What a special place!

The pictures don’t do it justice. Such an oasis. We had a great time and honestly could have never left the property (except to go across the street to the beach). Staff was so welcoming and friendly. Bring mosquito spray, swimsuits and a smile!!!

Open Air Villa With All Amenities

Beautiful villa in small resort setting. All amenities included with onsite chef, gym, pickleball, bikes, and water sports. Enjoyed a wonderful boat ride with the owner!

Amazing stay at White Villas

The property and entire staff at White Villas are amazing! We had 7 family members and everyone loved the living and "hang out" space in the villa. Pena and her son Max were awesome and accomodated all our requests. Have Max make you a mojito, you wont be disappointed! Great location easy access to grocery stores shopping and of course the beaches.

20 year reunion - trip of a lifetime

White Villas are one of the best (top 5%) places to stay in Providenciales. Simon and his team did a great job designing the villas, decor, and amenities. First class all the way around. We will be back. Great spot for groups or families looking for peace and quiet.

This property is simply gorgeous. Avoid the crowds and bask in the beauty of Turks and Caicos!

Perfect location away from the crowds but close enough to Grace Bay, if you want to go out to dinner or need night life. At White Villas, all you need to do is arrive: your car awaits you, property manager/owner Simon (the best) is on site to greet you, sea doos on site, excursion boat on site, paddle boards on site and much, much more. If you want to cook, all you need to do is buy groceries bc the kitchen is an amazing setting for every meal. If you prefer to go out, ask for reservations (don't miss carrying out the Pad Thai from Kin Khao), or if you prefer a personal chef, that is easy too. The pool is spectacular as is the the open concept of this villa. On the plane now after a wonderful week with family and already planning our return. Perfection!

25th anniversary getaway at White Villas

Incredibly beautiful and relaxing. Spacious and unique accommodation and wonderful amenities. The private pool and separate guest house were great features, especially for our teenaged sons. Our favourite feature was the two giant garage-doors that we opened up each morning, making the kitchen and living room an open-air space. Our family really enjoyed the pickleball court and our sons liked the gym. We ordered dinner and several breakfasts from chef Salvatore who came and set up the table in our villa, served our delicious meals, then cleared everything away afterwards. It was a short walk to the beach which was very private. The water was quite shallow, allowing us to walk out quite far. Mawi helped us arrange a jet ski tour as well as a paddle board tour of Mangrove Cay and a boat tour. Having the ability to rent a van from White Villas for the week turned out to be a great decision, allowing by us to make several trips to the Graceway Gourmet supermarket. One of the best features was being met by Simon, the owner of White Villas, on arrival. Simon checked in on us at intervals to make sure there were no issues. Overall, we highly recommend White Villas for a beautiful, relaxing, tropical getaway!

Great property and location

White Villas was exactly what we thought it would be! What you see in the photos is what you get. The Villas are set up very well. Private when you want them to be but open to the awesome elements of Turks and Caicos when you want that. The beach is a very short walk away and you can see it from the balconies of the property. And that water...wow...the water on Turks is like no other! Simon and Pina were great. Their son Max is a great host as well! Our villa was stocked, just the way we requested when we arrived. We also rented a car, from Simon, that was waiting for us at the airport. Simon and Pina stopped by once in a while just to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. But they were never intrusive. They made sure we were taken care of and were available if needed. A great blend of hospitality and privacy. We also did the boat tour with Simon. Highly recommended. We did the chef as well. Also highly recommended. Long Bay Hills, where this property is located, is a great location. Not right in the middle of Grace Bay but you can be there, if you want, in 5 minutes. Easily! Personally, I enjoyed being away from the more crowded Grace Bay but being close enough to go when I wanted. We'll definitely be back!!

Perfect layout for our group!

Perfect layout for our group! My husband and I took 4, 18-year-old girls with us so the way this villa is designed it worked beautifully! My husband and I enjoyed the privacy of the guest house that accompanied the main house. When we drove up we were all so excited to see that the property is even better in person than the pictures you see on the website. Michelle (White Villas staff member) was so kind and gave us a quick tour of the property. I am the kind of guest that will look into corners and in places most people don’t even think to look and I couldn’t find anything that needed to be cleaned. We had a minor a/c maintenance issue that was quickly resolved. (Of course, when you own that many properties there’s always going to be something that happens it seems) Pina was so helpful with coordinating our dinner with Chef Aki. We could not have been more pleased with dinner! Doug helped us with groceries that were delivered to the Villa prior to our arrival. We will definitely stay at White Villas if we return with family or friends vs staying at a resort. Simon, Pina and Max have pulled out all the stops with their development. Nothing has been forgotten! The email links we received prior to our trip we’re all so helpful with planning our itineraries and excursions. They truly have a piece of paradise in Turks!

Wonderful 50th birthday celebration

We could not have asked for a better vacation and celebration. From our initial booking through our entire stay, Pina, Simon, and their son Max were terrific - so welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The villa and property as a whole are truly beautiful. The location is ideal, with the beach just a very short walk from the villa and coffee shops/shopping a very short drive, and with the vehicle we rented directly through Simon/Pina (so easy!!), it was effortless for us to experience so many great places and restaurants in Providenciales. Every recommendation they made for us was perfect for our group of 7 (four adults and three teenagers). Pina went well above and beyond putting together a 50th birthday celebration for my wife. She coordinated cake, decorations/balloons, champagne, flowers, appetizers (some even homemade) and arranged dinner delivery from one of the best restaurants. It was all just perfect!! If that wasn't enough, Pina also pre-stocked the villa before arrival, so we were able to go straight into vacation mode and relax after a day of travel. The bedrooms are very spacious with plenty of storage space to put everything away - huge showers and super comfortable beds! The pool and outdoor furniture were perfect, too - we left the garage doors open to the house all day long and really enjoyed the ocean breeze while we visited. The house provides excellent privacy as well! I should mention it was very easy to book appointments for our covid tests which were required to return to the States. The location we chose was close by, we selected the time we wanted and the whole appointment took less that 15 minutes for all three of us. In a nutshell, we'll be back to this beautiful villa and our friendly hosts as soon as we can!

Great for Private Pool and Various Beaches

We had a three bedroom villa with 5 adults (one family). There was plenty of room in the bedrooms and common areas, and the private pool was really nice to have for relaxation on the property. Our particular unit did have several maintenance needs when we arrived. No item was major in our view, but taken together it was something the property owners should work on. The main items needing repair: the primary (shared area) TV was inoperable (broken and unable to be repaired during the week we were there); the primary bedroom TV and WiFi were inoperable (fixed 2 days after arrival by an IT person); very loose plumbing fixture on the kitchen sink; family area AC unit could not actually cool such a large area (it worked, but air wasn't cool enough such that overnight that area still remained warm). Of course, this leaves many other aspects of the property working very well -- all other AC units worked perfectly, pool was kept clean and clear, kitchen appliances all worked (those we used), WiFi in other parts of the unit, etc. There was mix-up with our car pick up at the airport that delayed our exit from the airport nearly an hour. Some other guest had taken our car from the airport, so it took time to get instructions to take a different car. Also, once we did finally find the car and get to the property, no one was there to greet us or tell us where to go. We found our unit quickly, and then an hour later someone did show up to give us a tour and answer questions.

A Perfect Paradise

We LOVED White Villas!!!! They are absolutely gorgeous!!! From the moment that you drive into the property you feel so relaxed! Everything is so well kept--the landscaping is beautiful. We typically stay at Four Seasons or Ritz's so I feel like we are pretty particular travelers and we would totally go back to White Villas. We had 2 families and wanted everyone to be together so we rented the 3 bedroom villa. There were 9 of us. Simon, the owner, was so nice and brought in an extra mattress. He was so helpful with restaurant and activity suggestions and lives on the property if you need anything he can be there in minutes. His son, Max, is also such a sweet kid. Super chatty and fun to talk with! We rented a car thru the villas and it was so convenient to grab at the airport and go! We also had Simon take us out on his boat one day and we all loved it. He took us to some great spots! The villa and pool are both very clean and well maintained. It has anything you would need!! The beach on Long Bay is so beautiful and it is literally just a 3 min. walk to get there on a little path. No bad at all. There are loungers down there to use and paddle boards and snorkel stuff too. The only thing that I would consider renting on your own would be umbrellas for the beach. Simon gave us a great guy to rent from and he gave us a deal for the week. There is a hotel about a 5 min. walk down the beach that serves food and drinks. And there is a little water taxi out to the tiki bar in the middle of the ocean that was fun. Jet ski's were also for rent right down the beach. All 9 of us say we would definitely go back to White Villas!!

Beautiful Long Bay Villa

The villa was beautiful and as pictured. The house had everything we needed and Simon and Pina were lovely and take pride on the homes. Location is fantastic. We have stayed in Grace Bay several times but discovered Long Bay Beach and love how quite and beautiful it is. Highly recommend renting one of Simons cars (we were a party of 5 so rented the mini van). Everything is close by and accessible. We slept five (2 adults, 3 teens/young adults) easily. We will be back!

Picture Perfect

The white villas our spectacular and beautifully maintained. We stayed with our family and friends, all adults, and it’s absolutely perfect with everyone having their own room and en suite bathroom. Karim, our host, was great - Checking in frequently as we crossed paths on his daily walk with his puppy. We had an evening with the chef that was wonderful. We also utilized their vehicle rentals, which was phenomenal. The ability to walk out of the airport into your car without hopping on the shuttle was great! The cost was probably slightly higher than most rentals, however, the convenience far outweighed the cost. Lastly, we truly loved the location slightly away from the busyness of Grace Bay yet had the ability to be in the thick of things in five minutes. We will be back!

Fantastic stay

Great villa. Pina, Simón and Max were always ready to help. They have paddle boards, kayaks and more. The spot at the beautiful beach is Paradisiac.

Exceeded Lofty Expectations

You can tell the photos/videos of this property are professionally done, leading one to wonder what the property actually looks like. It is accurate at minimum, and likely understated. Simon and his family are easily the most responsive/helpful owners I've encountered on VRBO, and they live nearby so provided personal assistance when needed. The place is stunning, with superior design that creates an environment where you feel you're outside the entire time. The interior decorating and grounds landscaping are that of a 5-star resort. The secluded beach is literally a 3-minute walk, and having a private pool that is also designed well is a great combination. You can also rent a car and schedule boat/massage/private dining all through the owners, at very reasonable prices. Their restaurant/activity reservations were on point. We have found our spot in Turks!

Amazing family getaway

Our family decided to return to Turks and Caicos this summer as it was the first Caribbean island we went to and now is the same for my daughter. We looked at resorts and various properties and decided on Simon's villa. I began to send various messages to Simon around the rooms, location, and more and was always amazed by his prompt and well thought out replies. He even has numerous guides to the island he has compiled himself which are some of the best I have seen. This is not the typical villa rental though as with Simon and his family you basically have a built in concierge service as well. Want to know of a great spot to eat, shop to visit, or just to have the propane refilled simply shoot an email and everything is handled in 10 minutes which is amazing. It adds a bit of the resort experience to renting a house which perfectly blends both worlds. We decided to also rent cars from Simon and got his FJ and a van. This simplified our vacation as I had all paperwork handled in advance and did not need to wait on anyone. I simply walked up to the parking lot and away we went. After a lunch Simon met us at the house to go over the house and ensure we were happy with everything. 15 minutes later and we had drinks by the pool to properly kick off vacation. Grace bay and numerous other sites are a 5 to 10 minute drive which was fine by all of us. The Long Bay beach was my only nitpick of the week and of no fault of Simon's. The beach is fantastic for sunrise or sunset to relax and enjoy some quiet time but during the day horse excursions come through and they don't use bags on the horses. It is a known pain point for Simon and I expect will be addressed in short order but in all honesty unless you are a kite boarder, you will be packing up to go to Grace bay beaches anyway. Overall this vacation was the best we have had in years. The true testament is that my 6 year old who is also fairly fresh off of a lavish Walt Disney World trip is asking to go back to the islands instead of Disney. I cant think of a better indicator than that as to how awesome this trip was. Kudos Simon, Pina, and Max. Thanks for everything!

Amazing as Always

This was our 2th visit to White Villas. There are not enough positive things I can possibly say about our whole experience. The owners are incredible to work with and so helpful with restaurant and beach suggestions. Our favourite restaurant was Turks Kebad, a giro shack, nothing fancy but so good and cool. The Villa is kept immaculate thanks to Simon and Pina. The landscaping is really wonderful. With the terrace, the large pool, the pool bar, etc... we had to force ourselves to leave the villa. But we’re glad we did since the island is really nice to visit. Make sure you bring along their Driving around Providenciales Guide with you. Otherwise, you will never find Sapodilla or Taylor beaches. We always look forward to our relaxing vacation at White Villas. And we might go back next year for a 3rd year in a row.

Great Get-Away

Great island, great villa, great weather, great time with family and friends - we took the direct flight from Boston, arrive a bit early, and were met with constant hospitality and attention to detail. We highly recommend TCI and the White Villas. Thanks, Simon, Pina and Max!
