立地、部屋、対応、全て良かったです

全て最高でした。 立地は駅にもフェリーにも近く、脚を伸ばせば街中にも歩いて行ける。有名なカフェや美味しいレストランも徒歩圏内。 ヨットやハーバーブリッジが見える開けたリビングで料理して食べる食事は素晴らしかった。 オーナーの方は日本語が話せて日本に精通されており、特に大きな湯船と体洗い場が別で有る大きなバスルームは日本人には有り難かったです。シドニー観光の拠点としてお勧めです。

We had a wonderful time at this luxury accomdation overlooking the water in Sydney. It was a bit further from downtown than I realized but there were a lot of restaurants, cafes etc in walking distance. However, there was record rain during our stay so we mostly uber'd everywhere. We made breakfast everymorning in the easy to use kitchen. Coffee and tea was readily available at the house. I didn't end up making dinner but once but it seemed that everything I would have needed was there including basic spices.Craig has clear directions with pictures(!) for the appliances, heater & AC. There is a beautiful deck with seating and a grill but due the pouring rain we barely used either.Craig is right upstairs so he was instantly available to answer questions, offer suggestions or come down in a jiffy to help us out. This is one of the best places we have stayed in out 15 years of VRBOing. 5 Stars!!

Highly recommended

I couldn’t recommend this property any higher. Lovely comfortable apartment with roomy bedrooms, ensuite and fully functioning kitchen. Beautiful residential setting - set amongst trees and parks- with view across water to Harbour bridge from balcony. Quiet location with very easy access to CBD and all sites. Communication with host was easy and lots of nice touches to make our stay really special. Highly recommended.

Fabulous stay at Darling Point

Everyone in our group had the BEST time staying at Craig's apartment at Darling Point. It is a brilliant location, really comfortable and spacious. Everything we needed. We loved being so close to the water, walking down to the local coffee shop on the water, 15 min walk to the ferry through beautiful streets and homes, Sydney Harbour on our way to go out and do activities each day. Train and buses are also close, so very easy to get around. Craig went above and beyond to accommodate us and make us feel welcome, providing balls for the kids, and extra bedding as required. I have no hesitation recommending Craig's place, and we will come back again for another Sydney stay sometime in the future!

Beautiful apartment

Great stay in this large 2 bedroom well equipped apartment. Loved the terrace and fabulous view of Rushcutters Bay. Both bedrooms were very comfortable and liked the modern bathrooms. The welcome pack was generous and an unexpected bonus. Craig’s communication was excellent from initial booking through to check out. Would definitely stay here again.

An Amazing Property

We had a wonderful stay, the host was very accommodating and made us feel very at home in his property. Cafe's, Restaurants & public transport are an easy walk away. We spent one afternoon picnicking in the Rushcutters Bay Park.

5 day stay overlooking Rushcutters Bay

nice quiet comfortable location, fully equipped 2bedroom unit . lovely outlook, safe area,near park ,nice walks to Potts point,and Double bay . Food stores 1km away ,coffee shop across the road ,at yacht club ,accessible with visitor temporary club member sign in . we were welcomed personally by Craig, a nice touch fresh milk,bread, eggs, butter and staples in pantry we were accommodated to drop off luggage early and have a later check out , in all ,a lovely relaxing stay in a great location.

Awesome property and awesome host!

Beautiful clean property with above and beyond host. Craig had left starter items like milk, butter, and eggs for us, which was incredibly helpful. Also, our flight had us coming in early, and he allowed us to check in early. He was friendly, and every message or question we had was answered in good timeframe. Beautiful view of the harbor. And nice park across the street. Would stay again for sure!

Great location on Rushcutters Bay

Craig was an excellent host and let us access the apartment early. The apartment is quiet, well furnished and equipped with views of the harbour and the bridge. Some useful pantry items and breakfast supplies were an unexpected bonus. Bathrooms modern with heated towel rail and floor. Bedrooms spacious. Great base for a holiday in Sydney.

Serenity in Sydney

We had a fabulous first time in Sydney. Craig was a wonderful host with extra amenities to welcome us. Our home away from home was so comfortable and peaceful. We had the advantage of being in a neighborhood across from parks and cafes yet close to transport by ferry or train to area attractions. We would definitely return.

A lovely place in a lovely neighborhood

We found this lovely place in Darling Point and it was a find for us. We were able to walk to many places in Sydney (albeit with quite a few stairs). And the Uber access is excellent. The place itself is well appointed and we had a few lovely meals on the deck. The place is fully equipped, with aircon and washer/dryer. Very comfortable. Finally, the communication with the owner was excellent, even when he was out of the country. I would definitely stay here again.

New Year's Fireworks

Our host was waiting on the steps for our arrival with a warm greeting and provided a through walkthru. The frige was kindly stocked with the basics to jump start our 5 day stay. The area is very walkable, quiet and close to all your vacation needs, market, chemist, Cofee, bottle shop.ect.. The place was cozy with comfortable AC when needed and bonus washer and dryer. We BBQed, caught the ferry, checked out the Sydney zoo and caught the New Year's fireworks from the lanai= bucket list amazing! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Craig for sharing this clean, quiet, luxurious place with us!

Summertime Bliss in Sydney

Craig is one of the best hosts we’ve ever had and we use VRBO a lot!! He is very communicative and really wants you to be comfortable and enjoy your stay in Sydney. The first surprise was Craig allowed us to check in early the morning of our arrival from the USA. After such a long travel experience, a hot shower and a comfortable bed are paramount. In addition, he had wonderful breakfast supplies in the refrigerator for us which was perfect when we woke up. Darling Point is a beautiful spot by the Sydney Yacht Club and Sailing School and Rushcutter’s Bay Park. Craig’s place is super modern, well maintained, best showers ever and very comfortable beds with nice linens. Having a grill available was a treat when we cooked the best lamb lollipops ever! It is a super quiet, safe neighborhood, and the morning birds chirping will bring a smile to your face. One fun day we had was taking the ferry from Darling Point to Circular Quay to Manly Beach. Gorgeous way to see the city! The Art Gallery of NSW – new addition of their North Building is definitely worth the time! Look no further, Craig’s place is a perfect location to explore Sydney! PS. The air conditioning works wonderfully which was very important since we experienced the summer heat wave.

Beautiful Home & Great Location

Revisited Sydney with the family for 4 nights. The house is beautiful, extremely comfortable and in a perfect location. Craig was a very helpful host. Looking forward to staying there again on our next visit.

An awesome home in perfect, safe neighborhood, with perhaps the most helpful property manager ever

Spent 10 nights here with my teenage daughters during the Women World Cup. It was perfection. There’s a marina and cafe 100 yards from the front door. Parking is abundant and easy. The house itself is immaculate with all the most luxurious touches. I stay at VRBOs all over the world and write plenty of reviews, most critical, but there is nothing to complain about here. Craig has created a great place to stay in Darling Point. On my next trip to Sydney, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else.

Bright and Sunny Spot at Rushcutter’s Bay

This was our first trip to Australia and we could not have picked a more lovely place for our week in Sydney. Craig was a wonderful, responsive host and the property was even better than advertised. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the flat was immaculately clean, bright, and airy. The deck offered a lovely view of the marina and was steps away from a beautiful park. Public transport and grocery stores were just a 10 minute walk. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped and we especially enjoyed the heated floors and towel racks in the bathrooms. We loved our stay here and recommend it highly!

A delightful home in a beautiful location.

Nothing to critique with this property. The location is right on the water with boats bobbing around out front and a spectacular view of the Harbour Bridge. The check in was seamless. Free parking out front on the street. Yacht club across the road for dinner and cafes within walking distance. Very clean and very comfortable. Extra blankets. Fridge with food. Washing machine and dryer. Heated floor in bathroom. A quiet neighbourhood. Netflix etc. BBQ on a lovely balcony facing the ocean. What more would you want? Thankyou Craig for having us in your home.
