Great location and a pleasant stay overall!

The neighbourhood was peaceful and beautifully maintained, with super convenient access to the outdoor community pool. Check-in was seamless, and the place itself had a lot to offer. While the beds weren’t quite as comfortable as we’d hoped and the patio chairs could use replacing, these were small aspects of an otherwise very enjoyable stay. We had a great time overall!

The condo was perfect for a home base to check out Coachella Valley for a week. Two bedrooms (each with their own bathroom), comfortable living room, well-appointed kitchen, great patio within a few steps to the pool and hot tub which we had to ourselves each time we went out and a great view of the pond, palm trees, and mountains. Condo was spotless and in great condition all around. The beds were very comfortable, AC was strong, kitchen well stocked and essentially had everything one would need (appreciated the wine, coffee, and snacks). The property and grounds were immaculate, enjoyed watching the sunrise while eating breakfast every day from the balcony. Owners communicated everything we needed to know, and checked in to make sure all was going well. Great access to Palm Springs, Joshua Tree NP, and Idyllwild were all day trips we made, Old Town La Quinta is also pretty cool. We don’t golf but obviously this is a top spot for that. Book it, you’ll be glad you did.

Family getaway!

After a long summer of working too much, we traveled to Palm Springs/La Quinta for a getaway with our kids. We were looking for something low-key, super family friendly, and relaxing. This stay was PERFECT! 2 BR condo with additional sleeping space meant we all had ample room, plus the pool was right outside the back patio--and we enjoyed it almost all to ourselves, although it is a community pool. Location can't be beat--close to hiking trails, the Living Desert Zoo (which we LOVED), shopping, and groceries. Golf course was gorgeous, unit was spotless, and so nicely decorated. We will definitely be back, especially since the hosts were AWESOME with communication. They almost feel like family, they are so friendly and welcoming!!! Major rec this one.

The Perfect Getaway

This is our most favorite place to stay in La Quinta. I'm very particular about comfort and convenience, this place has it all. All you need is your luggage, everything else is there!! All the way down to the Q-tips and make up towels (they actually say make-up). This place literally has everything you need to feel at home which is such a relief when your traveling. You don't have to worry about the little things and you don't need to go anywhere unless you want to. The Arnold Palmer golf course is legendary and phenomenal along with the wild RAMS (LA Baby) that walk around the grounds freely..... priceless!! Not to mention how the pool is about 30-40 steps from the condo patio and you can even fish in the pond that is about 100 steps away from the patio. Don't have a fishing pole? No worries, the host has poles waiting to be used in the garage. Such a great place. I will continue to recommend this condo to any and every couple I come across that wants to travel to the Palm Springs area. The hosts have laid out everything that you would need to enjoy the area and just relax. They made it very easy to live, laugh, and love! We can't wait to go back to the Perfect Get Away!!!!!!!

Three Retired Nurses

We were searching for a getaway not to far from home within a 200 mile radius. I found this place very easily through Vrbo. It had everything we desired.The location, housing, amenities ,pricing and more.This place was beyond our expectations,clean,roomy access to a full kitchen,dinning area and central room, two bedrooms upstairs and two and a half baths.Plus a washer and dryer,just like home. From the patio we were only a few steps from the pool and pond. We were amazed at the entry there was a folder with information on the rules of the community along with different places to visit in the area.As I mention previously it was beyond our expectations.We rate this our number one place to return each year.

Clean, modern, will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved staying at Aaron and Tara’s home in Palm Springs. It’s located within PGA West, a private gated community and the Western Home of Golf in America! All the staff were friendly and the location is just absolutely gorgeous with a pool, jacuzzi, and a stocked pond to fish in, all steps away from the back patio. 

It was beautifully decorated, modern, very clean, and well stocked with all of the amenities we needed including beach towels, kitchen utensils and a washer and dryer. There was also a grill available for use on the patio. 

 10/10 recommend! We can’t wait to come back!

Everything about this place was fantastic. The owners have gone out of their way to make the place homey and welcoming from the updated decor to the thoughtful touches including a welcome gift. Every possible kitchen amenity including spices and storage containers for leftovers — something you don’t usually find in rental properties. Location can’t be beat and views are spectacular. Excellent communication with owners. Can’t recommend enough! Will definitely be back.

Even better than we imagined.

This place was awesome. Our family stayed there for a little vacation. It was perfect. The place itself is so nice- clean and well maintained. It is outfitted and decorated beautifully. I was amazed with how stocked the kitchen was. They have everything you need. Plenty of space for our family. Great location to do all the stuff in the area. And kids loved having the pool right in the backyard! Will def stay here again.

Great family staycation

I love it here and can’t wait to come back. The condo was perfect for our family. But would be awesome for a couples stay as well. 2 good size bedrooms with on suite bathrooms in both. They had everything we needed there that I didn’t bring. Full functioning kitchen for all your cooking needs if you want to eat in. The pool is feet away with 2 lakes on both sides. Just beautiful and relaxing. The community itself is stunning. And to make the trip extra special we were greeted with the local rams when we entered the community and the escorted us out when we left. We will be back for sure
