Excellent place , clean , spacious, and very convenient for our large family. Sherry is very quick to respond to messages and was very helpful and accommodating . Neighborhood is nice and gated , and guards allowed deliveries which worked well for us. Drive to the Disney park was short and easy.

This house exceeded our expectations. Very spacious, plenty of kitchenware for our party size, easy to find. The clubhouse water park has cabanas available for rent each day which was amazing. Communication was amazing for anytime we needed during our trip. My husband left something at the house as we didn’t realize until after we left the property. Luckily we were still in the area and they were very nice and understanding and helped us get our belongings back. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation!

We had a wonderful day. The house is exactly what we expected plus more. It was easy to communicate prior to check in. If we had any questions while we were at a day, they answered them properly. The house and the community were well worth the money.

This place was just like the pictures. Very clean! The host was very responsive and friendly. Location was excellent with everthing you would need within a couple minute drive.

Our host was Excellent. I only had 2 minor questions and as soon as I asked, Sherry responded immediately. The house was Amazing and fully equipped with everything that was needed to make our Christmas and stay a memorable holiday for everyone who came. This home is definitely what is needed for large families or groups who need their own space but who needs to be together as well. Thank you for allowing us to rent your Beautiful home.

Family vacation

House was huge, plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Nice big kitchen with a table large enough for our big group. Good outdoor space with a nice large table as well. Communication with owner was easy. No issues, would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great house, plenty of room.

Overall great house. Plenty of room, there were 19 of us and we all were comfortable. Kids loved the pool, adults loved the hot tub and hanging out around the table outside enjoying the warm weather.

We had a great stay here. Everything you need is available here from shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to every appliance and tool you need in the kitchen. There's also a good supply of dishwasher, pods, washing machine pods, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. to get you started so you don't have to go to the store immediately. Instacart will also deliver to the house so no need to waste time shopping. We found the home to be very clean, and the hosts are very responsive. When we arrived, there was the small issue of the smoke detectors beeping due to needing new batteries. We let the host know and someone was there within an hour to take care of the problem. Then when they kept beeping because they're wired in, the host sent a repair person again to fix the issue. So overall, even though we had a few minor issues, they were handled immediately. The big community pool is just a short walk from the house and has a lazy river, hot tub, and a large pool with kids area. It was a great place to spend a few hours when we weren't at the Parks. another great perk for this house is the amount of room to spread out. Do you have an introvert in the family who needs a few quiet hours to read a book away from everyone else? Do you have lots of teenagers that all want to take showers at the same time? This house can accommodate all of that! There are plenty of spaces to relax as a group as well. We hope we will be able to stay here again next year!

Immaculate House. Impeccable Hospitality.

We highly recommend this listing on HomeAway if you are looking for a place to stay in the Disney / Universal / Orlando area. The house is roomy and luxurious. Awesome!

We stayed for two nights before leaving for a cruise. There was 16 of us and there was plenty of space. We loved the water park and accommodations that were only a 5 minute walk away. Thank you Sherry for sharing this beautiful home.

Property versatility and function were perfect for our family of 12. The property does need some TLC as its age shows, but the benefits outweigh these concerns. Two items that needed looking after were handled promptly and efficiently.

Perfect in every way!!

This was an annual Moms getaway we have been doing for 7 years!! With such a large group (13 women) it is hard to please everyone but this year was PERFECT! Great living space, everything you need is right there! Perfect amount of seating and socializing places. The pool area was perfect!! The kitchen was well equipt for all of our meals! The host was excellent about communication!! Beautiful community, great amenities!! Such a wonderful experience!!

Great Family Memories Made Here

Our family had a great time here, even with a bear running pass the pool. Our owner Sherry was very easy to communicate and work with. Russ, the on-site manager was very accommodating and was there when we arrived. When I called Russ about the ice machine not working, he offered to bring ice over to us. Our kids really made use of the pool and hot tub, plus the resort amenities. It was a little farther from Disney than I thought, but was easy to get there. I would highly recommend staying here for any family looking to bring family members together in order to create lasting memories.

Wonderful house for a family reunion!

Being walking distance to the clubhouse was great. Besides enjoying the pool at the house, the lazy river at the clubhouse was a lot of fun. We were also able to walk and watch our family play volleyball. The house had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels and other supplies. The large table was perfect for eating together and for playing games. Sherry's hostess booklet was helpful. She gave places of interest. Most of our family went to one of the springs mentioned in the book and had an awesome time. We have stayed in other houses in the area and this was our favorite!!

Great Stay

Upon arrival, the house was clean and neatly set up. House had tons of space for our group of 16. We never ran out of hot water once while we were there. After long days at the park, the pool and hot tub were nice to come home to. The community pool area was also fantastic, and the bar served good food and drinks. Sherry was awesome to work with and answered all of our questions promptly. We were short on some silverware and wash clothes when we arrived, and she had more sent to the house by the end of the day. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay here again. Thanks for adding to our wonderful vaction.

What you see is what you get!

This property is awesome! My expectations were exceeded! The rooms are as big and as clean as they appear in photos! While nothing is perfect, the minor issues we had were solved by the property manager immediately. And when I say minor… the laundry room light went out, they replaced same day, the outdoor tv had connection issues, they replaced immediately! The beds are super comfortable and the amount of “first supplies” was plenty to last my family of 8 a full week. Property is close to Disney parks with minimal traffic!!

Family vacation!

There were 19 of us total, ranging in ages from 7 months and up - a total of 6 different families. We all felt the place was very spacious and comfortable! We had enough space to accomodate everybody. Big enough table for all of us to sit together and attached to living area to hang together with an additional living space upstairs! There was a number change to our reservation and Sherri was quick to respond and super nice! We also had a question and reached out to the on spot people listed at the resort and they were also quick to respond as well! This was a disney vacation for us and we were also super close to the parks, max time being 25 minutes away (sea world) but most being only 15. Overall. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful and Relaxing

I can’t say enough about Sherry’s home. First off the resort is great. At the front there’s a water park the kids loved and different areas for sports. Around the waters edges thee were alligators. This totally shocked us all and made for great pics. Sherry’s home is beautiful, clean, and spacious. She had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The private pool and hot tub were perfect. The upstairs entertainment room was enjoyed by all. The kitchen and dining area were amazing. Only problem we had was with the front door keypad lock. But between Sherry and her property managers we were on in no time. That one problem is nothing compared to the priceless memories we made. Thank you so much for an amazing vacation.

Perfect for our 14!

We rented this beautiful home for a weekend stay to enjoy Epcot and a private pool. It was perfect for our group of 14 adults. Since we arrived prior to the 4:00 pm check-in, we started our stay at the community pool. It was nice to have this option with a bar, large bathrooms to change and a kid-friendly pool area, should you need it. We went to Disney Springs and Epcot during our visit. Drive times varied with the traffic. It took us about 30 minutes. Ride share options were plentiful. The pool and hot tub were amazing and we spent a day just enjoying the home. We were told it would take about 45 minutes for hot tub to heat and it wasn’t an issue. Beds were comfortable with various configurations. There were plenty of bathrooms to allow us to spread out. We’d definitely come back and would highly recommend.

Beautifully decorated and spacious home!!

My family and I loved our one-week stay at this beautifully decorated and well-furnished home. The owner (Beth) was very personable and responsive prior to our arrival and the Core Management Team was very responsive during our stay. The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable and was stocked with an initial supply of kitchen trash bags, paper towels, toiletries etc. A Publix / Walmart was conveniently located for us to purchase other household items we needed during our stay. The property was located within minutes of Disney, Universal, Sea World and other theme parks and within two 2 hours of Clearwater, Cocoa, or Daytona Beaches. After long days at the parks / beach, it was great for the family to relax and enjoy the upstairs game room, Xbox, pool, jacuzzi, or to simply watch the big-screen television in the spacious main floor living / dining area. During a day off from the parks, we took advantage of the resort amenities that included a fitness room, a large pool area for kids and adults, a lazy river, and a bar that was reasonably priced for food and kid/adult beverages. Overall, it was a perfect place for our Florida vacation and we would definitely choose to stay here again!

A great vacation house!

We have stayed in this neighborhood a few times and have rented other homes. This house was well stocked with towels and even has shampoo, conditioner, and body soap dispensers in all of the showers. We paid to have the pool heated and even though temperatures were down into the 60's the few days we were there, the pool was heated and the kids were able to swim. I suspect that whoever stayed the week before us had heated the pool plus they had temperatures in the 70's which probably helped us as well. I thought perhaps I would be wasting our money to heat the pool, but we were able to use it. That has not been the case in the past at other rentals. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of pans and skillets. There is only one cookie sheet which has seen better days. The stove has three burners that work and the oven is very slow to preheat. We prepared all of out meals at the house and worked around these issues. The house was clean and the manager was easy to work with. We would stay here again.
