Great unit and fantastic communication

I had some issues with our trip (unrelated to the unit) and had to shorten our stay. Had great and easy communication about the unit and thoroughly appreciated all the effort in making it feel like home awy from home. Would definitely book again!

Convenient, Tidy but not Clean

My family and I stayed here for 3 weeks. Host communication was great. She is informative and responsive. I loved it. The location was ideal with many options and quiet.While the property was convenient, unfortunately the property management was the opposite of the host. Very unresponsive unless the host contacted them and did not return numerous voicemails. We had a few issues in our stay. The only one that was addressed was the air conditioning. The host made an effort to get a mid stay cleaning, arranged with unfortunately it couldn’t be finalized. We appreciated the effort to improve our stay.I would recommend this very gracious and kind host change her property management team.

Disney trip

The unit was just described. We had a great stay. It was close to everything communicating with the owner was great. I had an issue. She resolved it right away. I would say the only thing that needs to be improved or better communicated was the TVs in the bedrooms only worked with DVDs, it was not a big deal for us for someone who likes to come back to there To their room and watch TV it was the only downside I would highly recommend it and I will definitely be looking to stay there again on my next trip

Nice condo

The condo was perfect size, pretty clean. Quiet area near all essentials. It took a bit to figure out how to use cable TV, but we got there. Would stay here again.

Disney 2023

Sandra was amazing. She answered all my questions immediately. The only issues I had was the elevator wasn’t working, which was hard unloading, especially for my elderly parents. I would confirm the elevator is working before renting as we were told by someone living there it hasn’t worked in weeks. The other issue was the raccoons around the trash & would come into pool area. They didn’t try to attach or run after you, but still scary with a 3 year old.

So great!

What a great place to stay. We visited Sea World and their subsidiaries and stayed at this property. It was about 20-40 minutes away from the parks depending on traffic - there's no getting around Orlando traffic. The house was equipped with everything and more - toys for the kids, enough plates, a few dishwashing pods & laundry detergent, streaming services on the TVs, and towels. The rooms were cleaned, well taken care of and the condo was spacious. The complex was not overly crowded or noisy. It was a really sweet stay for our family. I'm sure if we visit Orlando again, we'll stay here. It was really blessed.

Condo was perfect for our family of five. Pool was exceptional. Close to WDW, Restaurants & grocery store close. Owner was extremely easy to reach & very helpful. Our second time staying here & looking forward to coming back

Family Vacation

My family enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room, and beds were very comfortable. Host was prompt to answer any questions. We would not hesitate to stay here again if the opportunity were to arise.

Bad experience

Overall property was nice and convenient location quick ride to parks I was here for 6days/5nights the listing shows 4 rooms with 2 double bed kids room once arrived it was only 3 rooms and 1 kid room with bunk beds the problem occurred when my kid’s coming running in my room for cockroaches invading there room every time I killed one another after another it was like a family of them I contacted property owner she told me to reach out to the property manager so I did just that property manager told me someone from there pest control team will be out no one never showed up and property manager and owner never reached back out to even see if there team came to properly handle the situation

Great spot!

This condo was beautiful, clean and exactly as pictured! Very close to the pool. We had one issue of a missing coffee pot and was brought to the owners attention and we had a new coffee maker waiting for us when we got back from the park!

Christmas vacation

We stayed the week of Christmas. The condo was clean and spacious for my family of 5. The kitchen is stocked well with cooking utensils and pans. The bath rooms had plenty of towels. It's located near plenty of restaraunts and a Publix. Disney was around 20 minutes away & Universal was around 40 minutes away with traffic.

Amazing

The process of renting was very easy…. Great rate and it’s in the best location ever….. I would definitely recommend that the management should pay more attention to the cleaning…. Upon arrival I noticed rather quickly that the floors were not moped and all drawers and cabinets had not been cleaned either…. The master suite needed attention to the windows…. There was a lot of dust and I have allergies so that’s why I noticed it….. we had a great time relaxing and the pool was very nice, although it could’ve been a little cleaner but we went in the evening so I would chuck that up to timing……. I would also suggest maybe smart and TVs…. Having a select of apps to watch movies and or tv shows would entertain the guests when the weather gets bad….. the manager Dee helped me very expeditiously with the malfunction of the AC unit….. overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!!!!! Thanks Sandra and Dee!!

Great Condo and Great Experience!

Sandra was very helpful and gave lots of great info about her condo. The condo was great!! The pool was enjoyed many times, too! The location is very convenient for going to the Disney parks. I would definitely stay here again!

If you will be checking in after the Club House is closed, there is a Security Guard at the gate between 11:00pm and 5:00am. The Security Guard will let you through the gates once you have let them know you are a guest through VRBO. Your key will be in the unit for use during your stay.
