Check in was easy, detailed directions to the bungalow were provided, great internet access. The space was perfect for two people, kitchen was just the right size, lovely outdoor outdoor space as well. The hostess was a gem and responded quickly to my inquires. I would love to stay there again, the next time I'm visiting the area.

Amazing location and Hosts

The property is well taken care of and is exactly as listed in the profile. The hosts were very friendly and available for questions and checked in on me during my stay. Audrey and Matt were absolutely great I would recommend them to anyone to stay in their property!

This property is great. The hosts were kind and responsive. Check in and out was easy. The property is well maintained and clean. It was super chill and quiet as well. We definitely want to stay again next time we are in this area.

San Clemente getaway

We enjoyed the property's uniqueness and seclusion. Very quiet but close to beach and downtown as well. Room was comfortable for us two and had everything we needed. It was so pleasant to eat outside in the private patio.Hostess was very nice and helped with all of our questions about the area. We can't wait to go back for a longer stay!

Nice little bungalow

Very clean and efficient property. The hosts were very responsive to questions. There is no A/C which was not a problem during our stay because the weather was very comfortable.

Frank was a super guest. He pointed out some issues with the property upon reviewing his stay. I wish I had a chance to correct it before he was gone. Yes,there is no AC. I also do not advertise on this platform any longer. I will adjust accordingly how ever. Mishap and pretty much a lack of knowing the Vrbo platform after home away and VRBO merged.

We had such a wonderful stay at Audrey and Matt’s property in San Clemente. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly hospitable and accommodating, bringing such warm, positive energy that made us feel right at home. Their communication was excellent, with clear and detailed instructions provided prior to arrival, which made everything seamless.The property itself is truly unique and special - you can tell Audrey and Matt have put so much thought and care into every detail. Our bungalow was absolutely perfect for our week-long stay: private, quaint, very clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed.The location couldn’t have been better. We rented bikes and easily rode to the beach, surf spots, shops, and restaurants, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.We had an amazing time and are already looking forward to coming back. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone!

Hidden Gem in San Clemente

Fantastic southwest San Clemente find tucked away behind a hidden gate in a neighborhood I've driven by a thousand times. Audrey and Matt are awesome hosts and the communication couldn't have been better. The bungalow that I stayed in was perfect for my needs and offers excellent privacy to go with a very comfortable space. Everything you could want in a secluded stay in one of the best little beach towns on the planet. Love the two little dogs (Tugger and Yeppers) along with the property grounds and they have three other spaces to choose from depending on your needs. Definitely top of my list of places to stay anytime I'm back in town!
