Will stay here again!

This property is amazing. Very open with plenty of windows to let the sun in. Pool is relaxing and amenities are great - we grilled steaks one night. A perfect, peaceful getaway to relax, get a little work done, and enjoy the Caribbean!

Wonderful stay

What a wonderful place to stay! The house was extremely clean and spacious. It was beautiful and updated. Met with me at check in and gave me a tour and explained how everything worked. The host made sure to communicate with me before, during, and after my stay. Great experience can’t wait to return!

Amazing !!!!!!

This property held up to all the reviews and pictures are exactly what you get. So clean well managed I have no complaints ! If you are looking for a luxurious house with all amenities and close to everything Turks has to offer this is the house. The property Manager was so accessible when we asked for earlier checkin and he was able to arrange. I cannot say enough good things about this property !

Excellent Property - 5 Star!

This property made our stay on the island very enjoyable and relaxing! Everyone enjoyed the pool, close proximity to the beaches and local restaurants. Process from booking to check-in was smooth with our property manager being very responsive and answering all questions in a very timely manner. Very friendly service and will rate them 5-Star across the board. Property was as described with modern appliances, granite counter tops, large gas grill, gated, and very clean! Will certainly bookmark this location for our next trip to the island and recommend to family and friends. PS.....Car Service to and from the airport was big plus! Thanks for the memories!!

Good not great

Inside pictures perfectly accurate and very clean. Needs an investment. Kitchen very under stocked lacking supplies if you want to cook there. We spent 150 for a can opener, teaspoons, cookie sheet, casserole dishes etc. We were not reimbursed. We left it all so hopefully still there. Grill did not work as the ignition was broken and the gas was out. No chairs to take to the beach. They provide 6 beach towels (faded) and one set of linens. They do not give you basic things like dishwasher detergent or laundry detergent. Outdoor furniture is sparse. Needs an outdoor dining table. This house could be 5 stars with probably a 1k investment.

Poor experience for luxury price tag

The owner should invest in replacing & repairing the property before renting it to guests. The property looks different from the advertised property on the site. The amenities such as two of the four TVs were broken before we arrived & no one resolved this issue during our stay. My tv had aluminum foil on the back of it and it looked ghetto. When we checked in, there were stains on the rugs and the couch that needed to be cleaned or replaced. The walls had chipped paint near the bedroom on the ground floor. The dishwasher was leaking at each use. The master bathroom had dead bugs or worms in the light fixture. The property was infested with hornets near the pool and grill which made us refrain from enjoying those amenities during our stay. My robe had brown stains on it at check in and the patio furniture was in the floor at check in. The property manager was made aware of my concerns and I was told that the owner was unavailable to resolve the issues due to being away from the island. I was also told that we might not be compensated for the issues. I should’ve booked a different property or a hotel. This ruined my 40th birthday celebration.

25th Birthday

The property was very nice and clean. The property Management received us at the home and made us feel welcome. No complaints. We were able to arrange transportation for our stay. Unfortunately there were some mishaps that occurred due to some of the guest. Despite that the property manager still worked with me. Traveling is a learning experience sometimes you learn you can’t travel with everyone. Thank you for your hospitality and my apologies for any inconvenience.

Beautiful villa in Long Bay

My group enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa which had a very responsive owner/property manager. We loved relaxing by the pool, cooking in the beautiful kitchen and taking short trips to the beach. The VIP airport pickup and dropoff was a nice touch although it's more cost effective to rent a car if you plan on leaving the villa more than an average of 1x per day.
