The Space:
Perched on the hillside of Carbon Beach, this spectacular villa offers rare views of the Pacific Ocean. Located on a private street in the heart of Malibu, with 4 bedrooms and 5 baths, it can accommodate up to 10 guests. Just a short drive off the scenic PCH.
Experience the awe-inspiring ocean-facing curved infinity-edge pool, providing breathtaking 360-degree views of the entire Santa Monica Bay, also known as the Queen's Necklace. The pool area and outdoor seating offer outstanding space perfect for alfresco dining, sunbathing, and outdoor activities for all ages.
Indulge in a world-class European-style kitchen boasting brand new Miele appliances, while floor-to-ceiling glass doors provide captivating views of the pool and the majestic Pacific Ocean beyond, making it an unrivaled culinary space.
Bedroom configurations are as follows:
• Primary Room - King Size Bed, Ensuite bath with shower and large jacuzzi bath-tub, Smart TV, Walk-in Closet and breathtaking ocean views, located on 1st floor
• Guest Bedroom #1 - Queen Size Bed, Smart TV, Ensuite Bath, Closet, located on 1st floor
• Guest Bedroom #2 - 2 Twin Size Beds, Smart TV, Jack and ill Bath, Closet and Ocean Views, located on 2nd floor

• There is a queen size pull-out sofa in the den area that can sleep an additional 2 guests.
The home is on a quiet road that leads to PCH at the bottom of the hill. Across the street is Malibu's Carbon Beach (also known as Billionaire's Beach), a sought-after area. There are plenty of restaurants and shops along the coastline, and beach access is only steps away. Malibu's most popular destinations, including Nobu, Soho House, The Malibu Pier, and Surfrider Beach, can be seen from a bird's-eye view.

• CURE Wellness – Members-only gym, spa, and wellness center in Malibu with exclusive access for Stay Awhile guests during their stay
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home and garage. Access to CURE Wellness and Gym is also included, conveniently located nearby (not onsite).
The Neighborhood:
The home is located on the hillside opposite Carbon Beach (also known as Billionaire's Beach). The home is located on a private road and the home itself is gated. There are plenty of shops and restaurants down on PCH at the bottom of the hill.
Getting Around:
You can use Uber or you can ask us about our car rental program through Drive Awhile.
Other Things to Note:
Please message our team and speak with the Home Manage before booking. Mandatory additional terms may apply depending on your booking platform. Credit card processing fee may be required post-booking. In case of cancellation, the stated booking cancellation policy applies.
To maintain property and neighborhood harmony, we have important rules. Please read carefully.
1) No parties, visitors, or unapproved guests. Submit all guest names before booking. Government ID may be requested from the person who booked. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. Our strict guest policy ensures neighborhood peace and legal compliance. Exceeding capacity risks our permit, we may ask you to leave.
2) No pets allowed except for service animals as required by law.
3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar (outside and indoors). Our state-of-the-art smoke detectors notify the fire department - $500 fee for false alarms or rule violations. City Code Section 41.50 B 18 b | High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW.
We are in a high brush fire zone. In effort to prevent wildfires the state can turn utilities on and off intermittently. Stay Awhile will not offer any refunds in this case.
4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates. If needed, send it to our office; we'll deliver to the property on your arrival day. We're not responsible for lost mail.
5) Quiet hours: 10:00pm to 8:00am to ensure peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors.
7) Day of Arrival:
Let us know if you prefer self-check-in or a personal tour. Only the guest who booked can check in and must show their ID for security.
8) Check-In: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.
Check Out: 10:00am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches.
9) When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.
10) Pre-Stocking: Choose from our available pre-stocking options with at least one week's notice. A $95 service fee applies to all requests.
11) Pool/hot tub: Never leave children unsupervised; no lifeguard on duty. No glassware; $1000 fee if glass is found. Use provided plasticware for safety. If kitchen lacks plasticware, please inform us. Please don't dispose of plasticware; wash and store them. Pool heating: $100 per day of your reservation; hot tub is free.
12) Parking:
After you enter the gate, there will be a long driveway large enough to accommodate about 4-5 vehicles. Additionally, there is a garage port that can accommodate 2 more vehicles. So, the property can hold around 6-7 vehicles. It is also worth noting that parking is unavailable on the street at this property since the road is too small and winding to fit parked cars.
13) To maintain the quality and condition of the home, guests are not permitted to move or rearrange any furniture without prior written approval. Moving furniture can cause damage to floors, walls, and the furnishings themselves.
Any unauthorized movement of furniture will result in an additional fee to cover inspection, repositioning, and any damages incurred.

14) Cleanliness:
We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Amid COVID-19, our cleaning intensified: surfaces wiped with hot water and disinfectants. All towels and linens washed, regardless of appearance; many hotels don't. Door handles and high-touch spots get extra care. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our exceptional cleaning surpasses CDC standards.
15) **All credit card payments are subject to a 3.55% processing fee, shown at checkout. A 3.55% processing fee also applies to any additional service charges, including pre-stocking, mid-stay cleaning, pool heating, and similar services. The guest name must match the name on the credit card. For international credit cards, an additional 1.5% may be charged after booking to account for exchange rate differences—bringing the total fee to approximately 4.7%. If you prefer not to incur this fee, payment by bank wire is available. Guests wishing to pay by bank wire must notify our team prior to booking so we can provide instructions and ensure the correct payment method is arranged.
