Great Place

Nice property. House was clean and kept well. All amenities were available and bountiful. Quiet neighborhood and neighbors. Owner is a good person and very accommodating. Would book again in future.

Inadequate Beds and Cookery

Overall, we had a great time. We were, however, very disappointed with the beds. Bed frames were not sturdy at all. And the description saying that all the cooking essentials that were in the house was a joke. Only one tiny skillet and a rusted out stock pot. We ate out practically every meal and bought ourselves a good large skillet so that we could cook adequate meals for four people.

Nice waterfront retreat

We stayed here while searching for a house. It was very nicely decorated and very clean. We were all comfortable here and enjoyed being on the canal.

Quiet and relaxing

The home was very clean and inviting upon arrival. The instructions made the whole process a smooth one. It was very peaceful to sit outside which is what I needed. All in all would stay there again!

Nice setup for the money

Easey entry with code. Dock availble for a boat to cruise to a few restaurants. It's not an extravegant area like a Palm Beach, Sarasota, etc, but if you want that, you shouldn't be searching this location :). Tarpon Springs, Weeki Watchee and nice local spots in a community of nice people. Small lot lines, smaller homes, a classic 'old florida' type vibe all around.

Accommodating Host!

We had a pleasant trip to Hudson! The host was very accommodating to our requests and specifically booked the property as it is pet friendly. Only concern was the discrepancy in check-in instructions stating 3 different check-in times. Would also have loved to have more than 4 chairs for the dining room table as the property is advertised for more people. Otherwise a very clean property!

Cozy just like home

Nice place, very cozy and has everything you need, makes you feel your at home. Only complaint which is no fault to owners, it rained the whole time I was there. Welcome to the gulf!

Relaxing

If you are looking to do nothing but relax, then this is the place for you. My husband and I have had nothing but sadness in the last 5 months, due to 5 different family members passing away unexpectedly and at different times. We were completely devastated and yearned for a place to unwind and gather our feelings . This place was so nice to be able to sit on the deck on the canal and just take in the sunshine and sounds of the birds. It truly is worth the wait.

Super cute & super clean cottage on canal!!

We stayed for a long weekend & couldn't have been any happier with the accommodations. Penny & Kim are terrific hosts & were extremely attentive to our needs. I would def recommend staying here when you visit the Hudson Florida area! The house was perfect for us & we felt right at home!!!

Perfect spot

We stayed at the little green house for a long weekend in September. It’s just as described, maybe better. The location is perfect. Ate at Sam’s, which is always delicious and right on the water. I had my teenage boys along and right on the main strip are all sorts of fun things to keep them busy. Spent a few hours at Stop and Play arcade (5 minutes down the road) And Congo putt putt is super close too. Along with a bunch of water front restaurants. We went to downtown Port Richey which is close too. And they have nice art shops and things to see as well. We’d definitely stay here again. Easy process for arrival with no bumps. Loved it.
