephant and Sea Garden - both also close by. We came to rest and relax and thats exactly what we did thoroughly enjoyed our stay... would highly recommend and would definitely visit again/

Beautifully furnished studio

Great location; cosy space but enough for our needs. Owners live in the house behind, so if there are any concerns/issues, it won’t be difficult to sort out. We loved how close to the beach it is, and it’s only 10-15min to the city centre. It’s a quiet neighbourhood so don’t expect to have a rowdy party!!

Mother & daughter Staycation

Place was nice & clean with everything you need - has a guest Netflix account so my mum was stoked! So close to the beach, roughly a 10min walk. Sim the host is lovely.

Perfect weekend getaway!

Accomodation was beautiful and clean! Everything you could possibly need. Great location too! Sim was a great host and very helpful and understanding when we had to rearrange our booking. We will be back for sure! :)

Love the style and cleanliness of this place. Second visit. Works for us as we like the walk across the hill to The Common and don’t mind driving down to the beach & into town. Sim always helpful.
