A lovely spot to stay! Even though this property was a little out of the way, the location certainly added to our memorable Tasmanian holiday! We didn’t see dolphins, but we’re fortunate enough to experience some bioluminescence in the waves breaking on the shoreline during the night - visible from our bedroom window, followed a couple of hours later by the amazing site of a huge cruise ship fully lit, accompanied by tug boats going past our window just before 6 am - who would have thought! We may also have seen the Australis borealis on Thursday night, but as we didn’t have photographic gear set up, can’t be sure on that as this event isn’t normally obvious to the naked eye.
Would have been nice if the bed linen and towels were a bit better quality. The bed was comfy and the view from bed was amazing! The shower operation was a bit tricky to get to work and fortunately neither of us have long legs otherwise the toilet could have been difficult to use.
