このビーチフロントコテージは水にとても近いため、岩を投げることができます。 水上にある3階建ての家でリラックスしてください。

Location great, house was not.

The house was a good size but horribly neglected. We paid extra for early check in but even though we arrived 50 minutes later than planned, the cleaning was not finished and we needed to wait. We were told that they were not informed we were coming early. Two of the rooms had no light bulbs in the ceiling lights. Kitchen claimed to be fully stocked but was far from it (3 coffee cups for 6 adults and not enough dishes for our family). We had no problem with it being an older house but the neglect in maintenance was totally unexpected. In fact, one toilet was not even bolted to the floor on one side. We had no problem with the checkout instructions of starting a washer load of towels, but there was no laundry detergent to use. I’m sorry to say but without the simple steps on the upkeep I would not recommend this property, especially to families.

Cuándo llegué me encontré con la sorpresa de qué había comida en el horno que habían dejado anteriormente y algunos detallitos como que no habían luces en la mesa de la cocina algunos vasos estaban quebrados pero todo lo demás bien el lugar bonito muy bonito para Vacacionar son detalles que el propietario tiene que mejorar por lo menos supervisar cómo está su casa

Fantasic Beach view

What I needed was a house big enough for my family of 5 and my brother with his wife and their 2 smaller children. This house did not fail! Lots of space for all ages and the view was great. The beach is your backyard, great vacation. Only suggestion... the 2 kayaks was great for the husbands and teenage boys, could not locate the lifejackets. We bought some for future use for ourselves but it was great to have them available.

prefect weekend get-away

The property management awesome to work with we found minor issue they we said wouldn't impact our stay but they wanted it perfect and had someone there in couple hours, plenty around to do and the house had everything we except a wine opener "we forgot to pack it :P "

Awesome access to the Bay. Family fun and celebrations! Property somewhat dated, pictures accurate; didn’t affect our stay. Easy communication with property management.

Strong smell- unlockable doors

Unfortunately it was one of our least favorite vacations. The biggest issue we had was the basement was completely unusable with the chemical mold spray smell was extremely strong, so much my kids were running out and one of my boys has asthma. I didn’t even let my family use the washer and dryer except for the mandatory starting the towels when we left because that was in the basement. They had 3 large fans going in the basement when we got there I assume it was freshly sprayed.So we lost using 3 beds and the extra living room. This was supposed to be the kids area so we had to rearrange everyone to sharing rooms that we definitely didn’t plan for. The basement door to the outside was partially open and couldn’t be closed or locked at all so I felt it was a safety issue that made me nervous the entire trip. There was trash on the porch that wasn’t emptied before our stay full of alcohol cans and cigarettes. There were old wet towels under the porch and the beach chairs 2 out of the 3 we tried were broken. I was trying to make the best of this trip but one morning I luckily checked my email and had a message stating we needed to let in an appraiser. I had to wake up my children and get them dressed and my husband left with the dogs so we didn’t have to deal with strangers in the house with them. I definitely think for the money we paid for this vacation was just sad. I expected a quaint older home but these were safety issues that should have been fixed before anyone stayed.

Great Location, great experience

Weekend getaway with my brothers and cousins, communication with the owner was easy. Property was right on the water, and was as described in the listing.

Right on the beach

The property could not be closer to the water, we mostly had a good stay we had a maintenance issue with some communication problems that was eventually fixed.

Under-Equipped

Rustic overstates the place. Meals were a serious hassle, few and large plates. No small glasses. No fans in bathrooms. AC did work fine.
