Great place for a family beach getaway and a stone’s throw from the beach. Spacious and well-equipped and the pool in the back is a bonus.

We had a great stay. There was a maintenance issue with the garbage disposal and one of the dining room chairs was broken and just pushed up against the table. We reported it and maintenace responded very quickly. The Maintenance Man was very nice, very quick and efficient. We definitely plan on coming back for future trips.

This property had everything we needed, so close to the beach. Second time staying at this specific unit, and I will continue, as long as it is available to book at this location!

Wonderful weekend

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with the utensils we needed. The pool was great and the location was easy access to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed this trip.

Great location and good space for families

We enjoyed our stay at Soleil01. So convenient to the beach and walking right over. Also close to all activities and restaurants. 3 of our 5 nights we we even walked to nearby popular restaurants. Perfect space for our family of 6, ranging kids ages 14 to 5.

Well appointed condo

We were very pleased with this location and hope to return in the future. The condo was fully stocked in regard to kitchen needs and the bedrooms were nice and comfortable as well.

Nice hideaway

Location was perfect for me. Lots of room and kitchen tools I needed to make a dish for family Thanksgiving. Check in was easy. A brief issue with the garbage disposal and water service was remedied quickly and attentively, despite the holiday, which I very much appreciated!

Nice, Clean and Comfortable

The property was exactly what we expected. It's ground level, easy access, no lobby, quiet neighborhood. Super clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything for cooking for two. The property manager was easy to reach and helped us with all our needs.

We had an Amazing time the property was very nice, beds were very comfortable! We felt very secure on the property. The only thing that we could see is if we wanted to cook there aren’t any kind of seasoning not even salt and pepper.

storm shutters were down; condo was dark. trash in the grass near the pool, including broken glass, made the area unsafe. old blinds on the windows were difficult to work. condo needs to be painted inside; colors are horrific.

Quick Weekend Trip

The house was amazing! We went for a quick summer weekend trip. I loved that it was such a close walk to two beach access points. The pool was smaller than we are used to but we spent the majority of our time at the beach! I loved that is was right down the street from the Dollar General (walking in distance) that came in handy. I would only change the fact that you have to go to an off site location to check in sort of dated and pointless, considering everything can be done over the phone and with coded entry. All in all I would definitely stay here again!

The pictures are accurate, it was very clean except for the couch has some stains, it should be changed to a beach friendly couch. The kitchen is stocked pretty well, maybe add a crockpot? The sound bar wasn’t working in the master bedroom. All in all It’s very spacious and nice. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time!

The property was great, however, I chose this property over a hotel because we planned on cooking during our stay. Every other VRBO I’ve stayed in supplied things like seasonings. This one did not. There was also nothing to clean with, like chlorox wipes. There were no curtains over the patio doors in the master bedroom and the storm shutters did not work. The master bedroom was very bright.

Great location

The property was good. Tons of seating for a small condo. Location was perfect. So close to the beach. However, I don't feel that in-person check-in are necessary any longer. Most companies can take care of those logistics electronically now. The condo lost power for about an hour during Day 2 and for over 5.5 hours on Day 3. While not the management company's fault, it would have been helpful if they would have shared communications about the outage and the expected duration. In fact, when I called to report and ask if they had any updates, I never even received a returned call.

Everything was great except the initial check in

The only problem we encountered was when we showed up at the office at 9:35 AM. The gentleman behind the counter was upset we were there so early. It was like we were interrupting him. He told us we were way too early!! He instructed us to come back later. He said "I can not give you any information right now!!". Never smiled or expressed any empathy. We left and came back at 2:50 PM. The same exact gentleman was nothing like he was earlier, he was polite, and gave us very detailed instructions. I didn't know what to think. Everything else was great. Loved it, I'm coming back.

Enjoyed our stay, will stay again

We all very much enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful and in a convenient location on the island. Plenty of towels. Beds and bedrooms were very comfortble as were couches. Only a few minor concerns/complaints. * Dryer - lint trap doesn’t go into slot all the way (broke bathing suit top in half and ruined a tank top because the straps got stuck on the end of trap sticking up.) * Dishwasher detergent not provided without going to office/asking for it (this would have been good to know verbally up front). * No extra toilet paper provided (also would have been good to know verbally up front. Four days and 5 people, extra TP should be stocked.) * Master toilet - semi clogged/plumbing issue - we had issues with it flushing/draining properly. * second bedroom has no tv remote. Is a Roku and so will work if you have Roku app/account on phone but that’s it. Altogether we definitely enjoyed our stay and appreciate your hospitality! Thank you.

Our condo was on a corner lot directly across from the beach access which was fantastic. The condo was spacious and very comfortable. Reached out one time about the thermostat and got an immediate response. The only suggestion I have is to have a vacuum for sand. Keeping the sand cleaned up is a daily task. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home. Alot of space and 2 showers was a plus. Too many buttons without labels. Would definitely stay here again. The beach is a 2 min walk. The family loved it.
