Everything was great. Perfect location for us to get in and out of Zion. Very spacious and great neighborhood. (Maybe 30mins travel). But easy travel if that makes sense. Do not let that time keep you away from this house. Large family table inside and in backyard. Perfect for us (family of 6) to enjoy a meal. Ping pong table in garage was a huge hit for the 4 kids (and friendly arguments as well) hahaTyler was very easy to work with especially with a checkout request because of our kiddos.

Perfect location to spend time in Zion and surrounding area. We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and were able to use the kitchen to cook our holiday dinner for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed with ample dishes, pans, and utensils for our use. We especially appreciated the basics left in the pantry. The house was clean and comfortable. There was a minor issue on Thanksgiving, of course, and had to contact Tyler. He promptly replied even on the holiday! We would recommend the home and would happily stay again.

We had a great stay here. The house was perfect for me, my wife and my son. We arrived at house after a fairly long day of travelling, so we just wanted to relax and grab a bite to eat. Tyler emailed us all the information we needed to check-in and gain access to the house. We found the house to be clean, neat and smelling fresh. In the kitchen there was a welcome post card with some snacks. He has a book with some house instructions and a few recommendations for where to eat. Oscars Cafe in Springdale was excellent! The bedrooms were perfect and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and equipped with towels, soap and shampoo. The living room space was spacious enough for us and couches were cozy. TV and wifi instructions were clear and simple to follow. The kitchen had mostly everything we needed (could use a kettle to heat up water for tea, we couldn't find one). Plenty of utensils and a few pantry food/cooking items available so that we didn't have to buy at the grocery store. The laundry room was stocked with detergent and dryer sheets which was convenient as well. The surrounding neighborhood is nice and well maintained and is really close to the main highway to head to Zion (about 25 minute drive). Tyler communicated via email and checked on us during our stay. We are very happy we stayed at Tyler's and will definitely stay there again should the opportunity arise. Stop looking at other places and stay here!!

Best vacation rental ever

This was exactly as the listing described. Immaculate house. Easy instructions comforts beds and furniture. Full kitchen and dining room. Best landscaping on the street. 20 min drive to Springdale.

Zion National Park Hiking

The property was excellent with very comfortable beds. The home was very clean and we had plenty of room for 4 adults and one 10 year old. It's an easy drive to Zion which was where spent time hiking. The was fully stocked with everything we needed, great wifi and 3 flatscreens. The home was also nicely landscaped and taken care of on the outside. Tyler was very easy to contact and communicate with. The area was convenient to what ever we needed. Tyler even contacted us to make sure all was well. I would highly recommend Tylers home as it was the perfect place to stay !!! Thank you Tyler !!!

Convenient, quiet, homey property

This property provided just what we needed. Easy access to Zion National Park (20 minute drive) and far enough away to avoid the crowds in Springdale. Grocery store just a few blocks away made it easy to fix meals and relax after our various hikes in the park. We got a good nights sleep and went back to different parts of Zion over multiple days.Tyler was easy to contact and provided several ideas of things to do in the area.we would definitely stay here sgain if we return to the area.

Great Option for Visiting Zion National Park

We stayed here three nights and were very comfortable. Tyler made it a very smooth experience. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed for cooking. The reason I chose this place was it allowed us our privacy and had a kitchen. Its a good value compared with the choices in Springdale. Springdale is expensive and you would have to share beds and eat out. The drive is not that long; the only advantage Springdale has is for people in a group where interests differ - you'd be able to do your own thing without having to coordinate. La Verkin has an overpriced grocery store otherwise there is a larger town about 10-15 minutes west that has the usual chain stores. Also, two parts of Zion that are less visited are pretty close - Kolob Canyon and Kolob Terrace.

Lovely house in an upscale quiet neighborhood

Overall the house and amenities were lovely. The guest wifi was very weak throughout the house. The host was attentive to any issues we had.

Perfect for Visiting Zion and Bryce!

I stayed here during my visit to Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. It's only a 30 min drive to Zion and about a two hour drive to Bryce. The house had everything we needed and it was a great place to come back to after full days at each park. Tyler was also a very responsive host and answered any questions we had immediately. I would definitely rent again if I was in the area!

Clean and beautiful home in La Verkin

My family and I stayed here to visit Zion NP and Bryce Canyon. We had a nice time staying here. The kitchen was stocked with utensils, plates and pots/pans. The host was very responsive and checked in and asked us how our stay was going. The only areas of improvement I would say are the bedrooms felt a bit dusty and we had to open the windows and the pillows were very lumpy, mattresses too soft. However, would still highly recommend this home. Very nice, quiet, and safe location!

Southern Utah, Exceptionally Comfortable Home, Full Amenities, Quiet Neighborhood!

What more could a visitor to Southern Utah ask for? From booking to departure, Host Tyler Howard makes one's stay in this home an absolute joy. His advance communication was great, directions were perfect, Self-Check-in could not be easier... We found the home spotlessly clean and fully appointed. From linens, to towels, shampoo and conditioner, pots, pans, dining ware, essential food-stuffs, and all the necessary appliances, beds and sofas were inviting and comfortable. Just minutes from so much to do: Zion, Bryce, Sand Hollow Dunes, Gunlock Falls, Peek-a-Boo Slotted Canyon, the Grand Canyon's North Rim, and so much more... following long days of hiking and exploration, this home provides the perfect central location to relax in-between, while preparing for the next adventure and days of endless entertainment. Will most certainly stay here again the next time in the area !

This is a brand new home just finished June of 2015. This property is in a perfect location if you're interested in experiencing Southern Utah. Zion National Park is a quick 25 minute drive along the beautiful Scenic Zion Corridor. La Verkin is approximately 125 miles from Bryce Canyon and The North Rim of the Grand Canyon. There are several nearby hiking and mountain biking trails. The famous Red Bull Rampage mountain biking event is a few miles away near the town of Virgin.
