Will start with the positive items. Beautiful condo, tastefully decorated, lots of kitchen items as well as toiletries. Fantastic manager and owner! The negative items outweighed all of the positives that i had to leave early! The 2 upstairs neighbors (sisters) are the most loud, rude and inconsiderate people I have ever encountered. The thumping, hard walking, loud playing music, the disgusting sounds coming from them and the late and early hours of loud talking made it impossible to deal with. I lost countless hours of sleep over a period of one month, my patience and even had to involve the police twice. The HOA personnel are useless. The garage is very narrow so having an SUV made it a challenge to park. It's such a great location, too. Unfortunately, being on the main floor makes this condo unrentable for me. If you are older and don't have your hearing aids in, then it might work for you. I wish the owner the best of luck having to deal with situations like this as he deserves better!

Very nice vacation home!

Very nice, cozy 2 BR condo on ground floor in gated community. Very good accomodations, newer large refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Had a couple of minor glitches that I may have caused and they were taken care of the same day. Kris was super nice and took care of everything. Stayed about a month and would stay there again!

Mesa condo

Beautiful interior, very clean, up to date. Liked that it was one level. Close to everything. Property manager was there to greet us and show us around. Only thing that could have been better was a heated pool.

Everything was as listed and the place was immaculately CLEAN. Very easy and good communication. Nice place. Our family will use again next year.

Fully Equipped

Wonderful 10 day stay over the Holidays for the two of us. This location is fully equipped with furnishings, appliances, bathroom supplies and kitchen utensils. We had everything necessary to prepare a Christmas dinner. The location was convenient to shopping, golf, entertainment, friends and relatives. Located in close proximity to the Mesa airport. The property manager, Kris, is accommodating and extremely responsive. Kudos to the property owner for thinking of everything necessary for living away from home. 😊

AWESOME Property!

My husband and I stayed at this property while waiting to close on a new home in Arizona. When we arrived Kris gave us a tour of the house and was always readily available if we had any questions. She had an unexpected welcome gift waiting for us which included chocolates, starbucks coffee, and 2 adorable Santa coffee mugs! What a nice surprise. We had originally planned to stay in a hotel but came across this home on VRBO and were so glad we did. It was clean, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. So nice to come back after a busy day and be able to relax, have dinner and watch a good movie in comfortable surroundings. This home is centrally located to several golf courses (our favorite Gold Canyon), shopping, and good restaurants, as well as sports bars (I recommend "The Hub"-you could literally walk to it). The home is decorated beautifully and the master bedroom was a calming retreat. If looking for a nice get-away, this is the place! Thank you Kris for your legendary service making this our "home" away from home.
