We had a very nice stay. The apartment was private and quiet and the location was great too as everything was easy to get to. The rooms were clean and had basic needed supplies. There was also lots of info about the area in the home to browse which was so nice as we navigated Beaufort. The Hunting Island park pass was amazing! I would highly recommend staying here!

Cannot beat the location of this property for visiting Beaufort! The host has thought of everything! Right down to bicycles, beach pass and beach towels!The property is homey. Nothing glamorous, but is efficient.

The apartment was very clean and the manager will go out of his way to help you with anything. It is in walking distance of the waterfront park and all the shops and restaurants. I loved my stay and will definitely book again.

Quaint 1 bedroom room condo. Well maintained. Stocked with most common things needed. We had some issues with the pillows options either too thick and hard or too soft and thin but that’s a personal preference.

We had a nice stay. The apartment was quite quaint and centrally located! Had all the amenities you might need! Very close to Parris Island where we were going to see a friend’s son graduate as a Marine.

Loved location and very clean. Sofa very broken down and stove burners are crooked and drip pans were dirty. Had to buy fry pan as pans pretty beat up.

Great Place!

Great place to stay! Loved the vibes, amenities, location. Walked to dinner each night. Took morning strolls through the historical neighborhoods. Perfect spot between the islands and functional shopping areas. Great size for a couple. Can't wait to stay again!

I am a long-term resident of Beaufort SC. I currently reside on St Helena Island, SC with my wife, Beverly, a former teacher. Our two daughters and two grandchildren also live here in Beautiful Beaufort by the Sea.

We purchased this property in 1987 and renovated the entire building in 1997. The original building was built in the mid 1950's and has been upgraded several times. Suites A & B have always been long-term rentals and beginning in September 1, 2016 we upgraded and converted them to furnished short-term rentals.



この宿泊施設の特徴

We fell in love with this building because of the cool breezes, large magnolias and Spanish moss covered trees. The building is located in the historic district on Carteret St. at Bellamy Curve and has sweeping views of the Intercostal Waterway. There is reserved parking in front of the entry door but if by chance it is taken there is an abundance of available parking located behind the building..
