Relaxing base

Beautiful property in a superb location. I loved the gardens and was even visited by a large kangaroo! I will definitely be back.

A little difficult to locate when we arrived, but worth the search. Such a beautiful place to stay. Close to the beach and directly connected to the bush behind the property. Plenty of birds to watch

Tranquility by the beach

An enjoyable stay at a well presented and located property. The peaceful setting made for a tranquil stay for our family. We all enjoyed the space and native bush surrounding the property. Our whole family enjoyed our time and will definitely return in the future.

Peace and quiet

Lovely back block nestled amongst trees and grass gave us privacy and peace and quiet. Close enough to walk to local cafe for coffee and muffins and to walk to surfers point to watch the action on the water. All amenities that we needed were in the house and was very clean and tidy.

The house was just as described, great layout, lots of light, and a quiet location overlooking the bush at the back of the house. An easy 15 minute walk alongside the beach to the White Elephant cafe in one direction, or Surfers Point in the other direction. We

Loved staying at this place in Prevelly, it will be our new go to home when we visit. Very clean and tidy, and incredibly relaxing. The house was very comfortable, beautiful styled and had all of the amenities. We will be back

Pure bliss!

We had a lovely 3 night stay at prevelly beach retreat... It was so relaxing and peaceful. The house is in a great location only 5min walk to the beach. The house was very well equipped, but unfortunately we could not use the BBQ as it was in poor condition. We also had a slight issue on arrival, with the property not being ready for us but that was soon forgotten and we had a wonderful stay. A coffee plunger would be a great addition and a axe to chop some wood for the fire!

Heaven

Stunning setting, surrounded by forest, it really is a retreat. It has all the comforts of home (actually, a lot nicer than home) and is only a short walk to the beach. We didn't want to leave! Only constructive feedback I would give is that a coffee plunger wouldn't go amiss, the white rug has had its day and I've never come across such an ineffective vacuum cleaner. But aside from that, absolutely perfect. Thank you.

Hi - we are Dee, Nichole & Sarah - we make up Swell Stays, a holiday home company in the Margaret River Region.
We all live with our families in Margaret River and manage houses in Margaret River, Prevelly and Gracetown. We love living in Margaret River and wake up everyday feeling like we are "Living the dream Down South".
We love our region and enjoy getting involved in all that our community has to offer - you will often find us visiting the local Farmers Market on Saturday mornings, drinking coffee at one of our favourite local Cafés (Egberts or White Elephant), joining a Walk Talk Taste Tour of our town's best restaurants & bars, visiting one of our many cellar doors to purchase some local wine or spending a whole day at the beach with the kids!
We want our guests to be able to relax and enjoy all our great region has to offer and at Swell Stays we understand the importance of cleanliness and customer service, which in turn creates the perfect holiday experience for our guests.
