Had a great stay. Amazing views from the balcony. Easy access to the beach. Unfortunately hot tub was closed for repairs during our stay but pool water was warm and comfortable. Shopping, restaurants are within walking distance.

Relaxing paradise

Great condo and great location

We love staying in this condo every year. It feels like home to our family. The location is perfect. There’s a grocery store and pharmacy across the street and the hungry Howies is great to grab a pizza. The view from this condo is gorgeous and we like that it’s a quiet family atmosphere. Overall I would totally recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice place to stay on a beautiful beach.

Very nice place to stay! Clean and modern

Was easy to check in - the condo compound was nice-clean and modern. Was a little confused about how to get to the pool and the beach at first (which gates to use and the layout of the facility) but after asking other guests, it was very convenient. It was quiet and located close to Pier Park and other stroes. We would definatley go back

View to die for!

Our family had a great stay! Clean unit, we used the pullout couch and it was comfortable. AC worked great- we would turn it down during the day and up a little at night becausd it cooled so well. Nice floor plan- we enjoyed the gulf view in the living room, dining room, and the balcony! Would stay in this unit again for sure!!

Great location

Everything was just as described in the listing. Elevators were a little slow, but that is going to happen about anywhere in peek season. They do need to add a normal size coffee pot and trash that tiny one! Over all great place and the location is perfect.

Last minute switch

We were supposed to be on the East coast but changed plans because of the hurricane. The property was very nice. The view was great! We had a lot of issues with the elevators but they were actively working on getting them fixed. The unit was nice but the furnishings could use updating. All in all, we had a good trip!

Clean with great location

We have stayed in PCB multiple times and always choose the Aquavista building. This particular condo with the building stands out as it was extremely clean. No leftover sand throughout the condo or dingy smell. The condo is in a great location as you can simply and safely walk across the street to a grocery store and it’s only a mile from Pier Park. It is also in a low rise building and on the quieter end of PCB so the beach is a lot less crowded. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great condo!! Updated throughout

We have stayed in this exact unit for 5 years in a row and we love it!! It has been remodeled, is well laid out, and has an amazingly wide balcony and a stunning view of the gulf. The building is older but very well maintained. We would absolutely recommend this unit. It's also on the quiet end of the beach and has a grocery store and pharmacy just across the street. We will stay here again next year!!

LOVED IT!

We just got home and....can we go back? Everything was perfect and the condo is beautiful and comfortable. (could use a new sofa and better balcony furniture though) The beach is amazing and was never crowded even though it was spring break. Groceries right across the street, and the shops and restaurants at Pier Park less than a mile away were perfect. We would definitely go back.

Love AquaVista

We love AquaVista. Great location and it’s a perfect size. Beach isn’t crowded and no long waits for the elevator. This condo was great. Remodeled nicely. The only thing I would have liked was to have beach chairs with the rental. The chairs were quite pricey to rent. If you don’t mind bringing your own chairs or buying some (which you can do right across the street at Winn Dixie for a reasonable price) it’s the perfect spot!!!

This place would have been a great place to stay but they were doing renovations on the whole building..but they moved us to the Moondrifter and it was ok...just needs some deep cleanings and better furniture ....the staff was excellent when I call them

Pros: The horizon view from the balcony was beautiful. This is a less crowded area of the beach. Best mattresses I have ever experienced on vacation. Cons: The codes we were given for parking and beach access never worked. Thankfully we were able to get those from other guests. The condo needs a good cleaning: black feet and socks from floor, spider webs on balcony doors and lamp shades. The condo was a good experience except for the cons listed above. We did enjoy our stay
