The check in process had a disconnect. I filled in the Signature form, and asked that instead of sending my ID and Credit card online, that I present it to the front desk.
I was told that this was OK by the person that I talked on the phone with Global Suites/Churchill. Twice, including the day of travel/check in day. During my travel that morning, my reservation was CANCELLED, AS WE DISCOVERED UPON ARRIVAL. A Very Nice Churchill employee, Stacy, was able to help get things fixed, but this took about 90 minutes after traveling all morning.
Very frustrating, the most convoluted check in process I've ever encountered.
The unit was nice, and pretty much as the photos, but a few things were rough and need attention, the cabinets and floor at a couple of spots.
There were only privacy curtains in the living room, and 2nd bedroom, but these did not help AT ALL during the night as the rooms were still very lit up by the outside lights. NEED BLACKOUT CURTAINS.
Also need NEW MATRESSES, as they were very hard.
Coffee pot was broken when we checked in, I emailed Twice about this, no reply.
The unit was clean, and very convenient which was good. The AC worked just OK, when it was not that hot outside, I wonder how it would work in Hot weather.
With some help, I wouldn't mind staying there again, but the unit needs some fixing and touch up.
