Great stay, no issues. I prefer earlier communication about check-in and check-out procedures, but there were no problems. While a fully enclosed yard, it allowed for our smaller dog to easily get out and I suspect large dogs would also easily get out. But overall a lovely stay and we were pleased with the convienence.

Great place for a quick family getaway. The house was clean and fully stocked. Great location to take hikes or walk around the neighborhood. Downtown was only a 10 min drive. We had a great time!

We stayed at the hose for a month. It was great! We enjoyed the house. For part of our stay the outdoor temperatures we close to 90F, but the central air conditioning kept the house cool and comfortable. The king sized bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Towels in the bathroom were fine. There were plenty of supplies in the bathroom and kitchen for a four week stay. Each room had a smart tv but we only used the on in the living room. We were able to log in to our entertainment service accounts (Netflix, Prime, Apple, UTube) and pick up watching the series we were watching at home. The neighborhood feels safe. secluded and was quiet. We often walked to the national forest and explored several trails. It was a great stay and would stay again.

House was much larger than we thought. Neighborhood is clean and quiet. Nice nature trail a minute away. Really impressed with the whole area.

Beautiful home away from home.

This house in the trees fast became one of my wife's favorites, which says a lot having vacationed in about 15 different rental homes in several states. The beds are comfy and the neighborhood is so quiet, all you here at night is the occasional pinecone falling on the roof. The kitchen was huge and the house has a wide open living space that made for an awesome Thanksgiving for my family. We would happily stay here again.

Wonderful

Clean property. Comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood. Close to Flagstaff. Dollar tree store and gas station nearby so don’t have to run into town. Hiking trails. Sheets and towels nice. Bath essential soap and shampoo available. Also hair dryer. I would stay here again.

Perfect Location

Not only was this a perfect central location for AZ day trips it was the perfect comforting home away from home during our Christmas break vacation! We had more then enough space for our family of 4. House was clean, welcoming and well stocked with the essentials for our 5 night stay during Christmas week. It was very sweet that there was a small decorated tree! We were able to day drip to so many places, OF COURSE the Grand Canyon, Petrified Forest, Sedona to name a few. Would definitely rent again if we did this trip again from Michigan.

Just what we needed

The home was well-maintained and had what we needed for our week-long stay. There were empty propane tanks for the grill and fire pit, but full tanks were brought quickly, so no problem. Beds were comfortable and there is plenty of space in the open concept living area (bedrooms are NOT open concept). Streaming TV service was nice and the internet speed is very fast (over 400 Mbps download) - we always check it.
